I really like this book it was pretty good easy read definitely recommend
The book grabbed me from the the beginning to the end

I absolutely LOVE Blake! She's my type of girl! She's rather quirky and is one of these people that will say what's on her mind and yes, that gets her into a bit of trouble growing up. But as it is with all of us, there's so much more to this girl and I immediately identified with Blake because she's so sassy and full of life in that she's really good at hiding her pain....until Gavin becomes her new roommate!!!

Gavin wasn't expecting to feel an attraction to his new roommate but he's a guy that can see beneath the facade that Blake is presenting to the world and while he pushes her to break her walls down and oh my stars, there's so much pain when Blake's truths come out in the open.

This book was a breath of fresh air for me. I loved how the authors let the characters be who they're meant to be and didn't squeeze them into a box. This is my first book by this duo but definitely not my last.

I have to tell you, I am not a fan of the Misadventures series. I am not sure what it is?!?! I was really hoping to like some new authors within this series, but it has all just fallen flat for me. I know that I will try the series again when I have time to pleasure read it. But this book has been on my NetGalley shelf for awhile because I just can't finish it. I so wish I could!

Misadventures with my roommate was a pretty good quick read and a good addition to the Misadventures series. This book was about 2 co-workers who are attracted to each other taking the change on becoming roommates after Blake's old roommate decides to up a live and Gavin gets evicted.

This book will have you literally laughing out loud. Blake is the perfect heroine, I mean she has NO brain to mouth filter and says exactly what she is thinking.. Usually people just don't know how to take her. That is until Gavin comes into play. These 2 are co-workers at the local coffee shop and the chemistry these two have is amazing and when they move in together....LOOK OUT!!

So if you are looking for a good beach read I would make sure this is on your list. The beginning of the book is a little slow but it take off after a couple of chapters.

This book was ok. I felt like it was a little rushed for me, I didn't really care for either of the main characters. Also it was very forgettable.

I love all the Misadventures books. What a great concept, having all different writers doing different stories!

I am in love with the Misadventures series! They are fun reads and have a little something for everyone. Each one can be read as a standalone. So dive in wherever you want. But beware! They are addictive.

Blake has had a hard life. She doesn't dwell on her past, but it does shape her going forward. She has built some pretty high walls. She knows she is unique with her own quirks. When her latest roommate up and leaves saying she's had enough, Blake thinks maybe she will try her luck rooming with a man.

Gavin comes from a wealthy family. He's been cut loose after he refuses to tote the family line. In need of somewhere to stay, he finds Blake and her need of a roommate. Once he meets her, he knows this is an opportunity he can't and shouldn't pass up!

As these two settle in, sparks are a flying. Gavin has an uncanny ability to see beyond Blake's quirks and walls, and sees her for who she is. Blake only has to be willing to let Gavin in.

Love reading books by Elizabeth Hayley and Misadventures of My Roommate was another great book by her! I loved everything about this book! I can hardly wait to see what she comes up with next!

These Misadvebtures books are perfect for a nice cozy quick read. I’ve really enjoyed every single one of them.

As part of the Misadventures series, it started off with promise. About halfway through it was lagging and unable to keep my attention. As a story it was good but I hate to admit that I didn't finish it.

The heroine is not your usual character. She reminded me of Sheldon from The big bang theory, to be honest, but a little bit more normal. I liked her.. Blake is a deep character and we slowly find out her past and how she became the person she is today. The hero was also good and they made this story work. The characters had chemistry and worked for me as a couple. The story truly belongs in the misadventures series and it was everything the series promises to be. I won't remember the story after a few months, but it was a good companion for the duration of the time I was reading it and I think that's ok because, for me, that's one of the promises of the series.

I am really enjoying this multi-author series they can each be read as standalone's and do not have to be read in order. This was a pretty sweet story but I have to admit it was not my favorite in the series there was nothing wrong with it but I did not really get Blake at times I just did not click with her but that may just be me, on the other hand, I just loved Gavin he was such a sweetheart.

I have read most of the books in this series and sorry to say this has to be my least favourite. Whether this is the writing or the fact that the name Gavin has meaning to me I am not sure.
The book is based around co-workers who also flat share but as I said sadly it just did not strike the right chord for my reading enjoyment.

Absolutely amazing! Blake and Gavin are a match made in heaven. Though it takes awhile for them to fully realize. I feel in love with them as they fell for each other. Fantastic job!

LOVE this book!
I think a lot of girls can identify with Blake, she is a a girl who is beaten down and chosen to shut herself out from others to avoid being hurt more. This works, until Gavin see’s beyond her tough exterior and falls for her. He accepts all of her and truly loves her for who she is walls and all. I was smiling, laughing, swooning and even crying. This was a great read.

Blake is a quirky person who has trouble making connections in life. Gavin is the roommate that she has the hots and the feeling is mutual.

Another Misadventures novel, another smashing success! Very likable heroine and great plot! This was also fast paced and kept me intrigued to the very end. Great read.

I have never read this author before and I really enjoyed this book. I love good roommates to lovers story and this one delivered.

Blake is quirky and says whatever is on her mind. Gavin is easy going and goes with the flow. These two work together at a coffee shop and have great chemistry. When the two start living together all bets are off. This was a fun sexy read that I couldn’t put down.

This was all that and a bag of chips. Really got me going when I was in a reading funk. I couldn't put it down. Great story.
