Evolution Commandos was a new kind of book for me. Generally I don't care for war stories, but Evolution Commandos had such a good twist that I couldn't resist. Once I started reading, it got me hooked. I would recommend for all adult readers, but especially those who like science fiction and creatures.

A beautiful story of adventure and action, Evolution Commandos takes you on an extraordinary expedition. I loved this book, and would love to read more from this author.

It is not often that one can read a book and become totally a part of its universe. this was the first book I've read in the Predator series and so it took a few chapters to gain an understanding of the relationships between the protagonists and to the varied species throughout the galaxy. The battle sequences are well thought out and well written. The alien species are physically and mentally quite different from each other and from humans but still quite realistic. In the end humanity will prevail!
