Very good book!! I enjoyed reading this one! There are other books before this one but I didn't feel lost or anything, I definitely will go back and read the other book! This book is Wendy and Noah book, they are both lawyers and basically grew up together Noah sister is her best friend and Wendy's dad had passed away at a young age so her mother wasn't around cuz she worked all the time so Noah family took her in but Noah also lost his father at a young age so they both have a lot of problems to overcome! It definitely is a heartfelt and sexy book! I highly recommend this book!! Thank you NetGalley and forever (grand central publishing) for sharing this with me! It was a really enjoyable read!!

I loved the first book in this series and enjoyed this one, although not as much. Wendy and Noah have history, but things change when both are involved with Jane (heroine of the previous book and her long-time best friend/his sister) planning her upcoming wedding. I liked re-connecting with characters from the first novel and watching Wendy and Noah work through their differences. I will be looking forward to the next story.

I tore through this book in a matter of days (it would have been hours but life got in the way). I loved reading about Wendy and Noah working through not only their feelings for each other but some of the other baggage that was holding them back. Plus, it was fun to catch up with the characters from the first novel. Can't wait for Jenny Holiday's next book!

I loved book one in this series so much, that I was so looking forward to book 2 . I didn't love It Takes Two as much as I loved One and Only. Wendy Liu wasn't my favorite. I kind of struggled to keep reading it, to be honest.

It Takes Two is a hard shot of whiskey for me! I totally was in love with this book Wendy is something else she is feisty yet soft and wears her heart on her sleeve, when her past comes rolling on in her heart is shattered once again by her best friends brother Noah who has no freaking idea he broke her for every other guy! I absolutely loved this book it had me going until the very end. A great read for Jenny Holiday!

Wendy just doesn't beat around the bush when she means business and her man does not mind at all, So she just said it. “I want you to fuck me this time, so we’re gonna need a condom.” Something sparked in his eyes. Good, upstanding , responsible Noah liked that idea." There are times Noah doesn't need to be told twice and the man is all action, "he pulled a couple of twenties out of the pocket in his running shorts and handed them to her. “I’ll have what you’re having—and I’ll get us a taxi.” I liked this book, I loved Noah.

his book was adorable. I loved the steamy banter and competition between Wendy and Noah...it made the book even better. I am a sucker for the hate to love story line and this book didn't disappoint.
Wendy and Noah shouldn't be together; she is his little sister's best friend and he was like a surrogate older brother to her. When they see, really see, each other in something other than that particular image things get heated fast!
