Ooh man did I love this book! The banter between Pierce and Rian was so perfect, and exactly what you wish most books have. From the moment I picked this book up I didn't want to put it down. Definitely a 5 star read to me!

I will wholeheartedly be recommending I Flipping Love You to anyone who enjoys HGTV/DIY/fixer-upper shows. This was so much fun! Set in the Hamptons, which I've never visited but now really want to, this romance novel has so much going for it. The beginning scene of the book was so funny, and set the scene for the rest of the story. I was invested from then on. I enjoyed the sister relationship a lot, and found it to be realistic and heart felt. I love how career-driven Rian was, and how swoony Pierce was. They have great chemistry from the get-go, and their bickering didn't bother me like can sometimes happen for me. I do wish their relationship had had more substance to it, as it felt like it was all just physical for them. I never really was convinced of an emotional connection between them. Regardless, I really enjoyed this and am craving Cinnamon Toast Crunch now like you wouldn't believe.

A delightful escape into a world where love and ambition collide, and the line between rivalry and romance blurs.

Thank you to NetGalley for the opportunity to review the advance copy of this book.

This book was a surprise to me, but one I really enjoyed! Great characters, great chemistry and so many feels! I love a couple that just clicks and for me that was Rian and Pierce. I love a book that can make me swoon and laugh, and still be emotional and Helena delivers 100%!

I loved the premise of Rian and Pierce doing a fixer upper. The author really brought it to life and I could envision it all. This was an easy read to get lost in. I opened the book and before I knew it I had read through the night. You’ll want to one click this one for sure!

I couldn’t connect with these characters. They weren’t as well developed as I would have liked. Not bad, but I’ve enjoyed others more by this author.

This book was so entertaining. I was drawn into the story from the beginning and was involved until the end. The characters were complex and interesting. I found the story to be well paced and engrossing throughout the whole book. I was invested in the couple throughout the book and felt all the emotions through both the highs and lows of the story. The side characters were such an integral part of this story as well. This is the love story i needed to read at this time. If you want an entertaining and well written book this is it for you

ARC provided by Netgalley and publisher. This does not influence my review of this book.

I Flipping Love You was a quirky, fast paced, and fun read. This romance is the perfect pick me up rom-com.
I loved the chemistry between Rian and Pierce, their quips and sexual innuendos kept me grinning. I really enjoyed Rian and her twin sister Marley's relationship. Marley is quite the character and really made the book stand out for me.
I would recommend this book to any rom-com romance reader and I sad I waited so long to get around to reading it.

Sadly, I could not stand the “hero” of the book who came off as a pompous, arrogant, chauvinistic jerk right off the bat. Plus, the fact that the heroine kept finding his behavior attractive just blew my mind. It had a great concept, but I didn’t enjoy the execution.

Helena Hunting remains a fun author for me to read, and a popular choice for my library's contemporary romance crowd that enjoys things a little on the steamier side. The author knows how to write a solid romantic comedy, with lines that manage to feel genuine and realistic rather than corny and cringe-worthy. And there remains a good balance between the humor and a more serious tone when needed. This is the type of light hearted read that will fly off the shelves not just during the February romance rush, but whenever anyone needs a fun and flirty pick-me-up.

Recommended for romance sections where contemporary romance and romantic comedies are popular.

I’m a dedicated fan of Helena Hunting and the Shacking Up series has some of my favorite books from her. Book 2 is my favorite so this was a highly anticipated follow up, and I quite enjoyed it! I still fondly remembered numerous elements of the story more than two years later, and I plan to reread it soon. I would definitely recommend this to readers who share my taste in sexy contemporary romances with quirky humor.

Cute, fun, and flirty! That's what I've come to expect from this author's work and that’s exactly what she has delivered in I Flipping Love You.

Here’s what I enjoyed:
The characters and their meet cute. I’m still giggling over that one.
Pierce is something else! A broody a**hole after my own heart. His type sings to my sinister soul. His pursuit was pretty relentless and epic.
Rian is absolutely hilarious and the attraction between these two jumps off the page.
I love that Rian is pretty much self-made. A go getter with a plan for success, who refuses to let anything stand in her way. The shenanigans and smoking hot chemistry between these two were the icing on the cake.

A great fun read! Recommended.

I Flipping Love You tells the story of Rian Sutter, a young realtor with a shameful family past and big dreams. The Sutter sisters do more than buy and sell houses to the rich and famous, now they finally have the capital to flip their very own beachfront property. Pierce Whitfield doesn’t normally demo kitchens, install drywall, or tear apart a beautiful woman’s dreams. He’s just a down-on-his-luck lawyer who needed a break from the city and agreed to help his brother work on a few homes in the Hamptons. That's when he faces the woman who scratched his Tesla in the parking lot of a supermarket. Or so he thought. Turns out he was literally barking up the wrong tree. It had been Rian's sister who damaged his car. But it was Ryan that had his pulse racing in an undeniable attraction he had never felt before. Convincing her he was not a bad guy and getting her to go out with him will take some serious perseverance, but Pierce is nothing if not focused and detail-oriented. There must be a reason, Pierce and Rian keep running into each other. Fate? Kismet? Witchcraft? Who knows. All that matters is that one is all the other can think about, and if a summer fling is all they can be, then so be it. But Fate has other plans for these two. And between flipping houses and making deals, their secrets will come out, and love just might pop in.

I flipping loved this story. From the unique way Pierce and Rian met to their amazing chemistry and banter, I enjoyed every word. There was a lot of depth to both of their backgrounds, which made things interesting between them. Pierce and Rian have a lot in common, especially their real estate adventures. I really liked this part and all of the ways it took the story. The supporting characters were a lot of fun too. I hope we see them again.

I feel I am in the minority on this one. Normally, Helena Hunting is one of my go to authors. However, this story wasn't for me. I struggled to like Rian, which is a must for me to enjoy a novel. Although this title wasn't for me, I look forward to Ms. Hunting's future releases.

I flipping love Helena Hunting books. Witty banter, great characters and lots of angst on the way to fun you cannot lose with a Helena Hunting story!

This was a decent story and I somewhat enjoyed both the hero and the heroine. Rian and Pierce were well-written characters. However, nothing really stood out making it a great book.

I really did not like this heroine and when I don't like one of the mcs in a romance it is really hard for me to love a book. This one just wasn't for me.

This is how a romance book should be written. Rian and Pierce have great conversation and amazing chemistry. I laughed so many times while reading this, and found myself wishing Pierce really existed. I had to literally pace myself and only allow myself to read 2-3 chapters a night because I didn't want the book to end, but halfway through I couldn't stop reading because it was so good.

I haven't read any of the previous books in the series but it didn't make a difference...except I wish I got to read more about Lex. Whoa.

Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for the arc.
