So it is a rare thing for me to be reading a book and think to myself: I can totally see this book as a TV show! However, that's exactly how I felt while reading "The Mystery of the Tree Stump Ghost." With a gaggle of adorable (and unique) characters who bring a certain Powerpuff Girls feeling to the tale, this is a series that could go on TV tomorrow and we would all be surprised that its humble beginnings started on the written page.

Now while this book has great marketability aspects, that's not why I'm here. This work is cute as crap, OK? The artwork is phenomenal, there's great humorous moments spread throughout the book, and there's a very endearing twist at the end that really makes this work a complete package.

An adorable, fun read that readers can continue to enjoy with the other books in the series, this is a great work for young people to experience and delight in.
