I've been reading this series from the beginning. I love the premise of witches living together & having to be careful around the mortals around them. Darcy has it even harder as she is charged by the Elder to investigate the crimes in the witch community without the mortals suspecting anything. In this books, Darcy is in charge of organizing a benefit foot race when something happens to one of the runners. Was it an accident or murder? While Darcy is investigating she also has to deal with a mischief-making Vince, weddings & almost-weddings, a sick sister, financial fiddling, a battle for the leadership of the community & a dog that won't stay home. This makes for some fun, & lots of tension. The only bad part is now I have to wait to find out what happens next. #ToCatchAWitch #NetGalley

To Catch a Watch by Heather Blake is part of her Wishcraft series. Darcy is happy being in the village and helping the elder. Theres a race planned and her friend Abby is killed. Its up to Darcy to help the elder out and find the killer. Love this series and all the characters its like visiting old friends. Romance, adventure theres a little bit of everything. 5 stars you cant put it down. Can’t wait for more by the amazing author!!!

I have really enjoyed this series. Light, funny, paranormal, cozy romance. The endings always hook me and make sure that I want to read the next book in the series. I really like her characters

LOVED this book! This is a wonderful series that has Darcy, a wishcrafter, along with her police chief fiance, investigate a murder. Nick is investigating in his role as the police chief, while Darcy is investigating the paranormal (or "craft") aspects of it on behalf of the village elder.

This is a well told story with a substantial mystery that fans of the genre will appreciate. Add in the craft aspects and the relationships between the mortals and the crafters and you have all the elements for a wonderful story.

I found myself pulled into the tale from the very first page and kept turning pages just as quickly as possible until the very last page. Put this one at the top of your TBR list as you can't go wrong with a book by this author. While this is part of a series, this is a stand alone novel, however, they're so good that you really owe it to yourself to read them all. The author is on my must read authors' list.
