I was not expecting this book to be as good as it turned out to be. I can confidently say that this is the first and only book I've ever read (and I've read a ton of books) where the baby is an actual character instead of a plotline to bring the two main love interests together.

Jax is adorable and I felt as if I can actually hold him in my arms. He was the centre of attention and what made this book a four-star review. The romance however was exhausting. Molly was exhausting. I understood where she was coming from, but the circles she put everyone around was just tiring to read. Especially when we find the root of her problem is a bad case of miscommunication.

I barely even cared about the actual romance in the book and cared more about what was happening to Jax and how great Brant was with him, which is a good thing since Jax's story took up most of the book and I was here for it. Brant and his family was the saving grace of this book and it was a great read.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to read and review this book.

After losing and replacing my broken Kindle and getting a new phone I was unable to download the title again for review as it was no longer available on Netgalley.

I’m really sorry about this and hope that it won’t affect you allowing me to read and review your titles in the future.

Thank you so much for giving me this opportunity.
Natalie.

I believe the title tells all in this book. If you want to read and enjoy this book to the fullest, you Must Love Babies, because the majority of the book chronicles the adventures Brant has with his nephew, baby Jax. If you know me, you know that I love stories involving children, especially the heroes’ interactions with them melt my heart, but be prepared to read a lot of baby Jax and Brant.

I have to admit, I felt this story was more Brant’s unexpected and sudden plunge into parenting territory than the romance. It was quite fun to read about a man who enjoyed his bachelor status to the limit becoming the father figure to a little baby—and struggling with it completely— but if I have to be honest, that took a bit away from what he could’ve had with the heroine. Perhaps a little less of the baby—and I can’t believe I’m saying this because again, I love children in stories— and a little bit more with Brant with Molly would’ve been much better for this contemporary romance.

And for those who think this is a factor in choosing their reads, all the sex happens off the pages. This is no matter for me, even though I like my sex, it’s not a deciding factor that there isn’t any in the book.

Few other details, an example being Brant’s brothers who I assume will have their own books in the series, didn’t sit well with me. First and foremost, it took quite a while for them to rush over to their sister and nephew’s side for help, and eventually Brant’s, to give him a hand in caring for the baby. I just thought a detail like this was a bit off putting since these guys will have stories later on.

It was fun, and the baby was very sweet, but the romance and the rest maybe needed a bit more adjustment for my taste. If you love babies in stories, this one might prove to be a fun read—and I know I’ve said the word ‘baby’ a million times in this review!

Must Love Babies is a sweet read that will be sure to warm hearts of readers-- by falling in love with the caring, sweet handsome hero and then.... there's the heroine. She's whiny but mix well with the hero and the baby!
Romance, babies, diapers... what's more to love? ;)

This is a new author for me. I enjoyed this book. Brant meets Molly at a friends wedding reception and it is instant attraction. He gets called away from their evening for a family emergency. Brant a single guy who takes on his nephew's care while his sister recoups from an accident. He is a confirmed bachelor and doesnt know much about babies.
Molly has a plan she made a list of how her life should be having had a few bad experiences. While Brant might know how to kiss a girl she is confirmed in her plans to not commit to anyone even if he does have a cute nephew.
This was a good book with quiet a few family member mixed in.
If you like small town romance this might be one for you.

This was such a great addition to our romance shelves. Bachelor with unexpected baby books always are an easy sell to our romance readers, and this one was much better than most. The characters are relatable and witty, and my patrons have loved it.

Deep, emotional, a great story about forgivenes, love, babies and dreams. Honestly, I can never say no to any books with a baby in it and this time I hit the jackpot. It had everything I needed and would totally buy this book if I did not get this ARC. In the end I bought the book for two of my friends also, so everybody won. A great story that will have you go all over every emotional phase.

Must Love Babies is the first book by Lynnette Austin that I have ever read and I must say I loved everything about this book! I can hardly wait to see what she comes up with next!

This was a really good fun sweet romance. This is the first book in the series but it will help if you have read the Magnolia Brides series. Molly and Brant were wonderful characters and I just loved watching him with his nephew who does not like a hot guy with a baby. This is a great book to curl up with

This was such a fun story you won’t want to put it down. Who doesn’t love caring, alpha males, who love their families, but especially babies? Well, this is the for you.
This is a fast-moving multi-issue story. You have Molly Stiles the bridal store owner with trust issues, you have Brant Wylder one of three alpha male brothers who are the fixers of the family. Then you have his younger sister Lainey who is not in a position to care for his nephew so he must be the one. For his brothers were on a flight to Texas to pick up a car to restore.
You see the three brothers the eldest Tucker, the lone wolf, ex-Marine and total alpha male. There is Brant and then there is Gaven the charmer, the lady’s man and the love’em and leave’em, also an alpha male. They all own Wylder Rides a car and motorcycle restoration shop that even has a tv show. Since they have outgrown their current location and their hometown in Tenn. won’t allow them to expand they are scouting new locations right there in Misty Bottoms, Georgia.
The thing is while there for the second of their friend's weddings they had scouted out several sights. With the plan to have Brant remain back to work the deals if they met their needs. Only the night of the wedding after his brothers left and he had finally started talking to the woman he couldn’t stop thinking about since the last time they were at a wedding there, Molly he gets a call from his dad. Cutting out without saying goodbye so she knew it was bad.
Although disappointed she was more concerned. Making her want to seek him out. She fought an inner battle with herself because she knew she really liked him but she has a list that she has lived by and she has to stay her course. She allowed a second man in her heart and he left her too. She could not stand to allow that again.
After hours of second-guessing herself, she calls one of his friends to get his number to call him. More fighting with herself but finally she calls. She finds out his sister had an accident and she’s in surgery. Brant, is stuck at the hospital all alone.
The next day she finds out at the grocery store she finds out when she finds he is solely caring for his seven-month-old nephew, Jax. He has no clue how or what he’s doing. Neither does she but she helps as much as she can. You see she is an only child who never babysat and had no cousins.
She finds out he has to go back to the hospital to check on his sister. She offers to help. So, starts their non-relationship. You see they both make it perfectly clear they have not the time or the energy to get involved. Just friends. See how that works out for them.
You won’t be disappointed. The people in this small town take care of their own as well as those that are short-term or friends. I give this: 5 stars. Provided by netgalley.com. Follow us at www.1rad-readerreviews.com.

Fabulous! Can't wait for the next one. I love the small town feel and how the Magnolia Bride series characters were included. Hot men, hot cars and babies don't hurt either

I received a complimentary copy of this book from NetGalley and I am voluntarily reviewing it.

This was a thoroughly enjoyable read. I loved the dual POVs, that really helps me to understand the character. I totally fell in love with Jax. Who couldn't fall for a seven month old baby! Of course, Brant was a very close second place! He has a heart of gold. I so hope his brothers' get a story as well. They were a fantastic addition. I have to go back and read the prior books to get the stories of the other ladies.

This is the first book of Ms. Austin's that I have read. If the other books are anything like this one, they will be highly anticipated. I loved the laughter and good-feeling that is book gave me.

I know from some reviews that I've read that this wasn't everyone's cuppa but I have to say I loved Must Love Babies!!!!

Brant Wylder was settled and happy living his bachelor life and working with his brothers.
Molly Stiles has a solid plan of getting her business up and running and not getting married 'til she's at least 30.
Then they met and things went to pot where their plans were concerned.

This was a slow brewing, sweet romance with two likable main characters, a fun supporting cast and of course, baby Jax, who was a show stealer! With all that you would expect from a small town by way of support, help and a little bit of helpful interference, this was a great read that I definitely recommend reading.

I haven't read any of the books that this series has spun from - this was in fact my first Lynnette Auston read and I'm really looking forward to more in this series as well as going back to check our the authors earlier works.

This gets 5* from me!!

Single men and Babies what is not to love!
Brant went from single man to filling in as the daddy roll for Jax, Brant’s sisters baby.
As she is now in the ER recovering.
Through out the book, I felt a little lost.
I felt like there was something I was missing.
But overall it was a cute book.

Overall the story was cute. Very PG.

I did feel that it was a little too drawn out. It was almost too simple and sweet. I enjoyed the characters and the small town vibe. I think if it had just been a little more condensed I would have enjoyed it more.

I had never read this author before, but I must say I will be reading more of her work. Brant ends up as temporary guardian of his nephew because his sister has an accident. Molly has relationship issues so the two tiptoe around a relationship for most of the book. Brant will be hard to resist though. He’s a good guy. I enjoyed this book.

Received an ARC from NetGalley for an honest review.

Cute story, but it felt like it dragged. This story had it all and there were parts that were absolutely great, but then there were times where it felt like about 100 pages could have gotten cut. What I liked: Jax. That kid was adorable and every time he was involved in the story, I fell a little more in love. I liked the town all coming together to help Brant get settled. The Wylder brothers were a hoot when they got together and Molly and Brant were adorable. Things I wasn't so crazy about - There were way way way way too many people in this town to keep track of and for the most part, I found them irrelevant to the story. Lack of closure was an issue, especially with Lainey and Jax. Way too much meddling...like, across the board.

It's a pretty clean, sweet read and I would def give another Wylder brother a chance, but there was plenty that I found myself skimming over because I knew it wasn't relevant to the story.

It’s wedding season in Misty Bottom. The Wylder brothers are looking to relocate and Molly Stiles is hoping her “To-Do” List is coming to fruition. So far, so good. She’s 27, owns her own business, The Little White Dress, and plans on getting married in 3 years. The only problem, Brant Wylder makes her challenge everything about her list. Brant Wylder is a fixer. He and his two brothers not only fix cars, but they also do vehicle restorations. His family is in trouble, Brant to the rescue. The brothers are looking for a new location to set up shop, Brant goes looking for the perfect place.

Brant’s sister, Lainey, gets into a drunk driving accident and lands herself in the hospital. With the father out of the picture and Lainey in the hospital, someone will need to take her son, Jax. Brant to the rescue! Never having raised a child before, Brant and Jax are in for quite an experience. Fortunately, he’s in Misty Bottom and southern hospitality is a real thing. Practically an entire town is there to help, and the most important person is Molly. Brant has not only bonded with Jax, but he has developed feelings for Molly. The only thing in his way is her list. How can Brant make Molly see her list is holding her back? Will Molly realize too late she missed out on something great?

Must Love Babies had every element you love in a romance novel… an amazing hero, a sweet leading lady, an adorable baby, and a life lesson. Sometimes you have to live in the moment because not everything will go according to plan. Everything will happen when it needs to. Be spontaneous, don’t miss your shot! This is set up to be a series, and it looks like Brant’s older brother, Tucker, will be next. I can’t wait!
