This was great. I love dinosaurs, especially ocean creatures. This book was educational and fun. Plus, the characters are lovable. I recommend for the whole family.

Another charming romp through the past with Ronnie and her time-traveling neighbor Ms. Lernin. This time they jump into the trash can (Ms. Lernin's time machine of choice) to emerge in the world before dinosaurs. Humorous anecdotes and quirky characters team with a variety of eye-catching panels to create a biology book that kids will want to read.

I have been a fan of Abby Howard's work for a while now. This is the first in the Earth Before Us series that I have read and it was immensely enjoyable. Abby has a true passion for the subject matter which shows in her attention to detail and her ability to make the information fascinating. This is definitely something I would add to our library's collection and my personal collection as well.
