Thomas and Lucy are enjoying an evening out when a spaceship, looking like an antique sailing ship, land on Clapton Pond. The Captain, an ancient alien known as the Ancient Mariner, takes them to a remote planet where they can learn to use 'natural magic'. With lots of creatures and a troll as a good guy, this is s a very enjoyable read!

I truly enjoyed reading this fantasy adventure. Friends Thomas and Lucy encounter a space ship on Clapton Pond, whose captain gives them disturbing and fantastical news: they are needed on a faraway planet. I look forward to the coming installments of this enjoyable read.
