Chantal Fernando is always a go to author for me especially when it comes to her MC books.
Knuckle Down was in my opinion one of her best book to date.

Celina the the heroine in this book was the best one Chantal has written she is feisty and likable and absolutely perfect for the ever so frustrating sergeant of arms for the club. These two drive each other crazy from the get go and the sexual chemistry is off the charts.

Unbelievable Amazing Read!

Would any biker ever bring a journalist into their MC clubhouse knowing what trouble that could possible mean for their club? The Cursed Ravens MC are not choir boys, they live a criminals life and have the law just waiting to bring them down. So what was Knuckles thinking bringing Celina into their inner sanctum? Celina first stepped foot into the clubhouse because her closet friend and cousin Erin, was the guest of honor for a party being thrown for her. Erin’s father was the club’s Prez and she is now engaged to Ace who happens to be a Cursed Raven as well.

Celina is a person of ethics and one h*ll of a journalist and she has no intention of doing a trash story on the club members. Sure her journalist self can’t help being curious especially since no one gets to enter their clubhouse unless otherwise invited.

Knuckles is the sergeant of arms for the club and totally looks the part. He is a man of many surprises with each one wishing you were the one at the receiving end of the things that this man can offer.

Be ready for surprises and what a biker is willing to do to win over a very self-confident, self-made woman. I can’t wait to see what’s next for the ever expanding Cursed Ravens.

Knuckle Down (The Cursed Ravens MC, #2)
by Chantal Fernando
the second book in the series of new Motorcycle clubs. The Cursed Ravens have found that they are challenged by political relationships with journalism and other motorcycle clubs which puts everyone into trouble. Knuckles is a single father looking for love and finds it with a Journalist. This leads to problems with our lovers as her boss and ex are in cahoots to make a story not tell the truth. Only an abrupt change of circumstance is able to change not only their lives but the lives of everyone in the motorcycle club and set up the next book Going Rogue. Chantal loves to connect her series, not only from one book to another but from one series to another as you see characters from other two series prominent in this book.

Chantal Fernando did a fabulous job with this book. Knuckle Down is the second book in the Cursed Ravens MC. This book was an amazing read that held me spellbound all the way to the end.

Knuckles and Celina couldn't have been a more unlikely couple but Chantal Fernando somehow made them perfect for each other. Honestly, I liked them more than Erin and Ace from the first Cursed Ravens book. Knuckles was just so completely honest with Celina right from the start. He was bold and just put everything out there to Celina. He was the ultimate alpha biker determined to get what he wanted .... which was to claim Celina as his woman. Celina was just as attracted to Knuckles, but a bit hesitant about their relationship. She had a hard time trusting men ..... bad experiences in the past. But alpha bikers are notoriously persistent and Knuckles was super sweet so he finally won her heart .... as well as mine.

This was a great book ! I loved Knuckles and Celina and can't wait for the next Cursed Ravens book. It's Rogue ! So yeah. It's going to be super nova hot !

Knuckle Down is the second book in Chantal Fernando's Cursed Ravens MC series. This is Knuckles and Celina's book... It did not disappoint. I think this is my Fave in this series to date..
Celina is Erin's cousin (book 1) ans she is a Journalist for a local paper. When she gets a invite to the cursed Ravens Clubhouse she thinks its would be a neat idea to write about how great these people are vs the bad you hear about.. Knuckles is the Sargent at Arms for the Cursed Ravens. There is a instant attraction between the two.. Celina tries to resist Knuckles because she had a bad experience with a past boyfriend.. but things don't necessarily go as planned. Someone from her past try's to set her up at work to look as if she betrayed the MC..
When push comes to shove will Knuckles and the rest of the Cursed Ravens have her back or will they turn theirs on her?
Thank you for this amazing read.

**4.5 Stars**

This series was the first books I have read from this author and I have really enjoyed them. I loved Ace of Hearts and Knuckle Down was just as good. I read it in one sitting because I found it to be so engaging.

Book 2 in the series focuses on Knuckles, the MC's Sergeant in Arms, and Celina who is a journalist and also Erin's (from book 1) cousin.

Knuckles and Celina have great chemistry and though their relationship started out as a night of fun, it was clear from the start their feeling ran deeper. Knuckles was an amazing father to his two daughters, which made him even sexier. I loved the scenes involving him and his girls as well as the girls and Celina.

There were surprises and definitely some drama in this book. I found it to be an enjoyable read and can't wait for book three.

A fairly sweet romance :) While some of the storyline is tried and true and we've read it before. Chantal's voice is all over it with a couple of twists that were unexpected. A quick steamy and sweet read.

"Tonight took an unexpected turn, but I guess that's what happens when you party with bikers."

I was intrigued by the idea of a journalist with a biker, the whole good-girl/bad-boy, right? Celina thought so too, "The tattoos give him that bad-boy, I don't give a fuck vibe, although boy is not a word I'd ever use to describe him. Bad man just doesn't have the same ring to it though." She shows up at the 'biker party' because it's her cousin Erin's birthday. Erin is the very recently discovered daughter of the club president and she's Celina's younger cousin. They are very close and nothing could keep her from attending...wearing her little black dress. As you can imagine, she's not what The Cursed Ravens MC are used to. But she makes a very good impression on Knuckles. So good, that for the first time, he considers making room in his life for someone other than his daughters.

Well, after his careful consideration, he made up his mind. And as I'm sure you already know, once that happens there's no changing his mind. He's the sergeant at arms for the club, and he's used to making things happen. There's no hope for Celina to be able to resist this sexy badass biker when he lays on the charm. And when she finds out that he's her cousin's bestie, and then meets his daughters, game over.

I can't tell you how much I enjoyed being inside Celina's head, knowing her thoughts. Apparently, he doesn't have a filter so he always verbalizes his, much to my amusement. She tries to convince herself, "Didn't he understand the silent conversation we had last night? We aren't supposed to see each other again. He asked me out, I said no, and that's it. That's how the story ends." I'm so happy that Knuckles doesn't take no for an answer and continues his pursuit. "And even in my dreams, the bastard finds me."

I fell even further in love with the characters that make up this amazing MC family. Their love and support for each other in addition to their incredible sense of humor had me sighing and smiling throughout. I'm really looking forward to each of the books that will feature a different member of the club. I'm especially excited about Rogue that's up next. The line forms here...

How can you not love Knuckle? He's a great dad and the best friend every girl wants! As hard as she tried Celina just couldn't ignore Knuckle, and turns out, there really wasn't any reason to. Of course, it wasn't the easiest relationship to get off the ground, but once they decided to really give it a try, things seem to be looking pretty good! Of course there were a few bumps in the road... Can't wait to see what happens next in the Cursed Ravens MC! Knuckles and Celina made another great addition!

Ms. Fernando's books are steady. You can always count on her to give you a story with a badass and swoon-worthy hero, an equally badass heroine, awesome side characters you can't help but fall for and a story that has equal amounts of funny- and hot scenes, and angst. Of course. She always throws the latter in when you're not expecting.

We've met Knuckles in Ace of Hearts; he becomes Erin's 'bestie' as soon as they meet. We know he's the sergeant-at-arms of the MC; loyal, reliable and an amazing father to his two daughters.

As for the heroine, Celina, we've only just heard about her. She's Erin's cousin and best friend; they were always there for each other, even when they weren't in the same town/city.

So, as you see, our main characters have one thing in common - Erin - and that is how they meet.

This story also has a bit of insta to it. Knuckles immediately goes into caveman-mode: he sees her, he needs to have her. Period. Celina puts up a bit of a fight, I'll give her that, but I, personally, would have liked to see things move at a slower pace.

It focuses more on the romance part and the couple, than the MC, which is fine, of course. I liked it.

If you're looking for a not-gritty MC book, this one's for you. As I said, the emphasis is on the romance, making it a bit different from book one, actually.

But, as I said, I liked it and I'll definitely read more of it. I voluntarily agreed to read an early copy of this book through Netgalley and my rating is 3.5 - 4 stars.

I liked that when Knuckles tells his woman no he gives a compliment with it, “I’ll take your word for it,” he replies cheerfully. “But you are not driving my new car, no matter how nice your legs are.” Knuckles is possessive the man doesn't want others seeing what's his, “I do like that skirt,” he murmurs, not hiding the fact that he’s clearly checking me out. “Kind of want to kill anyone who is walking right behind you though.” Knuckles is just an unfiltered man, "...happy I managed to use the bathroom all sneakily, when he goes, “You know if you need to **** you can just do it. I know women need to poop too.” I loved this book, Knuckles was so loyal and attentive to those he loved.

Knuckle Down is book 2 in the Cursed Ravens MC series but you can read it as a stand alone. The book starts off with the epilogue to Ace of Hearts as the heroine is Erin's cousin Celina and the hero is Cursed Ravens enforcer, Knuckles.

Ace of Hearts was a huge hit for me because I adored Erin. Celina and Knuckles are good characters, but they didn't wow me like Erin and Ace. I did love that Knuckles is a single dad to two girls. That really added a layer of depth to his character. As a fairly violent guy for the MC, having 2 daughters was so contradictory! Celina and Knuckles both have relationship trust issues due to their previous relationships that they have to overcome.

The climax of the story seemed very obvious to me. Celina is a journalist-of course she is going to consider writing a story about the Cursed Ravens MC. It did unfold in a less obvious way, but still very predictable. However, there were some major curve balls thrown near the very end that I did NOT expect. So, kudos to Fernando for that!

If you like single dad stories, MC clubs, or independent heroines you will find lots to enjoy in Knuckle Down!

Couldn't put it down. I was captivated from the first chapter. It's fun and exciting. Between arrests, and secrets and emotions I don't know what intrigued me more. I just couldn't get enough. I also really enjoyed catching up with Erin and Ace from the previous book.

Knuckle Down is the second book in Ms. Fernando's Cursed Ravens MC series. If I were to compare Wind Dragon's vs.Cursed Ravens MC it would be a toss up because they are both equally good. This is Knuckle and Celina's story and I give it a high 4.8 stars.

Celina who happens to be Erin's cousin from the first book is a gifted journalists looking for a story within the Ravens clubhouse. When she meets Knuckles a single dad of two girls the attraction between the two is a bit frosty but he knows that he can win her heart. There will be misunderstanding that will bring them back together once again. As well as a young girl who the Raven's take in while their brother is in jail who'll try to take someone precious from Knuckle and Celina.

Jack "Knuckle" Chester is the Sergeant at Arms for the Cursed Ravens but when he meets Celina at her cousin's party he just knows that she is the one for him. First she has to pass his daughter's test of meeting her before he goes any farther and of course Celina's three dogs need to meet everyone also. When an article is published without her knowledge they will step away until she finds out that her boss is now being sued for publishing it. But all in all Knuckle and Celina will follow their hearts and become the family that both of them want so much.

This is the second book in the series and it can be read as a stand alone. I enjoyed the book. It had good characters and it was well written. I look forward to reading more in the series.

A guy, two girls and loads of charm. How can we resist a man who loves and dotes on his children? We can't and neither could Celina. Another fantastic story from Ms. Fernando. The dynamics of the MC and of Knuckles and Celina's relationship are wonderfully portrayed in this story. I kept thinking "this is so sweet" and it truly is sweet and charming. Loved it!

I was so excited to jump back into Chantal Fernando’s Cursed Ravens MC series! Knuckle Down is the second installment and I have to say Chantal knocked it out of the park with this gem! Knuckle Down can be read as a standalone, but I highly recommend you start from book 1 (Ace of Hearts)! I was hooked from the first page and I loved that there weren’t any parts that lagged! The storyline was well thought out and I enjoyed how well Chantal mixes romance and suspense! Knuckle Down is a complete 5 star novel! I am already chomping at the bit to get my hands on the next installment (Going Rogue), which luckily comes out 8/6/18!!!! Don’t miss this fantastic series!

Another great MC romance from Chantal Fernando! Knuckles is in the Cursed Ravens Motorcycle Club (MC). The women he meets through the MC are not what he wants. Knuckles wants a woman of substance and finds one in Celina. Celina, a reporter, falls for Knuckles and his spirited daughters but can she get used to the MC lifestyle? If you like MC romance you'll love this!

Celina is a journalist and loves her job. She loves being independent and making her way in the world. She’s not really open to a relationship as her last one did a number on her. When she heads to the Cursed Ravens MC clubhouse for her cousin Erin’s birthday party the last thing she expects to happen is to fall for one of its members.

Knuckles is the Sergeant-at-Arms for the Cursed Ravens MC. He’s also a father of two daughters and does his work for the Ravens around his kids. He loves his MC but he also loves his girls and will do anything for them. He wasn’t planning on meeting anyone and hadn’t been attracted to a woman in a long time but when he sees Celina in the clubhouse he’s immediately smitten.

Celina has a bit too much to drink at the party so Knuckles ends up driving her home and then goes the next day to check on her. She keeps telling him that she’s not interested in dating him but he is persistent and their friendship soon turns into a relationship.

This was a fun story. I really liked Knuckles a lot as he was just a good guy. The author really doesn’t get into anything that the MC is criminally into. The stories are definitely more relationship driven and the men just happen to be in an MC. In this story there was one incident that was something I could see happening at an MC but other than that we don’t get much info about anything the MC does.

I’m not normally a fan of romances where the heroine is a journalist (actually I don’t like it when the hero is either but that so rarely occurs) but since I read book one in this series I thought I’d give it a shot. The conflict had to do with her work (as expected) and I could see it coming for miles down the road. Fortunately, that was worked out rather quickly. Celina and Knuckles were good together once they each let their guards down. Despite Knuckles chasing Celina he still held himself back a bit until later in the book.

The Cursed Ravens MC novels are pretty short and fluffy, but the author gives me enough about the characters that I end up wanting to see what the next guy is up to. Point in her favor. :)

Rating: 3 out of 5

Chantal Fernando's MC books are perfect for when you just want something short and fun and this installment was no different. Knuckles was too good to be true- he cooks, he is an amazing dad, he is loyal and, despite his name and rank as Sargent at Arms, you never really see him get his hands dirty with the unpleasant aspect of being in a club. In fact. other than one raid, the shady dealing of the MC are all implied and never shown. If Knuckles (I really hate the road names in this series) is a tad too perfect as a hero, Celina checks all of the heroine boxes too- she is feisty, successful, and loyal. I still preferred her to the ever bubbly Erin. Their courtship is high speed but still fun to read about. I loved Knuckles' daughters and watching all of them come together and form a family. The drama was a little over the top but that is part of the appeal. These books are fun distractions.

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
