I found this book to be generally enjoyable and educational at once. It definitely caused me to consider concepts I hadn't before, which is always a good thing. Sometimes, I had to read over parts to be sure I understood what I was reading, but I absolutely enjoyed it nonetheless.

Peter Smith has opened to door to an area of significant discussion and debate. The adaptation of Quantum theories to encompass concepts like BioCentrism and spirituality are problematic at best and outright disputed by most of the scientific community. That said, there are many interesting ideas here that may well open the door to engaging discussion and a desire to learn more about Quantum theory.

Like many who will read this, I straddle the worlds of science and that of my spiritual beliefs and practice. I believe there are things to be discovered by both aspects that help us understand existence and ourselves. In this regard, this book is a wonderful perspective that can inspire more consideration by the reader. While on the scientific side, it is in conflict with many root ideas and simply does not hold up under the most critical evaluation.

As a teacher, I would not integrate this work into my teaching. But as a curious minded explorer, I would certainly advise that reading this book and then going out and looking at the opposing and critical perspectives to see what you can learn from it. After all, this kind of exploration is what leads to new ideas and discoveries.

Quantum physics accepts that there are parallel universes and that we may all have doppelgängers, other dimensions and alternate realities. We just need a way to find them. There are many references that the author has included. I have bookmarked several passages that I want to study in-depth. I've been waiting for this book for so many years and I'm so happy that has finally been written.
Peter Smith, the author spent a lot of time researching this subject. It is well written and explained. I received this book from Net Galley and Llewellyn Publishing for an honest review and no compensation otherwise. The views are my own.

How to create our own reality, for the better, is one of the foundations of this book – and how to use tools such as explorations into parallel lives and consciousness, as well as being able to look into our pasts and future to do so. How to do this, and some of the theories

We are the makers of our reality – and, there may be yet other realities out there that we haven’t explored. That is, more or less, one of the premises of this enlightening and fascinating journey of a book. An understanding of quantum physics isn’t required to read this book – although we have been introduced to its concepts via such popular media in films such as The Secret and What the Bleep do we Know? How to create our own reality, for the better, is one of the foundations of this book – and how to use tools such as explorations into parallel lives and consciousness, as well as being able to look into our pasts and future to do so. How to do this, and some of the theories underlying this, is part of the fabric of this book. Think Einstein’s Theory of Relativity, for instance. Smith is a founder of the Institute for Quantum Consciousness and uses holographic healing in the work done there -some examples are explained in this book. A fascinating, mind-blowing and mind-boggling introduction to the subject and to possibilities we are only just beginning to explore and attempt to understand. Highly recommended.
