According to authors Rowena Crosbie and Deborah Rinner, we all have two sets of the tools: while the first toolbox contains the technical skills, devices and equipment necessary to perform our roles, the second one - the invisible toolbox - contains the tools necessary for human interactions.

The contents of the second toolbox figure prominently in many workplaces, especially now that the business environment is not only a global one, but a multi-generational one as well.

It is an interesting book about millenials. I myself studied them from an economical point of view. It is good read.

I’m so not a millennial, too old and too sensible. This is an entertaining snapshot of the difficulties and challenges facing the snowflakes!

I found this book boring and severely lacking in practical tips. As a Millennial myself, I feel a lot of the attacks on my generation are unsound and unforgiving.

Not just for MIllennials, this book is for anyone who wants to communicate better. Technology has changed the way we communicate and I have witnessed many misunderstandings due to txts and emails. I'm not fond of either myself, but they are impossible to avoid. Kudos to Rowena Crosbie and Deborah Rinner for tackling such a vast subject! great book!
