This is not going to be for everyone. It seemed like an oversimplified look at a very complicated topic. Some of the language used by the author could be a bit off-putting, maybe even offensive, to some readers.

This book just really wasn't for me. I feel like the author had a refreshing honesty and genuinely is seeking to help those who struggle with infertility and many of her techniques and advice may help some, yet some parts just feel a little too "natural" to me and other parts seemed blatantly obvious.

There was some good (yet small) nutritional advice and she does identify some causes of infertility, yet most of it seems to relate to emotional issues and she talks a lot about chakras. I'm all for natural healing by what we put in our body to nourish or harm us and keeping our body and mind fit and healthy, but I feel like that was a different kind of natural than she was referring to since there was not very much overlap.

The book is ok and may be up some people's alley, just not what I was expecting and I did not find it especially helpful. I have given birth many times but have also dealt with infertility. I did not find anything that was personally helpful or new, but if you have not researched the topic, it may be a nice to read to learn some basics, especially if you are into chakras, which she spends a fair amount of time talking about.

I decided to give this book a try. No problem with the natural bit and the holistic bit but once the author made the HUGE mistake of saying "Are you a little OCD?" I knew I was done. As someone who actually suffers from OCD I was so dissapointed in this day and age and with how far I thought we'd come with mental health that OCD would still be used as a slight character flaw or trait. No it's a disease. A Disorder. It's not for those who love things neat and clean. It's alot deeper than that. And if the author can't or won't study and research things they're saying in this book, I can' recommend it.

I recieved a free copy of the book by the book's publishers via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
