Rachel Van Dyken has yet to disappoint me - actually, I take that back. I don't think it's possible!

This second book in the Liars, Inc series was sooooooo damn good! I finished it in just a couple hours and still want more! Isla and Jessie's past makes for a wondrous fiery relationship that I can't help but sometimes wish I was her receiving all of Jessie's attention and kisses *drools*. The writing was superb making the novel a definite page turner! I really enjoyed Isla's Aunt Goo-Poh - her quirky nature definitely makes her a memorable character and reminds me of some of my relatives. She had me laughing so much! I also was stunned with the huge twist in this book - it added to an already outstanding novel and again Rachel did not disappoint!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS!

Hilarious rom-com, but sweet and sexy as well. I was looking forward to this book after reading Dirty Exes. I freaking loved Goo-Poh and the hilarity she brought to the story with all her traditions and superstitions. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something funny as well as super hot!!

I thoroughly enjoyed Dangerous Exes. If you have read the first book, Dirty Exes, then you have already met our protaganists Jessie and Isla (and let me say I love that the name Isla is used!)

I loved this book from the first word to the last. I am a sucker for a frenemies-to-lovers story, and Jessie and Isla's was a great one.

I love the snark and the banter between them, all the while they are ignoring their lust and more for each other.

Oh boy do this pair get themselves into one kind of trouble after another! Just when you think things are going to go right for them - boom, another dilemma falls at their feet. And you know that things are going to go bad for them at some stage as events are revealed. However I liked that they didn't act like 12 year old

I couldn't help but cheer for them as they are falling. You just know that their relationship is never going to be boring, and that sparks are always going to be flying.

I loved getting more of Colin and Blaire (from Dirty Exes) and adore where their relationship is now at.

I can't wait to see what Ms Van Dyken brings us next.

Dangerous Exes is a romcom & Book 2 in the series by Rachel Van Dyken. I have always been a fan of her books.
The characters are like-able and there are many fun moments. Her Goo-Poh was hysterical and you never knew what she would say or do next.
The book was enjoyable & I was rooting for a HEA. Dangerous Exes is a light, quick read.

This book was fabulous! Brought out all the feels and tears but then on the other hand so funny I seriously snort laughed (one word Goo-Poh). It was nice to read a book and see a man and all of his vulnerabilities and the one person Jessie would share this with. I loved watching Isla learn to trust again and find real love. I totally recommend this book.

One of my favorite rom coms yet, made me smile and laugh like crazy. I loved Goo-poh, she was awesome and of course the chickens. I definitely recommend Dangerous Exes!

Dangerous Exes is the second book in the Liars Inc series by Rachel Van Dyken and I have been dying to know how things would turn out for Jessie and Isla since the end of the first book!

Isla was hurt bad by love, she was used and cheated on, and when her ex was done with her she was left with absolutely nothing. After picking herself up and working her ass off to get herself back, her company Liars Inc is her everything.

Liars Inc, is one of the main reasons was ex football player Jessie Beckett has lost his reputation as an upstanding human being. His ex-wife hired them to expose him as a cheater when it was her who was unfaithful. The fallout of the whole thing left his reputation in ruins, and he wants payback. He wants to ruin the company and the woman he blames for ruining his life. It may have been far from perfect but what good there was, like his charity work, has been taken from him.

Ilsa is good at fixing things, and she comes up with the perfect solution to fix Jessie's reputation and save her company. They just need to convince everyone that they are madly in love without trying to kill eachother in the process. The lines in their fake relationship start to feel real as they learn more about eachother, and they give into their building sexual chemistry. In the end will it all be for nothing and will they lose their hearts in the process?

Dangerous Exes is full of angst, anger, sexual tension and some hot as f*ck sex scenes. I loved the constant bickering between Jessie and Ilsa. It kept the story interesting and fun. This is a fast paced romance about learning to trust and step out of your comfort zone. You just might like the extra pop of color in your life 😉

This book was so much fun! More than half of the characters are kind of crazy so they make it interesting. Isla and Jessie are not trusting of the other sex. Their exes could be considered the equivalent of Satan so it is understandable when all they want to do from the beginning of the story is make each other's lives difficult. They are both full of hurt and anger. Both control freaks and both very different in what they like. But she literary brings color into his life. She shows him how valuable he is as a man and caretaker. And he shows her that she is perfection even with her quirky ways. This book shows you there is a perfect match for everyone and that sometimes it's the person you least expect. A person that will change you for the better and that will adjust their lives to make space for you.

I liked Dangerous Exes a lot more than Dirty Exes. There was something about Jessie that made me like him more than Colin in Dirty Exes, even if he came off bad a lot. I just wanted to root for him and for him to be happy. He may have been quite miserable and not always the smartest, but he finally gets the happiness he deserves in this book. Isla opens his eyes to the color of the world and makes him see there's more than a black and white life. They're both hilarious and stubborn. They have an interesting relationship throughout the book, a lot of ups and downs for sure. They may seem like very different people, but they're really quite similar and very fitting for one another. I wish there would have been an epilogue to wrap things up slightly more, but I did enjoy the cute and funny ending.

I enjoyed reading the first book in this series a lot and I couldn't wait to read Isla's story because she was actually my favorite character in book 1 ;) I can honestly say I was NOT disappointed... Isla and Jessie were absolutely wonderful !!

Now Dirty Exes was funny, but I really laughed my ass off with this one... Goo Poh was especially hysterical... If only I could have a great aunt like that !!

After the events in book 1, Jessie is hell bend on having his revenge...and the best revenge would be to take Dirty Exes, PI down, and leave Isla especially, with nothing. This is actually were the story lost half a point for me, because I just couldn't for the life of my understand, why Jessie was more upset with Isla, than with Blaire... Seemed like he just forgave Blaire for everything, and put all of his hate on Isla... I loved Isla, in the first book and in this one, so naturally this made me very very angry with Jessie ;)

No worries though...he makes up for it ;)

This was a light, funny, sweet and HOT story and it made me feel great !!

**I voluntarily read an early copy of this title compliments of NetGalley and the publisher in exchange for an honest review**

I so enjoyed Dirty Exes, so I was very excited to see what was going to happen in the second book in the Liars, Inc. series, Dangerous Exes. Not that it comes as any surprise to me, but Rachel Van Dyken did not disappoint with this installment! The one thing I will say, is if you haven't read Dirty Exes, you're going to want to before diving into this one.

Isla's mission in life is to expose men who are lying, cheating jerks. While that has worked for her for quite some time, one mistake leads to her having one very angry ex-NFL quarterback gunning for her and wanting to stop at nothing to destroy her business.

Jessie's reputation has taken a hit based on everything that went down with his ex and the part that Isla played in all of that. There is nothing more that Jessie wants than to make Isla pay just like he has. But best laid plans don't always turn out as you expect.

When things get complicated and it becomes clear that Isla and Jessie need to work together to save her company and his reputation. This is when things really get interesting - when they have to pretend to be a couple. As you can imagine much hilarity ensues and it is their quirks that make them more perfect for one another than anyone could have ever guessed! But in the end will they make a real go of it or will they be their stubborn selves and get in their own way?

This was a really great read that made me laugh out loud several times. I LOVED Isla's Goo-pah! She was an absolute trip and she was worth the price of admission with all her food, the bed and the chickens!

Kudos to RVD for another awesome book to add to her already amazing stable!

Dangerous Exes is an enemies to lovers story. Jessie feels he has been burned by Isla and Isla feels like she is being blamed for something that wasn't her fault.

These two start out breathing fire down each others necks but that doesn't hold up to the attraction they had been building before everything fell apart.

I'm not sure this can be a standalone. This book started right back up where book 1 left off. We have the same characters, just a shift in main characters.

We do get the added bonus of a new side character and very funny Goo-Poh, Isla's aunt. She had me laughing just as much as our main couple.

This was a fun series and I recommend both books is you want a laugh! ARC provided by NetGalley.

I seriously think there isn't a book that Rachel Van Dyken can write that won't be a 5 star read!

We watched Jessie crumble when Blaire fell in love with his best friend Colin and he was hurt and livid that his ex had leaked things to the press about him. Jessie is detirmened to take down the place it all started and that place just happens to be Dirty Exes.

Isla and Blaire try to prove to Jessie that they had no intentions on destroying him and to prove it Isla comes up with a full proof plan. This book is hillarisy funny and will have you laughing so hard at the meddling Goo-Pooh which is another grandma Nadine to me!

I loved this book it has me in stitches and as I read I could picture everything that was beging described! I can't wait to see what she comes out with next!

This book was such a fun read! I had such a great time living in Jessie & Isla's world. I could not have been more pleased with the continuation of Liars, inc.

Isla and Jessie are now mortal enemies. In his eyes she ruined him and it's time to exact revenge. No matter the cost he will ruin her, break her, or will he really when they collide and they become explosive but not in the ruination way he had planned.

Isla is sick and tired of stalker Jessie Beckett trying to oust her and her business. He really needs to get a grip on reality and back off. But sometimes all it takes is one little kiss and a viral media storm. Sometimes the only way out of a mess is to create a diversion. Well now get Blaire involved and the diversion is blown way over the top then throw in Goo-Poh and the antics are out of this world hilarious!!

Ok I have to say this GOO-POH!!! The best side character ever!!!! The antics of this woman was epic and had me laughing so much. I absolutely loved her.

5 Chicken Cluck, Cluck stars

I received a copy of DANGEROUS EXES on NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. Thank you to the publisher and author.

Five stars and here's why:

DANGEROUS EXES is hilarious. No joke. I laughed. I snorted. Rachel Van Dyke entertains her readers. Seriously.

I love the premise in the Liars, Inc. series. You don’t have to read the first book to enjoy the second book, but you’ll want to just for the sheer entertainment.

Isla is a co-owner in a spy business that focuses on you guessed it – Dirty and Dangerous Exes! She is such a fun and entertaining character to read because she is orderly and has to have things just so. Jessie is the frenemy who gets under her skin and suddenly, the hella-sexy banter and off the charts chemistry means sparks fly, words fly, and I’m left fanning myself like a crazy woman.

If you love sexy guys, savvy girls, and a hella-hot romance, then this book is for you! Highly recommend!

Rachel Van Dyken has written another hit. I love her books ever since The Matchmaker's Playbook books. I loved them and I wish she would so more of them, but this might be a runner-up for my next favorite of hers.

I haven't read book 1 in this series, Dirty Exes ...but I'm going to now! I sort of felt like I missed out but it didnt stop me loving this.

Isla works for Dirty Exes who have made it their mission to discover cheating in relationships, for money of course! I must admit, the thought of a company like this made me silently cheer! I don't know if something like this exists in the real world but I'd love to have an insight (#nosey) but sometimes working for such a place has it's down moments it seems.....revenge!

Enter Jessie. And he wants payback!

What a fab read, there was drama, funny times (Isla's aunt!) and sexy times (love those bits!)

This story goes to show that sometimes you can forgive and move on, it was beautiful!

“Accept his blessing!” I laughed out loud several times reading this book and loved every single word. If you read the first book Dirty Exes and loved it then you will love this book too!

Goo-Poh!!! LOL!!!!! One of the best characters of this book LOL!!!! When you read the book, you will understand. But off to my review......Isla and Jessie are both in tight spots and in order to fix said tight spots they agree to be in a fake relationship with each other. Through twists and turns, this couple have a very interesting time of it and we also see Blair and Colin from book 1, Dirty Exes. I was laughing so hard I cried. This rom-com has all the laughs and feels needed if you want or need to get out of your head for a while. I highly recommend Ms. Van Dyken and her books. I will most definitely be reading more of her.

"I would justify every damn thing in the world for another taste of you."

God. Yes. This is the follow-up to Dirty Exes. If you haven't read Dirty Exes and you don't want to know who this book is about, I suggest you turn away. Turn away now.

But if you also know that RVD is going to give you a story you'll love and you don't care who this book is about because you just want all the words ever, then continue.

We left Dirty Exes with a disgruntled Jessie. His world has fallen apart all because of his ex. Or did it fall apart because of Isla?
Who knows.

What Jessie does know is that he is going to take Isla down so she can feel the way he feels.

And that's how you get this friends-to-enemies-to-lovers story that will have your heart beating fast and your eyes devouring words at a top rate speed.

Isla and Jessie are filled with tension. Sexual tension, to be specific. Yeah, sure, they're also a bit high strung and they like things to go according to plan, but the sexual tension between these two is palpable. I could feel it on my skin. I could smell it in the air around me. I wanted these two together more than I wanted my next breath.

And it's so freaking good. So. Good.

"I don't want to hold your heart...I don't even want to own it. I just want you to share it with me."
