4.5-Stars for this sweet, romantic yet sexy full length read. This was the first book I read by Regina Cole & I hope it's not the last from this series if the other books are like this one with some humorous laugh out loud moments, a bit of steam, a hint of witty banter & alot of sweet romance. To Have and to Harley is definitely a uniquely fun MC storyline & not your typical MC plot even though it does revolve around the leader of the MC group, the Shadows a vigilante justice, Robin Hood-esque group that operated in the grey area of the law. I was a bit shocked I liked this book as much as I did because typically MC romances are not my favorite but after about three or four chapters I was hooked. It was a bit of a slow start but don't give up on this one because not only did Regina Cole surprise me with this book, i can honestly say it was my all time favorite MC read. Being different than the typical MC read is reason alone to recommend one-clicking To Have and to Harley! Plus, you can one-click for no other reason than Trey, because Trey is one hot & sexy swoon-worthy book boyfriend!! Definitely Recommend!

Normally I avoid books about bikers, with a few exceptions, it isn’t a troupe that does anything but irritate me. However, I couldn’t resist the blurb of this one…big burly bikers masquerading as wedding planners? I had to give it a try. So, I bravely picked it up and decided to read outside my norm. Did it work out? Kind of. I didn’t hate it. However, I also didn’t love it.

Firstly, the reason I picked this up is because I love a book that employs humour. If an author can get me to laugh a few times than I am happy. And this book definitely managed to put a smile on my face, the unexpectedness of hard eyed and tough bikers arguing about flower arrangements and wedding finger foods was very funny. Sadly, it was only the people surrounding the hero and heroine who were fun, the hero and heroine themselves seemed to suck all the joy out of the room. It was strange having these two angsty characters plonked into the middle of a setting ripe for a romantic comedy and it didn’t work for me.

I’m keeping this review fairly short, as although there were enjoyable parts of the book and it was no hardship to read it, it wasn’t quite my cup of tea. However, depending on the blurb of the next book I would give this series a second chance as although I didn’t hit it off with the hero and heroine in this one, I did like the characters surrounding them.

I can’t formulate thoughts after finishing this story. I know for certain is that I didn’t want it to end!
All I can think about it how I would like a real-life Trey! Although he has a bad-ass personality, you feel all of his vulnerability throughout the story. From reuniting with his lost family, to kindling a new flame, Trey is out of his element and the outcome is amazing. He is incredible, and I love his story. I have torn feelings on Bethany and Sarah throughout the story, but in the end I loved everything with how the story unraveled. I especially loved the Shadows - the level of loyalty within those men is amazing and I only wish I could experience their personalities in real life.

Hhhmmm. Not sure where to start. This was just an ok read for me. I really wanted to like the book because of the synopsis. It had an unusuaI setup for a romance for a biker book. But this is the type of story where you need to understand the nutty, madcap comedy aspect and unfortunately for me, it was just mildly funny at best. During some of the initial wedding planning scenes there are hints of potential, but never more than that. I just did not feel the connection between Bethany and Trey. It starts off slow and the Firsts (meet/kiss/love scene) were only ok.. The balance between the drama and the comedy wasn’t there.

Bethany Jernigan agrees to take over the wedding planning for her best friend. But the guy in charge and his staff are not like anything she ever imagined.

Trey Harding never intended for everything get so out of hand when he lied about being the wedding planner. But now he's fallen for the maid of honor. He's running out of time to figure out how to tell the truth without losing his new family, his crew .or the woman of his dreams.

I really wanted to like this book. The premise is intriguing, especially with Trey finding his mom, and I felt that it could be so entertaining with the fish out of water part. Unfortunately I lost interest at the lie. It didn't seem conceivable to me with how it happened and his portrayal was more goofball than bad *ss biker. Unfortunately as much as I wanted to finish this one I had to stop about a third of the way thru.

This story a surprisingly tender and fun romance about a biker gang planning a wedding - I really, really enjoyed it and am really hoping it's the first in a series! I loved that Trey and his guys showed such blatant sensitivity and were totally fine being goofy and emotional. Oh, and the vigilante Robin Hood aspect - LOVE. I will be recommending this one all over the place.

I took a chance on Regina Cole’s To Have and to Harley because it intrigued me; bikers turned wedding planners, I had to see where it went. I am SO, SO, glad I did. I loved the interaction and the odd matchup. Things turn a little dark in the middle and there were times that I wanted to slap both the hero and heroine. However, things came around to where I wanted them to by the end, so much so that I hope all 12 of the Shadows get their own book. Bikers turned wedding planners is fabulous and creative and wonderful.

I really enjoyed the premise of this book although I am not a huge fan of MC books generally. But the dichotomy of the bikers handling wedding planning was a big draw for me! And it was funny! I can’t wait for the next book in this series!

copy received for honest review
When I read the description, I thought this would be a fun book to read. It had me at;"Are those...bikers? Arguing about wedding favors?". The book was ok. It didn't wow me like I expected.
The bikers actually planning the wedding was kind of funny. Reading how these big tough guys are arguing over food, flowers and invitations was cute. I liked the characters and how protective Trey was. The series has potential. I would try the next book in the series. The supporting characters were an mixed group with interesting back stories.

This was an okay read for me. The writing didn't grab me from the start the way I would have wanted, but it wasn't bad. There are a lot of things that are just a little too out there to be believable, but all in all not a bad story. I think that this is the beginning of a series, and I would be willing to give this author another read.

Bikers and Brides: it shouldn’t have worked, but it really did! I don’t read a lot of MC books, and this concept is certainly nothing I’ve ever read before. I enjoyed getting to know the members of Trey’s biker gang, and anticipate each of them having their own Bikers and Brides book!

This twist on a motorcycle romance is really good. I enjoyed watching these tuff men turn into wedding planners. Trey runs the gang and gets them in this mess. While doing this he falls in love with Bethany. Their romance adds all the fun to this impossible situation. I highly recommend this book as a quick fun read to escape for a few hours.

When I saw the blurb for this book I said to myself that I have to read this book and I did.
It is a long time since I've read a book about MC and their members. It was a good read that kept me reading and reading until the middle of the night. It was entertaining to read all the twists and turns in this rollercoaster of a book. Great mix of romantic comedy and some serious family dealings. Really enjoyable!

To Have and to Harley by Regina Cole had the cutest blurb, and I couldn't pass it up. A badass biker who takes justice into his own hands becomes a wedding planner after a lie he tells. It was such a fun, hilarious romcom that just hit all the right notes. There were parts of it that were a bit cliche, I'll admit, but it was such fun watching these two go up against each other. I also really related to Bethany. She's in a tough spot, but she's got a lot of grit and determination which made me love her so hard!

If you're looking for a feel-good read this is it!

My Rating: 4.5 Stars (round it up to 5 on Amazon)

I stay up late reading this book until the very end. There was something that pulled me and I couldn't put it down. Regina Cole became a new author to my list of automatic reads.

Bethany is a woman trying to find her place in the world after she quit her job. Her best friend is getting married, she's unemployed and of course, she accepts Sarah request to plan the wedding. She had no idea what she was getting into but at the same time, she wanted to help the family that has been there for her after her own father died some years ago.

Trey is the leader of The Shadows, a group of bikers that toe the line of the law trying to keep the town they live in free of drugs and criminals. He has lived his life thinking his mother abandoned him in a bathroom stall without a care in the world, and his only family is his men, The Shadows. He's in for a surprise and a half when a PI founds him in a bar and tells him a shocking discovery.

I adored this story. It's one of the funniest things I have read about bikers in a long time. The interaction between them was fantastic because they knew each other so well but the way the tasks were taken over by The Shadows men was so enjoyable that I can't even begin to explain it.

The back and forward between Bethany and Trey was also interesting to see. How misunderstandings happened and how lies became so big that it was not going back. The love that grew between them and the way they wanted to keep they loved safe, also played a roll in me loving this story.

HEA was a perfect ending for this book and the idea of what's to come for the men in this series makes me anxious to get the next book in my hands right now. I'm itching to see more, to read more, to know more.

The characters are relatable, all of them, even the secondary ones. The writing is simple but to the point, without overuse of big words or anything that could hinder the flow of the story. The plot was great, not only the romantic one because we are following two plots in this book, plots that interconnect at the end.

I would absolutely recommend this book to any lover of biker romances, family reunions, I fell for my best friend brother kind of books. You won't regret a minute of the time you invest in this book.

Trey was to get his clients -Lynn- back child support and was beating the hell out of Vinnie- Lynn’s ex- to get it. Wolf was Trey’s right hand man. Vinnie sold drugs but was holding out on his support but had been flashing a large bank roll at a strip club called Cherry Ice as eh sold drugs. So he had the money to pay support he just didn’t Lynn was now a single parent trying to support her family. Trey had been the kid whose mother left him in a gas station bathroom. After Trey got Lynn’s money he told Vinnie he never to screw Lynn or the kids over again or he’d be back.. If Trey ever had a best friend it would be fellow Iron Shadows MC member Wolf. The Iron Shadows were together because they all had something society found unappealing. They worked well together and they were the only family Trye had and he was proud they had chosen him to lead them. Bethany was manager at Hudson’s Department Store. She had started working at the store when she was a teenager - stocking first and had worked her way up to manager while also getting a business degree. But the district manager’s niece- Tiffany- left whenever she wanted and did what he wanted and this time she had insulted Bethany in front of a customer. When she called Tiffany’s Uncle Earnest he said she could not fire Tiffany or she would be fired then Bethany had enough and said get the pink slip ready hung up in the man's ear and fired Tiffany and the cleaned her desk out. Bethany’s best friend since seventh grade was Sarah and when her father died her parents had taken Bethany in and she was part of the family now. Sarah had just gotten engaged and Bethany seemed to be forever single. Bethany was happy for her friend but…. Sarah wanted Bethany to help plan her wedding with her mom so she said she would hore Bethany as her wedding liaison while Bethany looked for another job.Trey was at Ruby’s - a local bar and the Shadows hangout when a PI came up to Trey and said his mother had hired him to find try whose real name was Samuel. Trey wanted to know why his mother cared now and the PI said Trey had been kidnapped. His mother was Delores Yelverton. When Trey/Sam had been born he had difficulties feeding, gaining weight, that type of thing. Then a nurse had been hired to cope with Trey’s/Sam’s special needs. No one knew the nurse had her own issues and one night she took off with Trey. There was a man hunt for Trey and the nurse. But the nurse’s car was was found by a lake and her body was found in the lake. The nurse was suspected of having participating in human trafficking. Then Trey found out his mother was i county away, about a fifteen minute drive. Then the PI put a piece of paper on the table with his mother’s number on it. It was up to Try to call her or not. Trey called his mother as she had spent thirty years looking for him, never giving up on him. Trey didn’t know how to manage the emotional minefield of a loving accepting mother. Trey learned hi had a sister. When his mother asked him what he did his mind went blank and he said the first thing that came to mind after seeing the wedding magazine and said he organized weddings. Bethany had to see her grandmother she had promised before he died she would look after her grandmother. Had become a hoarder and referred to Bethany’s father and her son as “her Marine’ and not by his name. Then Bethany found out when she had brought her grandmother to her home she had stolen her father's purple heart and when Bethany tried to take it back her grandmother struck her , Bethany told her off and grabbed the purple heart and left with her grandmother screeching at her. She went to Dolores's house who was her second mom. - it was home to Bethany. But someone else was there but Bethany decided to go in anyway. Bethany knew Trey was lying but now she had to find a way to prove it to protect the family who had taken her in and loved her unconditionally. Trey’s MC did good things like getting rid of drug dealers and help people like with Lynn. and trying to ,make their community better Trey did get his MC to help him with planning his sister's wedding. Bethany and Trey were attracted to each other.
I enjoyed this book a lot. I loved the twist on a biker romance very unique and fun to read. I loved Bethany and Trey together and how they interacted with each other. I chuckled while reading this book. I liked the plot a lot. I really liked how Trey’s MC tried to do good things for their community even if it was in the grey area way and sometimes not exactly legal. I loved how Trey got his MC to help him with the wedding planning - good stuff. I was glad Trey’s mother found him and had never given up on him. I also loved how Trey’s mother started a place to help the homeless and named it Sam’s place after Trey whose birth name was Samuel. I didn't really care for how Sarah reacted when her brother was found it was to be about her and her wedding not that her mother had found her long lost/kidnapped son. I really enjoyed this offbeat romance. I wish I could rate this a 4.5. I loved the characters and the ins and outs of this book and I recommend.

I REALLY enjoyed this book! It's not your typical MC read so if you're looking for raw and gritty pass on by. If you're looking for a fun, humorous, romantic story this is the book for you. It had me laughing out loud picturing the tough alpha bikers dealing with all the things that make a wedding come together. There are some truly great characters and the writing is excellent. I'm hoping there is more of these wedding planner bikers in the future. If you're looking for a fun, relaxing read bring your sense of humor and give this one a try. I highly recommend it.
