As an Outreach Pastor and Children's Pastor in a church that has it's roots in Pentacostalism, I was anxious to read this book. Because Spirit empowered ministry is imperative to long term ministry, I feel this book is an excellent resource that speaks to anyone in full time ministry. This book communicates well that ministry that is dependent on and responsive to the Spirit's prompting is one that will have a lasting impact for the kingdom.
