I really enjoyed reading The Scandalous Widow by Erica Monroe. This is the 3rd in the Gothic Brides series. It really was amazing. Ms. Monroe is an excellent storyteller and I would recommend this book.

Lady Jemma Forster and Bow Street Runner Gabriel Sinclair must work together to catch the killer of her husband the Earl of Wolverston. . She believes she knows who it is, she just has to prove it. They must traverse the seedy underbelly of London and the surrounding areas. Ms Monroe does a wonderful job describing these places, I thought I was there with them.

You will have to read the book to find out if they catch the real killer and if these two get together. This story has murder, depravity, guilt, family loyalty, and best of all, second chance at love. I received an ARC and voluntarily reviewed the book.
