I didn't enjoy the third Ash brother book quite as much as I liked the previous two - there was a bit too much inner monologue going on with the two characters and it was repetitive at times. I wish there had been more interaction between the two of them besides staring at each other intensely and longingly before they finally succumbed to their mutual desire and I also could've done with a little more back info on them (especially Andra since it seemed as if there was a deeper reason for her fierce need for independence, but that wasn't explained or explored). However, Touch Wood gave me everything Carina's "Dirty Bits" imprint promises: brevity, steam, and an HEA, so I look forward to more books from them, as well as from Jenika Snow. 3 out of 5 wine glasses.

I like Jenika´s books, they´re deliver what they promise.

Hot, steamy, short, and very very sexy are all you need to know about this book. If you want a quick read that leaves you with some ideas of your own then may I suggest this book.

Liam and Andra fought hard to deny their urges. To keep things professional. But their true desire for one another could only be denied for so long and when these two came together, it was off-the-charts hot!! However, Andra was hesitant to hedge her bets with him. She was a city girl and wasn’t sure if the small-town life was for her. But Liam had the power to change her mind and show her their potential. This story was exactly as advertised - short and sexy with a hot alpha waiting to lay claim to his forever.

Touch wood is the last in the Ash Brothers and we get Liams story. The Ash brothers are hot, sexy, and when they find a woman they want their focus is unrivaled.

Andra will learn what it means to belong and she will enjoy every moment of it. This was a quick hit read that you can just read and enjoy. Kinda sad to see them end but it was really good.

Liam wants Andra, but they apparently get on each other's nerves (it's never really clear how or why). Andra fashions herself as totally independent, even for a lumberjack like Liam. Liam doesn't care, because Liam Ash, is gonna Liam Ash.

The internal dialogue wasn't great for either character, and fell more on the "tell," rather than the "show," side. The plot isn't complicated, and the characters don't develop, as much as give in.

Liam has been celibate by choice for years until he sees new project supervisor Andra. Andra pretends she's not interested in Liam and does everything to ignore him. She is just as interested in Liam as he is in her. Liam has decided that his celibacy period is over because Andra does it for him. They have an explosive connection.

Such a down to earth, filthy, smutty romance that I absolutely devoured in one read. I am glad I got to enjoy this series, because the Ash Brothers have become my favorite possessive alpha males out there!

I guess the insta-love plot just didn't work for me here, The first few chapters are just them circling around each other, thinking about each other, but it seemed like a missed opportunity. Why couldn't they just talk to each other? The sex was fine, but even in a plot like this, I expect a little more talking before they decide they're in love. quick and dirty if that's your thing, but this wasn't all that satisfying.

This was the third book in the series, and my least favorite. It was ok, it just really didn't have much of a story line. I would have liked it more fleshed out, (no pun intended), with a bit more from the characters.

Boom Bam Thank You Mam! Jenika Snow nailed everything with this book. Naughty, Sass, Romance bundled up in Touch Wood. Absolutely loved this book!

Touch Wood by Jenika Snow is book Three in The Ash Brothers series. This is the story of Andra and Liam. Andra is from the city helping out of a project that the Ash brothers are working on. There was a instant attraction for Liam and Andra but they tried to keep it professional until they couldn't Liam went to claim his women!
This was a quick hot read for us that love a quick fix of hotness.

This one was better than the second but not by much. These books haven't lived up to the first ones standards.

Touch Wood is book three and this time it's Liam Ash and Andra. This was a quick steamy read. I loved Liam! Liam and Andra had amazing chemistry and scorching hot sexy scenes! I love the Ash Brothers and their ladies!

I thought this book was okay. It wasn't as steamy or as lumberjack-y as I was expecting it to be though.

Another great story that’s short in length but not in intensity. Liam sees Andra. Andra sees Liam. Wham! Sparks fly and the fires of love start. Quick, insta-love relationship that will leave the reader fully satisfied.

There are times Liam wants to act on his caveman tendencies, but the man refrains, "Andra had been avoiding me for two days now, and although I wanted to just go over there, kick her door down, and tell her that she was mine, that she was acting foolishly, I stayed away." I love these quick, dirty reads, they whey my appetite when I don't want any drama in my books.
