I did not finish this book because it was not a good fit for me. I did not find the hero or heroine to be particularly interesting, and the storyline was not grabbing me. I will not be posting more of a review than this online, as I make it a policy to not rate or review a book that I have not finished.

After a string of bad relationships Dawn is once again left at the alter and demands to know why or at least get her stuff back. Thing is to get to him she has his brother Cooper in her way. Cooper has trust issues after his last relationship and after finding out that this brother left after believing shes in it for the money he willing to be the barrier between his brother and her by going with her on a road trip to warn his brother before she gets here. Little did they expect during that ride to learn more and enjoy eachothers company.
So this book was both predictable with what you'd expect the ending to be and yet unexpected for me. Now that I'm thinking about it even after reading the description of this book, this book turned out to be unique in its own way. I read a whole lot of contemporary romance because that's my thing and lately I haven't come across one that really branched out to being different. This book has the uniqueness of a road trip that was pretty sweet to watch. I loved the drama of the ups and downs as they revealed more about themselves and seeing how much closer they were getting. Also for you readers that do like a clean romance like I do then you'll like this book. Overall this was a pretty sweet and enjoyable book and I really liked it.

Sweet, funny and eminently enjoyable.
I enjoyed the connection between Dawn and Cooper, and the pacing of the story was spot-on. This was a little on the sweeter side than I've read of late, but I definitely didn't mind.
I very much liked how their story was resolved - lovely and fit well with the rest of their tale.
PS I want to road-trip it now, so I can check out those roadside attractions - I love all that stuff.

Don't much care about the sex scenes being behind closed doors. Part of what makes a fictional romance is the love scenes and I want to read about that intimacy and connection, otherwise it gets boring....
