Manhattan meets Holiday, Texas...
Beck is working along his father Holiday III in real estate in Manhattan. He is trying to move up as long as his father will stop micromanage and give him a chance. He thought he was close to getting his goal until he finds he inherited whole lot of everything from grandfather who he never knew. He wasn't lookin forward to it but he will have to find out what he needs to do so he can sell it off and back home in Manhattan.
Charlie is the manger of oldest honky tonk salon in all of Texas and happy where she was until Beck shows up. Sully, Beck's grandfather wanted to keep the saloon in their family and she promised him she would help out his grandson to achieve the goal. She couldn't back out on her words but Beck's demeanor grated her and she wasn't sure if she could keep her promise.
Nothing came easy for Beck and Charlie and both were arguing constantly. Beck just needs to last 3 months so he can inherit and Charlie couldn't wait until he was gone. Beck really didn't care for this honky tonk but it was everything to Charlie and the town. It was where everyone gathered and partied. There are not much going on in the town but this saloon had everything.
Beck and Charlie has been bickering and sparks flying every time they are together. Now they will have to let go of their past and work together to get the end. Who will inherit the Saloon? Will Charlie move on from her past and open her heart? Will it be fling to Beck and back to Manhattan?
It was really enjoyable story and I can't wait to read about the next one. It was great start to the series..

I love this author. Her writing is so much fun and I get the feeling i am there in the story with them.
This part of the series tells how the successor to a high ranking building company comes out from under his dad's thumb and returns to the village where his grandad lived and makes it his home.
Thoroughly recommended. I look, forward to reading more books by this author.
I was given this book by Netgalley and the publisher. This is my voluntary review.

I received a complimentary copy of this book from NetGalley and I am voluntarily reviewing it.

OMGosh! I laughed so hard in spots that I had to stop reading to wipe the tears. This was a fantastic story. I read the second book first and then this (yes, I am backwards at times.) The characters are wonderful. I so adore the entire Walker family. This book just cemented them into my hearts. I had to read the more funny sections to my hubby as he couldn't figure out what I was snorting about in my laugh-fest.

I was enthralled right from the beginning. I just absolutely LOVE Charlie (Charlotte). Beck on the other hand was drool-worthy (if you could get around his loyalty to his dad.) I want to move to Holiday, Texas. These two books of Ms. Crush's has moved her up into my must read category. I adore her wit and charm that she puts into her stories.

This book was also written in a dual POV format. This is a must for me as I am in my mid-50's and the younger characters do and say things that I sometimes just don't understand. Reading their POV really helps me to gear my way of thinking into comprehending them and enjoying the story.

I highly recommend this story. Just be prepared for laughs and good times. Yes, there is some sex scenes but the story doesn't revolve around sex. It is not erotica. It is just a evolution of a healthy relationship.

All-American Cowboy was an enjoyable read but it dragged in some parts and sped up in others. The premise was unexpected like a reverse Green Acres. Beck was the rich, New York City transplant who ended up in Holiday, Texas, the small town named for his ancestors that his father couldn’t get far enough from. Charlie is a cowgirl through and through, has always lived there and grew up there with her five brothers and her parents. They all still live in Holiday and she’s the manager of the Rambling Rose, a honky-tonk that Beck’s grandfather, whom he never met, left him in his will. Things get interesting from there.

Charlie hasn’t really been living for the last eight years after she lost her fiance. We learn about them a little at a time. We meet the workers at the Rose and they become like family to me. There are a few unexpected twists to the story but for the most part it was predictable. The festivals and the pigs were an interesting touch and Dwight, who’s attracted to Charlie but the feelings aren’t reciprocated, seems to have a screw loose. He turns up like a bad penny and doesn’t always make the wisest decisions.

Beck’s dad and boss was hard to like and it hurt thinking about his upbringing and how his dad seemed to use him and that Beck didn’t see it nor knew the reason his father ran so fast from his dad and the town. Charlie’s family had real affection for one another even if they did get on each other’s nerves at times. I knew they would always be there for one another as it was shown throughout the story. I couldn’t get a handle on Beck’s friend and co-worker, J.T. There were family and friends, music, the honky-tonk, the small town, pigs, trucks, parades, good food and lots of beer along with hope, sadness, anger, fear, hurt, sorrow, heartbreak, lies, loving and love. There was a happily ever after in the offing but more story to tell. The next book, Cowboy Christmas Jubilee, is due out in October and I look forward to reading it. It will be nice to return to Holiday, Texas and see what everyone is up to.

Crush is a new to me author and I look forward to reading more of her books.

This book was such a cute and steamy love story! The side characters really added to the story! This book was exactly what I needed and was refreshing! Charlie and Beck were the perfect characters! You can never go wrong with a small town in Texas! You’ll definitely love the Pig Baby Back. This is a city boy meets country girl book and it’s amazing. Beck really finds himself in this book and that makes it even better! Definitely won’t be disappointed! **I received this ARC from

Sweet, charming, heartwarming and emotional small town romance that was so fun and entertaining afternoon reading in the backyard under a shade tree with a tall class of cold sweet tea.

Beck and Charlie are an exciting, witty and adorable couple and I am so happy I got to read their journey. Holiday, Texas is a sweet and fun small town I would loved to revisit anytime. Overall a highly entertaining and engaging from beginning to end read.

What does the small quicky town named Holiday in the deep south of Texas have in common with the northern quick paced New York City? Absolutely nothing, they are about as far apart & different as any two cities could be. And, what does the big city guy Beck have in common with Charlie, a small town, feisty female? Absolutely nothing, they could not be more different, actually they could be considered polar opposites. Yet Dylann Crush makes it all work together and creates a fun, flirty, well written storyline and plot. The banter & laugh out loud humor is amazingly funny. I can guarantee, that even though this is the first book I have read from this author, it definitely won't be my last. 4.5-Stars for All-American Cowboy, this definitely recommended heartwarming yet sweet standalone read!

I definitely love a good cowboy story. So when I saw the cover of ‘All-American Cowboy’ on Netgalley, I just had to request this read. And I was super excited to find out I got accepted and I started reading as soon as possible.

‘All-American Cowboy’ is the first book in the Holiday, Texas series and I must admit I had some high expectations for this one. Having to take it easy due to my pregnancy, makes me able to read a little more than I did the previous weeks so I was really looking forward to a great romance story to take my mind of things.

The main character Charlie Walker is a tough as nails woman who has been working hard for eight years to make the old Honky Tonk the Rose a success. When the owner dies, Charlie is forced to play nice with his grandson Beck to make sure the Rose will survive. But Beck definitely isn’t from Texas, and he isn’t used to living outside his fancy Manhattan life.

This book has all the things a great read should have. Cowboys, Romance, a strong female character and a small town. But I just didn’t really like this book. I didn’t hate it either, but I just didn’t love the characters. Somehow I really did not feel the romance between Charlie and Beck. One thing I didn’t like for example.. Charlie didn’t want to admit here feelings for Beck, so she stayed away and was pretty unkind to Beck. And when I turned the page she started kissing him and said she wanted to have ‘fun’. This just didn’t really felt right to me.

There where some pretty funny moments throughout this read. Which made me want to keep on reading. Especially those moments with a huge pig. Yep.. a pig. I loved that.

What I did enjoy about this read was the little town of Holiday. I love small towns and this town really had his charms.

All-American Cowboy by Dylann Crush was a fun, enjoyable story. It had a great setting, a fun plot, and a guy and girl with heavy chemistry. It’s a love story with a city boy finding his roots in the country after his grandfather dies, and a small town strong, sassy woman running his grandfather’s bar. These two seem like opposites but they sure are attracted to each other. Loved all the humor the author put into the story. The story was fast paced and very entertaining. This is the first time I have read this author, and I look forward to future stories.

Spotlight, Review & Giveaway: ALL-AMERICAN COWBOY by Dylann Crush https://wp.me/p3d0RZ-aOj

This was a lovely contemporary romance. It isn’t a ranch-type story, but rather set in a little Texas town and revolves around the landmark honky-tonk. I loved how Beck handled being a fish out of water when he first arrived from New York City. It was humorous without being overly stereotyped. Charlie was strong and capable without being bitchy. She and Beck made a nice couple struggling through their different backgrounds. There were no surprises with the townspeople, but that doesn’t mean they weren’t fun an interesting, they added a nice layer to the book. Everything flowed nicely into a smoking romance filled with miscommunication and tension. It was a nice feel-good story.

A funny story that has a city slick Beck Holiday finding out that his grandfather who he had never met left him a bar, property and a home in Holiday Texas. His father who ran away from the town when he turned eighteen was skipped over. Now traveling to this town to find out what everything is about, Beck is about to have his world turned upside down. Frist by a pig “Pulled Pork” and then by Charlie Walker who he thinks is a guy, but no is a women and has been running the Honkey Tonk for his grandfather for the past five years. When he thinks he can do a better job and she walks out, he is greeted by the sheriff who just happens to be one of her brothers. This is just one of many problems that his MBA will not work in Texas. It’s just takes him awhile to figure everything out. When he does start figuring out things he may just end up losing the bar, the town and most importantly the woman. He must fix it and hold off his father also, a very fun book with really good characters.

This was an easy to read book, cute story and great characters! Charlie and Beck are both likable characters who feel "real."The one thing that doesn't work for me in this novel is how quickly things rev up between them! There was little to no sexual tension between them before they just start making out.Otherwise, however, this was a fun read .

This was a good read! This was a new author to me, and the writing pulled me in from the start. I will say that I felt like it could have been moved along in some spots. Some things weren't necessary to the story. I loved Charlie and Beck together, and they had great chemistry. I always like when a big family is involved, it makes for awesome secondary characters. Having all the kids named after country music stars was even better! I did roll my eyes a few times at Beck, because I wasn't sure someone from the "big city" could have been quite as gullible as he was. I enjoyed the ending, and I hope there are more books from this family in the future!
I voluntarliy reviewed an advanced readers copy of this book.

I love romance in small towns. Beck and Charlie are adorable together. Beck is so charming and kind, though a little bit foolish especially where his dad is concerned. The Walkers are a delight; I'm already anticipating playboy Presley Walker getting knocked off his boots over a woman. And I see Cash Walker is getting his book next? SIGN ME UP.

What do a city slicker, a honky-tonk manager and… one pig of a beauty contestant have in common? Well, not much at first aside from obligation for one and honest affection from the other for one deceased man… the pig didn’t care one way or the other. If you love a Cowboy Romance where the “cowboy” is totally out of his element, then you’ll have fun with All-American Cowboy, I know I certainly did.

Beck pulls into Holiday, Texas with the determination to fulfill the bare minimum of the will’s requirements, then get out of town back home to New York where he has plans for his inheritance. Things don’t always go as planned, especially when Beck finds himself falling for one stubborn, determined honky-tonk manager. Charlie is nothing like Beck expected, and certainly nothing like the women he usually goes for. There’s just something about her that hits all the right notes for him. But his real life is elsewhere. Can he really love Charlie enough to change his entire life? Or, for that matter, could she?

I had fun with All-American Cowboy, and I’m definitely looking forward to returning to Holiday, Texas in Cowboy Christmas Jubilee and beyond. I enjoyed the bantering between this couple, definitely loved the pig (and you will love this scene stealing beauty contestant, too). Charlie is as down home Texas as you can get, and it’s a bit of fun watching this couple fall. Beck’s dad is a piece of work, and I was glad to see the back end of that jerk. Lots of interesting secondary characters that I’m hoping to learn more about over this series. In all, I had a great time, it’s a charming story and I’d recommend this debut story to any Contemporary Romance reader who loves a good romance, and laugh out loud moments along the way.

*I received an e-ARC of this novel from the publisher via NetGalley. That does not change what I think of this story. It is my choice to leave a review giving my personal opinion about this book.*
