I received an Advanced Reader Copy of this book from the publisher and am voluntarily reviewing it. Rian Sutter grew up with a silver spoon until it was yanked from her mouth by her despicable parents at 18. Her sister and Rian scratch tooth and nail to get back with their head above water and beyond. When her somewhat flakey twin sister does a hit and runs a few days prior on a Tesla owned by a devilishly handsome millionaire Pierce Whitfield. Pierce corners Rian in the grocery store thinking she is her sister and sparks fly from the first snarky remark. Pierce finally realizes they are two different people and cannot wait to get Rian alone to discuss terms of the restitution for the damage done by her sister. Rian is just trying to secure a property to flip to help them catapult forward and this puts a dent in her savings as well as her heart. Pierce is a lawyer who wants to get his hands dirty but wants to make his father happy. I loved this stand-alone book in the shacking up series! I hope the next book is between Rian's sister and Pierce's brother. I could not put it down and did not want it to end what a great story!

Rian Sutter had a normal afternoon. She was strolling down her local grocery when all the sudden she is confronted by a man. A hot man. An angry, hot man. And he is demanding that she owes him money. The problem?? She’s never seen this man before in her life.
Rian now has a much different life than what she grew up with. After her family’s fall from grace, she and her twin, Marley, now have different identities and worked hard to make names for themselves. Slowly but surely, Rian and Marley have created a successful Real Estate business and have flipped houses in the Hamptons (aka, expensive AF). However, conflicts of interest arise when her business crosses paths with Angry, Hot Man. Pierce Whitfield.
The major themes in this story are family. Family pasts, family obligations, family businesses, etc. In Rian and Marley’s case, it’s a sense of how to escape toxic family and the past and make your own new family. Pierce also has a strong family past that comes with expectations that are smothering.
Family is important, but it doesn’t mean that it has to define you.
I love Helena Hunting. I love everything about her sense of humor and the situations she puts her whack a doodle characters in. This is the ultimate beach read of 2018. Pick it up now to read whether it’s on a Tahitian beach, or if you only have your feet dipped in a kiddie pool in your backyard. Once you crack it open, things get a little steamy...
This book was provided by the publisher in exchange for an honest review.

Rian was managing ok with her absent parents and her twin until someone found out his dad was embezzling money and denounced him.
Her parents then fled the country taking all their money but 10 000 dollars with them and leaving their two daughters to fight for themselves. Rian and Marley were barely eighteen.
She’s now doing ok though. She got into real estate with her sister and it’s working pretty good.
She then meets Pierce in a grocery store and he thinks she’s her twin whom the week before hit his car and took off. He confronts her but realized he is mistaken pretty quickly.
The two of them are instantly attracted to each other though Rian fights it for a while…
I really enjoyed this book. It wasn’t perfect by any mean but the story was really well written. I seriously loved the main characters and I was captivated by the plot, Rian’s work as much as the romance tbh.
The secondary characters were great too and I hope the ones who don’t yet have books will.
Honestly, all the characters were really well developed and had depth, so the relationships did too.
Helena Hunting’s books seem to always do the trick. They’re great, entertaining, feel-good, fast reads.

I’m a newish fan of Helena's and I have to say, I will be reading every book she writes from now until the end of time. Her writing is fresh, witty and addicting. Her characters are strong, funny, smart and sexy! I know it's not nice to have favorites, but Pierce just skyrocketed himself into my top ten favorite heroes. Ever. That's right. EVER! He's the perfect mix of cocky, pushy, smart, romantic, sexy, silly, determined, giving and dirty. A case of mistaken identity turns into Pierce wanting to see more of the stranger he just met. He's not going to let her smart mouth, or her constant No's deter him. There's just something about Rian that intrigues him and he's not walking away easily. Good thing fate is on his side, because they keep running into each other. And Rian is caving. She can't keep saying no. She can't deny the connection they have. She doesn’t want to have it because she thinks she has him pegged. But every time she sees him, he surprises her with his actions. With his words. He turns out to be everything she never knew she always wanted. They may look like they come from different worlds, but fate isn't going to be deterred. Once Pierce gets a taste of the sassy Rian, all bets are off. He quickly proves he's not just another rich jerk. He has a gooey center and a romantic heart. Rian has major trust issues, but she can't help fall for the incredibly sexy man who won't take no for an answer. Will Rian learn to trust Pierce before it's too late? Will Pierce continue to be the perfect man? I flipping loved this book so much! Pierce is everything. Everything! He wasn't afraid to go after what he wants. Express his feelings. Share his thoughts and dreams. It was such a great change of pace from the usual "I'm an alpha male and I can't tell you how I feel" bs! I couldn't get enough of him! Even in some questionable clothing choices! Overall, I absolutely loved it. It's one of my favorite books of the year. I laughed, cried, had to fan myself, laughed some more and just felt hopeful about love! If I had time I would start reading it all over again just to enjoy it a second time!
"Do you have any idea how sexy that is?"
"You think it's sexy that I can do math in my head?"
"Yes. You're gorgeous, outspoken, and intelligent. It's a hard-on-inducing trifecta."
"I'm a little stupid over. You."
"Same."
"I can do push-ups on top of you later if you want."
"While you're naked?"
"Is there any other way?"

Every book in the Shacking Up series is better than the one before it!!
Pierce and Rian, with an i, are hilarious. Pierce is all the swoon with a big dash of arrogance thrown in and Rian is confident, smart, and the perfect opponent for Pierce. From their very first meeting through every verbal battle, I was laughing hysterically, even having to put the kindle down to compose myself so I continue reading. While this book is packed with humor, there is some definite angst in the backstories of both Rian and Pierce. Add in the heat and this book has absolutely everything!! HH never disappoints!
*This is my voluntary review of an advanced reader copy*

Absolutely fantastic read! This book is a little gem of a romance novel with the delightful Helena Hunting factor, her special brand of irresistible humor and her endearing characters. The plot was pretty amazing, with witty dialogue, laugh-out-loud funny scenes and a few lines of suspense twisted into a beautiful romance.
The twin sisters Rian and Marley are real estate agents in the Hamptons. The sisters are shrewd and always on the lookout for new profit-making opportunities. They intend to move in the direction of the flipping business, their ultimate goal is to buy back their family mansion. They work hard for everything they have. They have had a privileged upbringing, but were orphaned at 18. Their parents left them with a mountain of debts and a family name tainted by financial scandal. They are a great team and I enjoyed their sisterly bantering.
Pierce is Amalie’s older brother. He is a partner at a New York law firm because that’s what his family expected of him. And yet, hands-on has always been his area of expertise. He enjoys the renovation side of the summer real estate business he shares with his brother in the Hamptons.
The relationship between Rian and Pierce is brilliantly done, the sexual chemistry just sizzles between them right from the start, and the author does a superb job of making us see beneath the surface of each of her characters. Their verbal sparring is downright hilarious, the interactions between them are a joy to read. Rian is outspoken, smart and a little wounded, she is terrified of getting emotionally involved. Pierce is relaxed, easygoing, confident and comforting. Watching them come together as a couple was sweet and romantic.
I loved not just the slow burn romance between Rian and Pierce but also the characters’ strong family ties : Rian and her twin sister, Marley, Pierce and his siblings, Lawson and Amalie.
It is a good thing when you leave a book smiling and feeling happy, and Helena Hunting has certainly hit the nail on the head with that sentiment in this series.

Blog post scheduled to go live at 9am Est on the 29th - https://mommasaystoreadornottoread.blogspot.com/2018/05/book-review-blog-tour-for-i-flipping.html
Fast-paced, crazy sexy, witty, lots of feels, and laugh out loud funny - that's I Flipping Love You in a nutshell. Helena Hunting has a writing style that doesn't just tell you a story, it pulls you in and lets you feel the triumphs and disappointments right along with the characters. Speaking of characters, this one is packed full of interesting, quirky personalities. When even the secondary characters have stand out moments and dialogue that sticks with you, the author has done her job and done it well.
Pierce and Rian have terrific chemistry and the way he handles Rian's sass is absolutely perfect. Their relationship starts as more of an arrangement than anything romantic and grows from there. And their journey to romance is absolutely panty-melting hot.
To sum it up, this third Shacking Up standalone is everything a good RomCom should be. We get lovable characters, scorching heat, hilarity, and some silly all blended wonderfully into a storyline that is not only engaging, but prevalent in today's fixer-upper, do it yourself society.

Ahhh!! I flipping loved it ♥.
I Flipping Love You is the third book in the Shacking Up Series by Helena Hunting and one of my favorites so far.
I Flipping Love You opened up with a comical situation that hooked me from page one. Rian & Pierce were a pair of characters that went to places in my heart, where I wasn't expecting them to go. I fell so hard for these two.
This was a light and heartfelt romance, with Hunting's brand of humor and a fulfilling dose of steam that kept me flipping the pages. Overall a feel-good story that left me with a smile on my face. I'm looking forward to more books in the series!
If romcoms are your thing, then this book is for you.

So much fun, so much depth in one fantastic romance!
Rian and her sister are rebuilding their lives after the scandal created by their parents, and they’re determined to distance themselves from the ghosts of their past. Pierce is taking some time off from the career his father chose for him, trying to decide just how to establish the career he wants for himself.
When their paths cross, it’s absolutely hilarious with an explosive undercurrent of sizzling chemistry. They continue to run into each other as they both are involved in the hot real estate market – buying, renting, flipping, and selling homes – sometimes right out from under each other. Pierce’s dogged pursuit of Rian is endearing, while her resistance to his charms is understandable, yet understandably short-lived.
Their relationship solidifies as they get closer to uncovering each other’s hidden family ties, leading to a gripping and heartwarming HEA with one of the best epilogues ever. This story was engrossing all the way through, a page-turner with the heart and soul of a legendary love story. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book through NetGalley.

Helena Hunting has done it again. This book is FLIPPING amazing.
This book is exactly what we love from Helena Hunting. It's chock full of charm and humor and witty banter and a heroine we love and want to be BFF's with and a hero we want to claim as our own.
We start off with an intense face-off in a grocery store, when Pierce encounters who he believes is the woman who hit his beloved car. He couldn't be more wrong, but you'll find out why he was adamant that she was the one. The sparks fly immediately despite the accusations being thrown around.
Rian is awesome! I just love her! She's fun and funny and witty and charming. She's trying to get her life back together after some unfortunate circumstances in her past. She's trying to get an important piece of her childhood back. In the process, she runs into Pierce multiple times. Even though she tries to resist his charm, because she has had bad experiences with guys like him, she finds herself keeping company with him quite often.
Pierce is just plain amazing. He's successful, despite doing something he's not passionate about. We're lucky enough to see him in is true element, green speedo and all. ;) He's funny and flirty and soooooooooooo charming and dang sexy and I just adore him.
Pierce and Rian's journey is a wee-bit of an up and down ride, but it's perfect. The push and pull. The way they gravitate toward one another. The chemistry is on-point. How they try to sabotage each other, but in a fun way. I just love them together.
We get to see a few characters from Helena's previous books from this universe. I almost had a heartattack thinking she was going to smear my one true love's reputation in this particular book. But, thankfully, she did not. LOL!!!
This book is extremely well written with engaging characters and a fun and refreshing plotline. This can absolutely be read as a standalone, and I'd highly recommend reading it ASAP. You should also read Shacking Up and Hooking Up, both from the same universe, because they are equally amazing!

3.5 stars- I went back and forth on how to rate I Flipping Love you, because I went back and forth on this book. Considering that my interest significantly fizzled in the latter part of the book, I ended up rounding down. When I started I Flipping Love You, I thought it had so much promise- a great premise plus the humor of Miss Hunting. In many ways it came through, but it failed to hold my attention all the way and I wasn't eager to pick up my e-reader at every available opportunity.
The characters in I Flipping Love You were pretty well balanced and likable. However, I was never quite invested in their individual stories or them as a couple. And though I understood the why for Rian's hangups, she'd often frustrate me, especially when she reacted without any sort of communication or discussion. The romance between Rian and Pierce was cute and sexy, and I thought they were a good match. I liked their meet-cute and thought the way they came together over real estate was different. Unfortunately, both were a little wishy washy with the relationship at times, refusing to talk about their feelings and future and it led to a lot of undo angst in my eyes. Happily, the way it came together in the end was satisfying, especially because both were more open with each other. Humor wise it was in par with many of this author's books, I wasn't cracking up, but I smiled a lot even if it was occasionally with a little eye roll. Ultimately, I'd consider I Flipping Love You a cute romance that was entertaining at times but a bit forgettable.

Another sexy, smoldering book from the talented Helena Hunting. Rian Sutter and her twin sister, Marley, are real-estate agents looking to flip some beachfront property so they can earn enough to purchase the ramshackle Mission Mansion and turn it into a B&B. But coincidentally, Pierce and his brother Lawson are also doing the same beachfront flipping in the same area as the Sutter sisters. I really enjoyed the back and forth of these two lovers. They had many tiffs but still couldn’t keep their hands off each other with Rian always afraid Pierce would find out the family secret.
This is a perfect beach read. Not much angst but loads of steam and humor.

I Flipping Love You, by Helena Hunting, is one of those books that manages to touch your heart, keeps you engaged, and be a little bit funny all at the same time.
Rian and Marley are twins real estate agents with a hidden past. Confronted by an angry Pierce, a bewildered Rian figures out that it’s a case of mistaken identity and the games begin.
Pierce is an uber-wealthy, but unhappy patent lawyer who is currently “on sabbatical” after a mistake on a patent that may risk everything for him. Spending time in the Hamptons while contemplating his future, he is couch surfing with his brother Lawson, and renovating houses. Right now, Pierce is living his dream. Afraid to admit it to his family, he has the job working with his hands that he’s always wanted, and he has enough money in his bank account. If only he weren’t afraid to admit this to his father.
Rian senses danger in Pierce and doesn’t want to fall for him. But good sense doesn’t always win, and things get complicated. Summer in the Hamptons is always a good time but will Rian’s dream of returning to the family home where she and Marley were raised come between a life with Pierce?
Of course, these two end up striking up more than a friendship along the way.
Helena Hunting created a story with characters who were so easy to fall in love with and make you want to get to know. Rian and Pierce definitely had a ‘fire and ice’ type of relationship from the beginning. I loved Pierce’s sense of humor and patience with Rian, and how feisty Rian could be at times. I hope there will be an upcoming story with Marley and Lawson.

I Flipping Love You was a really fun read! Pierce and Rian were a fun couple to watch, mostly because she was prickly as can be and he was determined to push her buttons during every encounter. She called him an as*hole for the first third of the book, but Pierce was determined to prove her wrong.
And he did.
I thought this was a good story of two people who had very good reasons to avoid relationships, but once they met, they couldn’t stay away and that just made me smile. I did think Helena Hunting focused too much on flipping for my taste, but they were both in the real estate game so it was understandable.
There were times during I Flipping Love You that I thought Rian was kind of a pain. I mean, I totally get WHY she would be hesitant to tell Pierce all her secrets after life had taught her not to, but damn girl! She waited too long and it became a waiting game of me trying to guess if his brother would find out first and out her or if Pierce’s father would…I didn’t know but it was all I could focus on.
Until it happened and it was rather anticlimactic.
But the story itself was filled with plenty of action and drama, oh and did I mention how HAWT the steamy scenes were? Really hot! This is a fun read that’s guaranteed to keep you smiling and blissed out for a few hours.

4.5 Stars
It's been a while since I've read anything by Helena Hunting, and when I came across I Flipping Love You, I was excited! I just needed something light and amusing, and Hunting delivered with this spicy read!
Pierce and Rian had chemistry right from their initial meeting, despite the issues and the banter that occurred between them. I loved the way that they both stuck to their guns and wouldn't back down. There were a few chance meetings and each time I could see the connection between them getting stronger.
I liked that they had something in common and had plans to flip houses. Rian had a dream to take on an estate that meant a lot to her, and these plans she slowly divulged to Pierce. However, they both had secrets that kept the distance between them... even though they were as hot as hell between the sheets.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading I Flipping Love You! Pierce and Rian were so entertaining to read about. They were both determined and focused on their goals and at times they even worked well together. I liked meeting each of their siblings and seeing the affect that they had on their lives. I was sad to see how both Rian and her sister were treated by her parents, but was grateful that she found someone like Pierce to make her whole once again.

5 star Review I Flipping Love You (Shacking Up #3) by Helena Hunting
A stand alone novel from the very talented Helena Hunting. I Flipping Love You had me laughing so much it hurt. I loved the premise of this book and could not wait to dive in.
When lawyer Pierce decides to take some time off and help his brother out by flipping houses, he has no idea that his life is about to change in ways he never imagined. Firstly he mistakenly meets Rian and believes that she is the woman who caused damage to his car. Once Rian sorts out the mess and realises that it was in fact her twin who was the one involved, she has to negotiate a settlement with Pierce and this is where the fun begins.
Romantic comedy is fast becoming one of my go to genres to read. I Flipping Love you was one of those books that had me laughing, smiling and generally feeling great. Pierce and Rian connected and the attraction and their chemistry together is smoking hot and almost electrifying.
I love Ms. Hunting's style of writing, she ensures that her characters are not “perfect”. I was entertained and captivated from the start. If you want a fun, not too long romantic comedy to read, then I highly recommend this book, you won't be disappointed.
I received an ARC of this book through the publisher and Netgalley.

I had high hopes for this book because I loved Shacking Up but there were instances in which the plot dragged. Most of the antics seemed far fetched and the constant confusion by the heroine made the plot slow. Of course, Helena's witty style is seen throughout the book and seeing the previous characters was a joy.

What a fun summer read! Helena Hunting writes some of my favorite characters and Rian and Pierce have definitely been added to that list. I loved the banter between them and the sexual tension was off the charts. Fans of the Shacking Up series will love this book.

Rian and her sister have a history that they’re not proud of. They are determined to turn things around by flipping houses in the Hamptons. When a hit and run fender bender puts Rian on Pierce’s radar, her summer just got a whole lot more interesting.
Pierce is unhappy with his job. After a colossal mistake sends him to the Hamptons, he’s using the time to do what he loves best, working with his hands. When he sees the woman who scratched his car in the grocery store he’s ready for a throw down. However, after a grocery cart crash into his family jewels he’s determined that he wants that throw down to be of a different kind altogether.
I loved Rian’s snarky attitude and take no prisoners personality. Her loyalty to her sister was commendable as they work together to achieve their dreams. Or at least Rian’s dreams. Pierce was so much fun. He knew just how to get under Rian’s skin and did so at every opportunity. He was careful not to run her off, knowing she was skittish and used his talents to prevent her from doing so. I was so glad that his history did not include him being a one night stand kind of guy.
This was a cute and fun story with lots of saucy, sexy banter. The angst level was low, the steam high and the secondary characters were appropriate to support the main characters while not making me necessarily want to read more about them. The conflict was resolved with communication but was not an ongoing issue and the ending was in keeping with the rest of the story, sweet and cute.
Overall, I really enjoyed this book and would recommend it to anyone who likes a light hearted but not silly read.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book provided by NetGalley and St. Martin's Press. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Fresh, funny, house flipping story line where the guy and gal actually talk about things rather than fly off the handle and miscommunicate. It was a sweet summer read.
