Stumbled upon this by accident, but so glad it happened. It pulled at the heartstrings and makes you want more. Hope the author does more series this finale was amazing.

If you love Historical fiction and time travel, this series is the one for you. I have read every book in this series and the Dove series which interacts with the Shore Leave Café series. Abbie Williams writes a great story and I am disappointed that these two series are finished. I was seriously excited when Return to Yesterday became available on Netgalley, it meant I didn't have to wait another month to read the final book and find out where the ending was going. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint.

There are many heart in throat moments, were the girls going to finally be with their men in the 21st century, were their lives going to change back to what was happening in the 19th century? Was everyone going to live and is Fallon going to be there at every turn to reap his evil on everyone?

Loved every word in this book and I am hopeful that Abbie Williams will start another book/series in the near future.

I really enjoyed reading this book. I know it's part of a series, which if you don't read them it kinda can get confuseing BUT the author dose write it so that it's not a big deal if you don't read the series. The story dose capture you and makes you wander what's going to happen next, if everything is going to work out in the end, and will there be a happier every after. Over all this is a really good book / series which makes you hope and dream that true love will always find you and live through out the ages.
