Huh, I'm actually surprised at how much I enjoyed reading this. This was such a a great self-discovery novel!
The Preservationist is an upbeat, romantic, and enriching novel!
I can't wait to read more from this author!

Could not stick with this one. Just not interesting, no good plot or dialogue or anything. I actually did not finish it because I did not like the writing! Sorry!!!

The style of writing is stilted at best - descriptive portions full of flowery text were often followed by abrupt lines of dialogue that did little to move the plot forward. Instead learning about the MCs in an organic manner, characters were introduced via full physical descriptions with way too many adjectives and metaphors. I couldn’t stick with it - DNF at 20%.

I received a free ARC via NetGalley in exchange for a honest review.

Let me start off with the positive parts I saw in this book. I thought that the story was very descriptive and had the potential to be a great read however not for me. unfortunately i was not even to finish reading this because I got bored. I am not saying it was a boring book its just not one for me. its about a twin who goes off to work on a farm to learn about life outside of where her grew up. for me it felt like i was reading something that was assigned to me from school and i just could not get into the story however if you are a fan of halmark movies i do feel like you will really enjoy this story as it gives off a hallmark movie vibe
