I am not leaving a review due to the fact that this book did not interest me enough to finish the story.

Sorry but this book wasn’t for me. I requested it as I really liked the blurb and wanted a change from my usual thriller books.

Haven't read Debbie Viggiano before. Book was ok, skim read some of it. Can understand why she did what she did. Didn't expect the ending. Thank you for accepting my request.

Apologies but this book was not for me as did not enjoy the humour so it was a DNF fairly early on in the book

I’ll be honest I didn’t really like this story. I couldn’t really get into it I’m not sure if it’s how it was written or the author

I found this book to be funny and emotionally heartwarming. It was an easy read and I found myself getting hooked very easily. Worth picking up

I loved the blurb of this novel, it sounded like a hilarious read but sadly I just didn't enjoy it. It just seemed to start slowly and not really go anywhere - I think I just expected more from it.

That said, I love Debbie Viggiano's writing style and she is very funny (I have another of her books on my Kindle that I'm looking forward to reading). Personally I think this particular book wasn't for me.

Lots of twists and turns in this story which kept me guessing right up until the end. Poor Holly is so suspicious and her feelings are so mixed up, I felt immensely sorry for her.  It seemed to be more of a mystery than a rom com, though, but whatever category this book is in, doesn't take away from the fact that it is a jolly good read. I did feel the ending was a little rushed, though it did tie up all the loose ends.

The premise of the book worked well but the actual working of the plot was really unbelievable......

Amusing story. The heroine’s wishy was Hines drove me crazy and I couldn’t get passed the part where she gets mad that her friend shared something personal with another friend instead of her. That’s just nuts. Do any women really act like that?

Wonderfully chicklit beach read. You wont be able to stop turning the pages until you are finished. I laughed out loud several times and got strange stares from the others at the hotel pool. Grab this book and joke on !

Holly and Alex have been happily married for 15 years with a 13 year old daughter when Holly finds some texts on his phone that definitely didn't come from her! Alex denies any wrongdoing but Holly can't get them out of her mind and so decides to do a bit is detective work of her own..... but what will she uncover!

A great lighthearted fun book with a great twist, perfect summer beach read

oh my god! What a book! What a page turner! I was hooked from page first to last page of this one! We know that Holly's husband, Alex is up to something but we don't know exactly what and if so with who and the doubt persist for the entire time until almost the last page. I loved this book so much! I rarely give a 5 stars out of 5 but this time, in my opinion this book deserves a 5 stars! I recommend this book warmly! It's very well written, the suspense is there and it's not a childish read. Perfect book!

To give credit here, it’s not easy to write a romantic comedy about adultery and infidelity. Although there were funny lines and some situations, I found the subject matter definitely not funny. Everything was treated so casually and involved close friends, family, work associates etc. The manner in which Holly’s husband treated her and humiliated here were definitely not funny. I found the entire premise distasteful. No substance. No emotion. I’m stumped on billing it a romantic comedy. #netgalley

Good chick lit novel or beach read.

This is an incredibly amusing story about Holly who discovers some potentially incriminating texts on her husbands phone over Christmas and then spends the next year trying to work out who on earth they were actually from in spite of repeated denials.

I found Holly slightly too neurotic for my liking, she was driving me mad and I couldn't understand why she was happy to stay in her relationship.

The chats she has with her two best friends are generally very funny, and there are lots of fun moments in the book.

It was her brother Simon that I loved the most with his overly camp ways and incredibly catty turn of phrase. He may have been a bit of a stereotype but I loved him for it!

Having read a few others from this author, I'm sorry to say I don't think its her best book, but it is still highly enjoyable and a good story.

It takes a little to get into the story, but by chapter four the story picks up and you can't stop turning on the pages to see what's going to happen next.

Just couldn't get in to this book and didn't find it particularly funny, so only three stars from me.
