Stay Hungry and Kick Burnout in the Butt is written by Steven Berglas who is an authority on career guidance. Its goal is to present the causes and the preventative measures we should take to prevent psychological burnout. It is based on the Three-C Program (Calm & Control, Convert and Career planning). It was really interesting to see how the author helped some of his patients to find the causes of their burnout and the steps that they needed to take to find their passions. An interesting and complex book.
