I received this book from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. This is the third book in this series , and it was well worth the wait for it. I loved learning Ian's story. So complex and heartbreaking. In my Perry opinion this was the best one yet. His story will be one that stays with you for a long time. Unputdownable!

Everything We Give is an incredible read. The characters are complex and so very real. I loved the way some chapters were set back in time, giving background information about Ian and his family growing up. The plot kept me guessing how it would turn out until the very end. Although this is the final book in a series of three books, I think Everything We Give could certainly be read on its own.

The conclusion of the Everything series was something I’d been waiting on with excitement for what seemed like forever. I wanted to know Ian better, to learn the full scope of his story, and his history. Initially, when Amy stayed with Ian, I was just a little grumpy and probably a lot skeptical. I liked Ian, but the love story painted between Amy and James, how she searched for him, loved him, etc. how could the story with Ian even compare?

Color me surprised when the finale had me falling in love with Ian and Amy, and how real their relationship was. Kerry did an amazing job with painting a picture of both the mundane every day squabbles that couples have, and showing what genuinely made Amy and Ian’s love unique, delving into their insecurities and how they worked through them together.

One aspect I really enjoyed was finally finding out more information about Ian’s Mom and the full background of who she was, what really happened and why. You could almost feel the frustration and fear rolling off the pages when young Ian was confronted with his mom’s alter, and i couldn’t help but both feel sorry about how hard his childhood was, and want to scoop his young self up for a big hug. There was a split second at the end when I felt a sense of disappointment when it seemed as if they wouldn’t reunite... but I was pleasantly surprised when, given the choice, his mother chose to reunite.

I wish there were more books coming from this series, but the lines were tied up nicely, with the future looking brighter and more optimistic for the main characters. I can’t wait to see what Kerry comes out with next!

What a fantastic conclusion to the Everything series! I LOVED the first one, liked the second one, and LOVED Everything We Give, the third one! I definitely recommend reading the first two books before you read this one--though there is a bit of a recap at the beginning that will catch you up if you haven't read them. However, I think you will have more of a connection to the book and the characters if you've read the first two.

You'll definitely fall in love with Ian in this book. The book jumps between Ian's perspective, Amy's perspective, and Ian's perspective as a young child. Young Ian's erspective tells the story of his relationship with his mother, who has dissociative identity disorder. Kerry Lonsdale does a phenomenal job of describing his mom's multiple personalities, and connecting Ian's past with his present. But I don't want to give away any spoilers--just know that this book and series is a must read! You'll fly through these books!

This is the 3rd and final story in the Everything series. I am so happy we got a chance to learn about Ian's beginnings. I love seeing how his devotion to Aimee is mirrored in his parents' relationship. Ian's childhood was far from ideal, but it was evident that he was loved and learned about love. I also enjoyed seeing Aimee's strength and her love for Ian in this book. They have obviously grown into their relationship.

Reese from Ian's past was a real piece of work. I feel that she still had feelings for him or she wouldn't have introduced herself to Aimee quite the way she did. I was proud of how Aimee handled her interactions with Reese.

The wild horses in this story really helped to tell the story. Without Ian's past he wouldn't be the man he is now. Without her past, his mother wouldn't have become the persons she is. The villagers can't survive without the wild horses and the horses can't survive with the villagers.

I received an ARC from NetGalley and Lake Union Publishing. I am so happy that I got a chance to read this wonderful final chapter in the Everything series. I highly recommend all 3 books!!!

The thrilling and insightful conclusion to the Everything We Keep series! Summer must read for sure!

Ian Collins is married to the woman of his dreams and a father to his beautiful young daughter. As an accomplished photographer, he has just completed a successful show of his work when he gets a call from National Geographic. The magazine loves the images he did of the Rapa Das Bestas Festival in Spain, so much so that they want to send him and a writer back to Spain to get more images and a narrative for the magazine. There is even a good chance that this could be his chance to land the cover image. Everything is going great and he plans to celebrate with his wife Aimee. Except he can’t find her and she isn’t answering her phone. He finally finds her at a friend’s apartment and discovers that she has talked to James, her former fiancé who now lives in Hawaii. She is really shaken up and having a hard time. The next day, James comes to talk to Ian as well, which goes about as well as expected. Ian realizes that they will probably never see James again and is shocked when he gets a card from James with the phone number for a woman he has been searching for that may have answers about his mother. This brings to surface all of Ian’s abonnement issues that could further threaten his marriage. Can Ian manage to save his marriage and finally get closure for his past?

First of all, thank you to Kerry Lonsdale for dedicating this book to her readers. This series has been phenomenal and keep me anxious for each character’s backstory. Everything We Give is no exception. This book dives into Ian’s backstory, who had a substantial role in Everything We Keep and he fell in love with Aimee and was the right fit for her. Now readers get to understand what makes Ian have some of the issues he does. Young Ian’s mother had dissociative personality disorder, so she would shift between being people in her mind. I’m not sure how anybody could cope with this, but Ian become her primary caretaker until an event that led to his mother being placed in prison. He has carried this inside him for his whole life and never even opened up to Aimee, which becomes a bit of an issue to say the least.

I’ve always enjoyed the setting in California in an area that I know well, but shifting part of the story to Spain was amazing as well. Getting to read about a culture and events that I don’t know much about are always an added bonus. This is a very anticipated summer read that I can’t recommend enough. There are some minor cases of strong language and sensuality, but nothing too extreme. Grab this book or the whole series and enjoy every bit of it!

I received a complimentary copy of this book through the publisher. The views and opinions expressed within are my own.

Having read Kerry Lonsdale's other two books in the Everything series, I was so eager to read Everything We Give and have Ian's perspective on the Aimee and James storyline. This book has now taken the place of my favorite book in the entire series. I found this book to be much more emotional than the past two, I kept wiping tears away from my eyes as I was reading. Ian's story is heartbreaking, to hear what he went through as a child and teen and how it shaped him into the man he has become. A few chapters are told from Aimee's perspective and it made me feel for her character even more. I know this is supposed to be the final story Lonsdale was telling for the Everything series, but I would love to see it continue because I'm just not ready to say goodbye to these characters. If it truly is the end, than thank you Kerry Lonsdale for a terrific series!

Kerry Lonsdale has impressed me again with the third in the Everything series, Everything We Give. In the first two novels, she explored a traumatizing and complicated relationship distorted by unusual circumstances, touching my heart in a way that no other series has. Her third (and final) book delves into one of the most loved characters entertwined into that very contorted relationship triangle. I turned every fascinating page entranced by the unfolding of Ian's present, past, and future life. Exploring a different aspect of the circle detailed for me what made Ian the impressive and authentic person that he portrayed in the first two novels. Ian, torn and confused by the dedicated love of his wife and her undying devotion to him while she unraveled years of pain and confusion in the first two books, is internally motivated to face the tragic events of his childhood and the adult life that has shaped the man he has become.

It is not essential to read the first two in this series before starting this one, although I highly recommend reading the entire series in order to understand each character and angle. I encourage any reader who craves an unconventional love story with the perfect twist to start reading this book and series.

This is the third and last installment of the trilogy. While I had not read the first two books in the series, I enjoyed "Everything We Give" and will go back and read the first two,

I don't want to spoil the ending for Lonsdale's fans but I will say that Aimee and her husband, Ian are working through some issues and heart ache. Ian has an incredible opportunity to shoot photos for National Geographic and it gives him an opportunity to try to find his mother.

This novel is about soul searching, moving on from past family hurts and hang ups and a reminder of what it means to truly love someone.

I love this book!! I have loved Ian from the first book in the series and I am so happy to finally get to read his story! Kerry writes amazing characters and I'm in total awe of how she brought all the character's stories together; I feel like I know them all! I love all the twists and transitions and how smoothly they all come about. If you are looking for a summer series this IS IT!! You could read this book as a stand alone but I highly recommend reading the series! You will not be disappointed!

This third was just as good as the first one. It's lyrical and emotional. It's a good strong plot with characters that you become emotionally invested in. A great ending to a great series. Definitely worth picking up and snuggling in your favorite chair with your preferred drink so that you can savor this beautiful book. Happy reading!

What a great finish to an amazing series! I've loved this series from the first page! Kerry is a master of weaving a story together. Everything We Give is Ian's story and the mystery with his mom. It pick up where book 2 left off. You will catch up with the previous characters. Highly recommend this book. Of course you need to start with book 1 and read in order.

Everything We Give is everything you could ever want in a book series finale. I had the pleasure of reading the two previous books in the series and although you could easily read this book as a stand alone novel I would highly recommend reading them all to fully appreciate the journey that the main characters Aimee, James and Ian have taken us all along on. This book answered questions I had and gave me closure that I as a reader wanted regarding Aimee and James and their love story. I found myself tearing up reading their last meeting and knowing that they both would continue to love each other in a different way. Letting go and moving forward can be difficult and this book brought those emotions full circle. It was difficult for me to see Aimee move on from James but this final book brought Ian's character to life for me personally. The details of his difficult childhood with his mother with multiple personalities and breakup with his girlfriend Reese were heartbreaking. The sense of abandonment he had had throughout his life until he met Aimee was devastating and yet he persevered and moved forward to become a great man, husband and father. I am sad to say goodbye to these characters and all I can say is you will love this!

Before I get into my thoughts I want to warn you guys that if you’re planning on reading this series and haven’t yet, don’t read any further because there will definitely be things that spoil the first two books. Everything We Keep is the first book and Everything We Left Behind is the second, Everything We Give is the third and final installment and I can highly recommend this series, it is such a blend of genres that it will appeal to a variety of readers. There’s a mystery, some romance and plenty of family drama all woven together in a seamless way.

This book is Ian’s story and I couldn’t be happier that we finally get to see his point of view. Of course you hear a little from Aimee which is always a treat, I’ve adored her since the first book, but this is truly Ian’s side of the story and it’s engrossing to say the least. Getting to hear about his past, especially his early childhood was fascinating and utterly heartbreaking, and it becomes clear that the devastating things he experienced as a young boy shaped him into the man he is now. As always, Lonsdale has crafted another complex character that I can root for and I was behind Ian one hundred percent, he had so many endearing qualities, I can’t say enough about how much I love his character.

This was a bittersweet ending to an amazing series, I’m so sad to say goodbye to these characters that I’ve grown to love over the past two years. I’m really satisfied with how things wrapped up though and I feel like things ended in the best possible way. A very solid end to one of my favorite women’s fiction series from an author I adore, I absolutely love Lonsdale’s writing style, she makes reading effortless and she’s so talented.

Everything We Give in three words: Emotional, Bittersweet and Surprising.

I don't often read series, but there are a few that have caught my attention, and this was one of them. This story is the conclusion of a three book series, which was so fun to read. It was nice to see how all of the characters played out.
This one follows the life of Ian Collins and things that he had to endure during his life, some sad, some rewarding . Ian was interested in Photography from an early age and his father who was a sports photographer would give him cameras and teach him how to develop the film, but was often away on business leaving Ian with his mother whom he adored. Ian's mother had some mental problems and often wasn't there when he needed her, or was in a state that did not allow him to reach her. All of these things in the end made him grow up sooner than he should have.
The characters are interconnected throughout the three books, but each book concentrated a bit more on one of the characters, all of which in certain ways revolve around Aimee, Ian's wife.
I love the nature of his relationship with his wife Aimee, a relationship which he fought hard to get, and put in all to keep. As any couple they had their ups and downs, which you will find out as you read this series.
This story also had a part where Ian was asked by National Geographic to photograph, the Rapa das Bestas, a Spanish festival in Galicia, where the villagers round up the wild horses, to cut their manes and tails and give them shots before releasing them into the wild again. I found this to be a really interesting part of the story line.
It is a series full of complications, hardships, love and anger, in other words it makes for an interesting read.
I must say I will miss these characters, but I am happy with the way the series concluded.
I would like to thank NetGalley and Lake Union Publishing for the ARC of this book.

Wonderful end to the Everything series. Nice to see where all of the characters end up. A must read for anyone that has enjoyed the other two books in the series.

Intriguing story with indept character development. Childhood shapes and builds the characters into what they become as adults. You'll enjoy this story.

Book 3 in the series was everything I had hoped it would be! I loved spending time with all of the characters once again. I appreciate all the research that the author did to be sure to portray her characters accurately. The intriguing plot moved at a perfect pace. This book was a great wrap up for the series. Although, I'm sure there are more stories that can be told about these wonderful characters later.

Even though Ian is happily married, he struggles with being estranged from his parents, Sarah and Stu. Are the reasons they no longer speak still relevant 16 years later? Should he make one last effort to find them? And, if he does, can their relationship be mended?

I've very much enjoyed the first two books in this series, Everything We Keep (4 stars) and Everything We Left Behind (4 stars), but this one. Wow. This one outdid them all! I've loved seeing how the author's writing style has grown and matured throughout the series. Her words drew me in from the very first paragraph and never let go. I flew through this one because (1) I've been waiting impatiently for the final book in this series and (2) I needed to know more about Ian's childhood.

Everything We Give alternated between Ian's present with his wife, Aimee, and their 4 year old daughter, Caty, and his past growing up with a mentally ill mother and a father who frequently traveled while working as a sports photographer. Ian followed in his footsteps becoming a well known photographer in his own right. Ian, however, learned from his father's mistakes and always put his family first. He was an amazing husband and father and yes, I had a crush on him heehee. Like with any marriage, there were struggles and misunderstandings which made Ian wonder how many of his issues stemmed from his difficult childhood. Could finding his mother help heal old wounds and make him feel whole?

I would definitely recommend reading this series in order, and back-to-back, so you don't forget any of the details like I did. The finale to this trilogy was absolute perfection, bringing tears to my eyes several times. Don't miss this sweet, suspenseful, and romantic trilogy!

I received an advance copy of this book. All opinions are my own.
