this is a self-help book in which women are given strategies to manage their school, work, and family obligations as they aim to reach their goals. I found it quite motivational but also equally frustrating. Dr. McNealy describes the lessons learned from her doctoral journey, provides motivation and encouragement, and analyzes strategies working, student mothers used during their academics, professional careers, and family lifestyles.

Can I just start off by saying that this book is AMAZINGLY motivational?? OMG! I am a FT mom of 2 boys, Wife, Worker, Student. I just graduated on May 6th and have already started my BAS, I am also in the National Honor Society and I work FOUR part-time jobs! To call myself a Super Mom is an understatement. I call myself a Jill of all Trades and this book has motivated me to become a better Woman, Wife, and Mom! Hands DOWN one of the BEST motivational books I have read! 5 stars!
