A volume of the first three novellas in Audrey Carlan's new International Guy series. A great new series to sink your teeth into. I love this series and can't wait for more!!

This was a fun read! I went in blind, so didn’t know that the HEA wasn’t right away. This seems like it’ll be a long, drawn out romance between our hero and the main gal to catch his eye. But, time will tell.

In this set of stories, we’re introduced to Parker Ellis and the International Guy’s team who go around the globe helping clueless women earn their spot in the world. I liked the premise. It get’s a little silly, but overall it’s a fun read.

Paris, New York, Copenhagen (International Guy #1-3) was a great read by Audrey Carlan. Paris (International Guy #1) was a great read by Audrey Carlan. Parker Ellis has created a career out of his love for women. His friends call him The Dream Maker. When you want something out of life and have money to make it happen, you contact International Guy. There's nothing too tough for Parker, and he never leaves a client unsatisfied. Perfume heiress, Sophie Rolland, calls him to help with her families company. New York (International Guy #2) was a great read by Audrey Carlan. Although Parker is professional, he may lose control with Skyler Paige. She the hottest female movie star, and the woman that he has crushed on. She needs to find her muse and that's when her assistant and best friend calls International Guy. They have an instant attraction that isn't easy to ignore. Copenhagen (International Guy #3) was a great read by Audrey Carlan. Christina Kaarsberg is a different gamble than Parker is used to. She is a princess in the Danish royal family. Parker is tasked with taming the princess and convincing her to marry to crown prince and become the Queen of Denmark. Christina is playing a game which Parker needs to figure out. I enjoyed reading this book and can't wait to read more by the author.

Romances with international flair…

I love this author’s stories. The Trinity and Lotus House series are some of my all-time favourites. The characters, their situations, the steam and witty dialogue – all came together to make memorable stories. That easy writing style and effortless character development was found in abundance in these first reads of the International Guy series. This series revolves around three handsome, charismatic friends who cater to the requests of the world’s elite. The premise is similar to that found in the Calendar Girl series except these bachelors are going to find their one and only… In completely unique ways…

I struggled with this review because I loved so much about these reads. They were fun and flirty, steamy and warm, with dialogue and scenarios that tick an abundance of my 'must have' boxes. I didn’t connect with the characters like I wanted and I suspect it’s the plot arc rather than the characters or the mechanics of it. I would recommend these reads, regardless, because if this plotline resonates with you then you will love all that comes with it.

Imagine having a gorgeous man accept you for who you are.... this is what Parker Ellis is all about... he loves all women no matter their looks and what a refreshing read this was... I absolutely fell in love with Parker and the three cities we visit in this book.

I love the concept of their company IG and their mission to give women something they may be missing and the way they set about to do it. These first three were a fabulous read with great characters that I connected to and fell in love with and attention to detail in each of the cities.

I'm definitely on board for the rest of the cities in this series!!

I chose this as I had read the Authors Calander Girl series and thoroughly enjoyed it. With this, we get the first three books in the International Guy series. I like the premise of the series where it is a company whose purpose is to help their clients reach their full potential. Along the way, we meet Sophie who wants to make perfumes but has ended up inheriting a company which she has no interest in. So it's up to Parker and co to help make her into someone the board members will help with.

The first story wasn't a good as the other two and I hope that Parker doesn't go back into his old ways from the first book. I'm not too keen on the fact that they want to sleep with every client. Even the MC from Calander Girl wasn't too keen on sleeping with every client but like her, I hope these guys get their happy ending.

I really like that we get a snippet of each city and I look forward to reading the other 9 stories.

Love it. Entertaining, fun, and fast paced.
Ellis Parker, a life and love coach renowned around the world. His journey takes him and his friends/business partners Bogart and Royce, around the world, city to city, guaranteeing success to his clients in life and love, adding a little of EXTRA services along the way.
Commitment is not Parker's forte but will he eventually find the successful love just like his clients? Does he want to?
Can't wait to find what adventures and stories The Dream Maker, The Love Maker, and The Money Maker have for us in their next stop around the world.

I was hesitant to start, as I was not a huge fan of the first Calendar Girl novel, but I ADORED this collection of the first three novels. The characters are relatable and real, they don't feel forced. International Guy Inc. feels as if it is a real company, in all honesty. I got sucked into these and CAN WE TALK ABOUT THAT CLIFFHANGER ENDING?! I need to know what happens!

In this 3 books we follow the same douchy guy as he "falls in love" with a girl in each city, and seeing that there are so many more books, this looks like it takes a turn from the worse.
Anyway, it's good fun!

PARIS
Ahhhhhh Paris, the city of love. You just know things are going to heat up here in the city! I loved this start to Audrey Carlan's new International Guy series. It was sexy and fun. And I absolutely love when we get to read books from a guy's POV! I can't wait to get to know Parker, Bo & Royce better!

New York
We find ourselves back in the USA for this installment, NYC to be exact. Here Parker has for a client none other than his celebrity crush. Seriously, can you imagine getting to work with your celebrity crush — Derek Jeter, I am available and willing!! ;) The chemistry between Skyler and Parker burns up the pages. I sure hope we get to see more of her!

COPENHAGEN
Copenhagen brings Parker to solve a royally big issue. How to convince a Princess she must marry the Crown Prince — seems like it should be simple... but nothing is as it seems between this royal pairing. Parker will have to get down and deep into their broken souls to fix this issue! Honestly, I want to just keep gobbling up these novellas!
PS Though these are novellas, they aren't super short in the slightest! Though I do read them quickly!

i liked it Personally for me, I was hoping for more of a relationship between Parker and Sophie, Their connection was so strong that I had a hard time believing that they were both OK ending the romance as friends.

If you want some light reading and hot romantic heroes, Audrey Carlan’s “International Guy: Paris, New York, Copenhagen” is the book for you.

Three novellas in one book, it follows three men who are code named The Dream Maker, The Love Maker, and The Money Maker. They live in three different cities - Paris, New York, Copenhagen but they also travel so expect them to jet across the Atlantic.

Parker Ellis is the central character with his two friends as his wingman. The first client is a perfume heiress. Forget fraternization rules because they were totally ignored. Steamy scenes are a big part of the story, so expect under the sheets action.

Interesting set up – 3 novellas, 3 different cities. Three guy made up the International Guy company aimed to help women reach their full potential and successful in their endeavors. My favorite is Parker and Skyler – he helped Skyler learning to love acting again. I also enjoyed the guys helping the Princess in Copenhagen. Paris and the perfume heiress was interesting as well. Over all, IG is well written, sexy, enjoyable. Very unique approach to writing a series – the stories will continue.

I had to stop in the middle of New York as I was starting to lose interest in the story. I don’t think I was in the frame of mind needed to appreciate the slow pace of this story. I’m not feeling any connection to the characters nor their connection to each other in either parts of the stories that make up Volume One.

I will resume at a later time and give it another try.

I've read Audrey Carlan's "Calendar Girl" series in the past and though I've never made it past book 6 (it became rather tiring and repetitive after that) I had really enjoyed her writting and found the plot lines interesting and original.
So when I saw on NetGalley, that she wrote a similar series, but with 3 guys on the job, I though it would be equally fun to read them.
Boy, was I wrong! I don't know what happened, but this story is full of tropes, cliche after cliche, cheesy dialogues and a plot so unbelievable, that my eyes must have reached my brain several times, while I was reading it.
So, NO. I won't be reading the next two books, that I received as a package from NetGalley. I can only torture myself so much.
I'm sorry that I didn't like it but I can't recommend this book to my friends or rate it higher.
