Let me just start by saying that surprise babies / pregnancies in romance are my top favorite type of romances to read.

I was slightly disappointed. The book starts off six months after Avery and Jake met and Avery is already pregnant. The story has promise. To me it would have been better if we get the entire story from the beginning. How they met and started dating. Then we can live through the break up/separation and the re-finding. We would get the entire love story. Avery's quick temper was like nails on a chalkboard for me. I felt she jumped to the worst conclusion first before letting Jake say what he felt or thought. She saw him as a bad guy and sure he acted like a jerk, trying to keep his distance. I don't think they particularly fit together. The chemistry wasn't right. I understand feelings grow and you tolerate people but in this case it WAS more feelings than love, (IMHO). I liked them a lot better at the end but not by much.

I’m such a sucker for a billionaire, and throw in a baby? Kryptonite! This one is really sweet with just the right amount of sexy. I definitely recommend!

This wasn't a traditional romance book. The story starts months after their initial break up. Avery 6 mos pregnant and not wanting Jake to know anything about it. It was unusual I wanted more from the characters. There seem to be a more emotional connection between Avery and Jake's mom than between Avery and Jake two people who were hooked up on Valentines Day and then broke up. .....

Carrying The Billionaire's Baby (Manhattan Babies) by Susan Meier was an okay read. The story line had potential but unfortunately I didn't like either the male or female characters.

Nope. Sorry but this didn't work for me at all. Didn't like the characters and was bored. Took me more then a week to finish because there was no chemistry or anything I liked between the characters....

This book was a little lacking for me Jacob was a total jerk most of the book and Avery drove me up a wall how she acted so up tight! The only good thing was Jacobs mom I loved her! I wish the chemistry was more upfront I felt like it took forever to get any feeling between the two main characters.
