Before I start this review I need to say that I love love LOVE the name BRAXTON. It sounds so sexy...I could just picture him standing in front of me with his beautiful eyes and all that ink. *swoon*
This man is something else - I loved everything about him. Even when he was being an ass I still loved him. As for Cara; she was such a sweet and beautiful soul. At times I wanted to smack some sense into her. I hated her parents and after I read this I'm so grateful for mine. It was beautiful to see how their relationship progressed and how they slowly but surely fell in love.
I'm a huge fan of Stacey Lynn .She has became my one-click author. Every book I pick up I love it more than the one before it.

Braxton and Cara had the perfect night together and thought that would be it...surprise! Now they had to deal with figuring out how to parent together as virtual strangers. I loved how even though Braxton was hurt and even on the verge of angry, he still took care of Cara and handled her with care. I liked how Cara was independent, but also recognized how good it was that Braxton wanted to help. The story was told from both points of view which gave me the opportunity to better understand what was happening from their perspectives.

This was a sweet read. I really enjoyed it. I always love a good secret baby book. Watching how Braxxton and Cara navigated this little hiccup in the plans was fun.

This book was so entertaining. I was drawn into the story from the beginning and was involved until the end. The characters were complex and interesting. I found the story to be well paced and engrossing throughout the whole book. I was invested in the couple throughout the book and felt all the emotions through both the highs and lows of the story. The side characters were such an integral part of this story as well. This is the love story i needed to read at this time. If you want an entertaining and well written book this is it for you

Honestly, two more main characters who got the shit end of the stick is recycled from the previous book. I'm already sick of the 'poor me' attitude, and the woman taking offense at the man pointing out she's living in a shithole when she's already said as much in her own head. She really needs to got over herself. Also, another heroine saving the world one offense at a time by being mad when someone uses the universal he. That she can't see she has bigger battles to fight speaks to her immaturity.

I wasn't going to review this, because I requested it before I'd read the first book. If I had read the first book, I wouldn't have requested this one. But I am, because maybe you won't like the same things I don't like.

Anyway, DNF at about 33%, so no rating.

I love a good wedding one-night standing leading to surprise baby plot and Knocked Up is just that. Braxton and Cara didn't intend on a relationship but their pregnancy means they need to reconsider everything. This was a good story with relatable characters.

I absolutely love Stacey Lynn's writing and the characters she creates. She has a knack for writing fierce heroines and charming heroes that I just enjoy and find endearing. Knocked Up had that delicious albeit hot hookup that happens between maid of honors and the best man, which led up to them getting pregnant despite not being in a relationship or even in contact with each other. They're opposites in personalities and in life journey and that wedding and this pregnancy brought them together more than once, so they try to make it work and co-exist. The H always wanted a family despite what he'd been through and this is his chance, and since he found himself falling for her, he seizes the opportunity to obtain what the universe brought both of them. It was endearing, entertaining, hot, funny, charming and sweet.

Sexy, Angsty, and sweet! Stacey Lynn delivers a very engaging read that’s sure to please fans of this trope!

The cover originally drew me in, but the story really made this an enjoyable time! Braxton and Cara’s story wasn’t always easy, but it was so sweet and hit me right in the feels!

Loved it!

I really enjoyed this book. It's no secret that I love secret/surprise babies and this was no different. A One night stand evolving into a relationship, while going through all the trials and tribulations of pregnancy gave this story its unique what ifs...

Very predictable with some hot and funny scenes thrown into the mix. Nothing crazy exciting or memorable but a good read nonetheless. A book when your bored and like the trope.

I hereby declare Braxton as my ultimate book boyfriend! He's sweet, he's not opposed of being in a committed relationship, oh and when his one-night-stand Cara tells him she's pregnant he totally steps up to the plate and does the right thing. Yep that makes him super sexy in my book.

Cara and Braxton's story was a fun read that had me fanning my self because they were so hot together. I highly recommend this book if you enjoy the surprise pregnancy trope and if you have the option listen to the audiobook because the Narrators Pippa Jayne and John Lane did a fabulous job with bringing this story to life.

Happy Reading!!!

This is what happens when two hot people are at the wedding of their best friends and have a "one night stand". They both get more then what they bargened for in the form of a positive test. Braxton is there for Cara even if she cant admit she wants more with him that just a baby daddy. Really enjoyed this book.

A one weekend fling turns into an unexpected pregnancy, all day sickness, navigating crappy families and backgrounds, and learning about each where they eventually fall in love. There were some funny moments, sweet moments and steamy moments. And the whole time I kept wondering how hot Braxton would look in person.

New Author to me and I thought this book was a great introduction!

Cara and Braxton were so cute in their own way and so very broken. Different backgrounds, but their emotional journey in life very similar..... goes to show you that you never really know someone until you really know them. The quote, never judge a book by the cover is so true in this story. This story is a good reminder that everything happens for a reason and you have to believe as hard as things may get, believe because there is someone for everyone and when they find them, the joy they find together is pretty special!

I needed something that was the literary equivalent of reality TV and this fit the bill. I have a low threshold for corny, over-the-top romance novels, but I actually enjoyed this. It was perfect snowed-in Saturday smut. I will absolutely check out Stacey Lynn again.

This book by the amazing Stacey Lynn knocked me a solid. Stacey Lynn is undoubtedly one the best Romance Alpha writes out there today

Boy does this book start of with a bang. Every word then scene and chapter keeps you engrossed.

Braxton is such an amazing Hero. Though because of a little misunderstanding in the beginning he acts like a jerk, even through him being a jerk, he behaves in so many right ways that you instantly fall in love with him.

Cara does drop such a Huge Bomb and she is damn lucky he took the news well and didn't accuse her of lying or all the usual statements thrown to ladies when they find themselves in these positions. She really hit the jackpot when it comes to Braxton. Main reason is this Guy is such a lovable, kind and caring kinda guy. She couldn't have found a better guy to be with in a situation like this....

These two come from really shitty backgrounds but you will be so proud of the adults they have worked hard to become.
I have to mention how much I hate Cara's parents. They are Right Way Jackass's...

This book has the best of everything. Dialogue, banter, chemistry, Fucking Superb Writing and the most amazing Sex Scenes.

There won't be a chance for you to get bored and Gaurentee you will read this book in one sitting.

Enjoy!!!!

🌟🌟4.5 stars🌟🌟

Ms. Lynn never disappoints. I first discovered her with the Fireside Series and have been a fan ever since.

In Knocked Up, she brings us Braxton and Cara. This story has it all: the angst, the love, all the feels!! My heart broke for Cara and was amazed by Braxton.

This is a must read!!!!

This was a great book! I loved the characters and couldn't wait to see what happens!
Oh! My! These two were great together! From the first page, I loved their story and couldn’t hardly put it down. Braxton and Cara stood up in their friends wedding and ended up having a one night stand. Braxton's reaction was awesome! I loved being a long for this journey as strangers and growing into love.
