This a great book that demonstrates the importance of taking responsibility for ones life and stop making excuses.
Robert Madters teaches the reader that rather than hiding in your shadow, to stand tall and allow space to feel difficult emotions, and embrace your whole wonderful self.
I was very happy to have the opportunity to read this great book.

Great books not only steal your heart and mind, they take the words out of your mouth and leave you with nothing verbal to cobble together. You're left in peaceful silence and it's hard to write a book review with a quiet mind, yet here I am.
Robert Augustus Masters has lived up to his name - and reputation - of knowing just what we need in his newest book. This book is for all the anxious, depressed, overthinking, performance anxiety-ridden, co-dependent, screen-obsessed, confused mess of a human beings out there. Your Shadow is the parts in all of us that we push away and try to squash with food, alcohol, phones, and every other tool of avoidance out there. His book is a guide on how to bring your mind out of the dark, make a cushion for it, and make friends with it.
Highly recommended for everyone!
