A very interesting and unique look into the prison system and criminal mind by a convict himself. While I did find this book a little longer then most books and slower in some places, I really enjoyed reading Floyd’s story throughout his life and learning about things in the penal system I didn’t know previously. * I received a copy of this book from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review *

This book was written by Floyd Forsberg, a career criminal, who described his life of crime and time in prison. I found it fascinating, although at times it made me cringe when he tried to make himself appear to be the victim. He robbed banks and then met a woman who would become the love of his life. He chose her over a life of crime, although he chose to do one more bank robbery. I found that the book was well written and I found it interesting to hear the story from his perspective. I recommend it!

This book is about the author's life of crime, how he finally was able to let go of his criminal lifestyle, and his current life free from crime. This was an enjoyable read that showcased how difficult it is to change, The author also pointed out flaws to our justice system.
