This was an excellent read! The world building is top notch, the word crafting is exceptional, and I loved the twists and turns! The story starts off slow, and I do have to say that Tamara irritated me crosseyed for the first half of the book, the role of whiney, petulant teenager was heavily featured until events forced a change of attitude. By the end of the book, the story had a nice pace, and had that nice hook that sinks in and doesn't let you go! Very solidly written and a fantastic afternoon getaway from real life!
