Exactly what you're looking for from a Susan Mallery romance. A fun, quick read set in an unbelievably perfect town that anyone would want to call home. Silver and Drew have a believable backstory and find resolution in a natural way. Enough hints about other characters to make the reader eager to read the next in the series.

Susan Mallery does it again! I love getting lost in her books! I liked the characters and the plot. I couldn't put it down!

Silver Tesdal is the owner of a wonderful bar on wheels business and it has become quite popular for the weddings that are held in the town. Drew Lovato is a hometown boy who moved back home after college to work in the family's bank hoping to one day run it. The two were in love, at least Silver was, their senior year of high school but college took Drew away and he seemed happy to go. All these years later Silver has tried to keep her distance pushing the feelings she had for a boy down deep and away from the man he is today. When she decides she wants to expand her business she goes to the bank for a loan but is turned down by his Aunt who seems to hate her. Drew, who doesn't understand why Silver won't have anything to do with him looks on this as a gift and makes himself an unwanted partner in Silver's business. On the outside she portrays herself as a tough but deep down she's just like everyone else, one emotional upheaval away from breaking, because losing Drew nearly destroyed her all those years ago. Drew isn't one to give up so he slowly makes himself a much needed part of her life and this time he wants things to last. Follow along as these two work through a secret past that they haven't shared with anyone but will have to soon enough. Will they be able to look beyond the hurts of years past and make a future together or will to many people stand in their way. This was an emotional read that had me laughing and crying sometimes at the same time. The characters were two pieces to a puzzle that I wanted to fit together in the end. The author really knows how to take you on an emotional ride.

Another great visit to this sweet little town, I enjoyed Drew & Silver’s second chance story. But man I really need to read Jasper’s book and I kind of dislike Wynn.

I am enjoying the Happily Inc books by Susan Mallery and this was a great addition to the collection. I like that the characters from previous Happily Inc and Fools Gold books make an appearance throughout the book. I liked the story of Silver and Drew and really enjoyed the back story of Drew. The side story with Jasper was a bit harder to follow and felt out of place.

Another interesting visit the characters of Happily Inc! This time we find Silver and Drew trying to decide if they can be business partners while Drew has to figure out the tangle of family connections that threaten to drag him under. The dynamic between the characters, their friendships and the townspeople is what truly brings you back to this series, but the entertaining plot helps as well. A sweet story that has a happily ever after makes for a sweet afternoon read! I look forward to my next visit to Happily, Inc.

First of all Susan Mallery is a genius at coming up with cool names for business. I mean AlcoHaul? Genius! The concept is so cool that Silver the owner of the business wants to expand. And by doing so she has to go to the bank. But since Happily Inc isn’t that big this is her last shot.
Drew has been in banking since he can remember. Always wanted to help out the community.
But when Silver applies and Drew decides to buy into AlcoHaul and he rekindles a long ago relationship things heat up.
I really enjoyed this series and the little twists and turns that happen.
Thank you to Harlequin for the free ebook in exchange for my honest review. 🖤

This book is so good you won't be able to put it down. Silver and Cade used to be a couple back in high school, now they are business partners and lovers.. That is all or is it. Read and find out.
I highly recommend this title, you won't regret it. Thank you netgally and Harlequin for allowing me to read this title for an honest review

This is the third book in the Happily Inc series. I have loved all of Susan Mallery books and this is no exception. I love the setting and the characters. Being raised as a twin and then finding out as an adult that you are not a twin, would be so difficult for anyone to handle. It would really alter family dynamics to find out that you are not who you thought you were and that you had been lied to all those years. I highly recommend this book to anyone who love emotional romances

Susan Mallery is one of my all time favorite authors. Big smile when I see a new book written by her -I recommend her stories to customers who read Carr, Roberts and Delinsky.

Now that the Mitchell brothers (Nick, Mathias, and Ronan) are all lovely-dovey - we are getting to know some of the other Happily Inc. residents.
I love reading second-chance romances -- and I am delighted this one features high school sweethearts Drew and Silver. The suppressed feelings between these two made for an engaging read. There is a ton going on in this story and it is all amazing. However, the ending was too brief - considering everything that happens.
There was no Grandpa Frank in Why Not Tonight; so I was excited to have him featured more prominently in this release. As a bonus, Susan Mallery gave us readers a new unlikeable character to hate, besides Libby Saunders.

Another installment in the Happily Inc series. Silver has never quite gotten over Drew after they broke up when she got pregnant. Twelve years later their paths cross again. Can they make it work now? ARC from NetGalley.

The 4th book in the Happily Inc series, we are no longer have any of the Mitchell brothers (who all have gotten their HEA)and starts new characters that have no connection to fools gold(another series by Ms. Mallery) Silver a very unique name whom we have met in the first book and Drew is about second chance at love . Both individuals were smitten with each other in high school but Silver called it off as Drew was heading to college. As we continue to read we realize it was more than him going off to college that ended their romance. We meet up with the previous heroine from all three books and we get a secondary beginning love story from Wynn and Jasper(am sure their book will be next). As with all the of the books we get an in depth look into the makings and what happens behind the scenes of what it takes to put an excellent wedding reception together. Review on goodreads and amazon.

This is my first Happily Inc book (but I'm a fan of Ms Mallerys other works) and I couldn't help but be left with the impression that Drew was just a complete knob. A selfish, clueless, knob.
Having never been a man giving up a child for adoption, I cant say for sure what the emotional gamut is - but Derw didn't seem to have much compunction about it. Whether that's true to life or not - its disappointing in our male lead, when we read romance to find swoonworthy men. I mean, he seemed to give a shit when he found out that Silver had kept in touch, but does that not reek of the whole toddler ideal of "I want it only because you have it"?
He babysat a bunny, which I assume is to add a little hubris to his personality, but other than that we see a guy with a snobby family dynamic and too much money just sort of buy into the business (and life) of his highschool ex. And not in an alpha-take-charge-sexy-dominant way... just a casual sliiiiiiide in and stick around. In real life, that'd be creepy.
I also found the "friends" to all be stilted and un-genuine (yes, I know that's not a word but I cant think of the right one). It was cheesy and Hallmark and not particularly deep and real.
Anyways, this book and these characters aren't for me. I'm going to read another and see if this is a fluke, or maybe I've found a Ms Mallery series that's a miss for me :(

Another cute, feel good story in this series by Susan Mallery. Fun and interesting characters make this a read you wont want to put down.

Silver has had a lot going on for so many years. Pregnant as a teenager making very adu!t decisions about adoption to starting her own business and surely sing herself with girlfriends who love her for who she is. I want to be friend's with her! I love the Happily Inc stories and am looking forward to the next one Wynn's story maybe???

Another winner. This series of books is so wonderful. I hope new people join this group of friends so Mallery can keep writing about them. It was great that Silver and Drew finally had their story.

This is a great 2nd chance romance about two characters that were in love years before that college came between them. In addition and here is a spoiler but its a very important part of the story, so I really have to mention it so don't read if you don't want to know.
Silver ended up pregnant and Drew was the dad. he offered to marry her but they were broken up and she knew he was just offering not because he still loved her. What he does not know if that she had the child but has a relationship with the family and that is a BIG plot point in this story.
The story starts as Silver wants to expand her business and Drew who works for his family bank decides to become Silvers partner. He does it because he thinks its a great idea and because he wants to get to know the older Silver. Meanwhile Silver wants to get to know Drew but she has some MAJOR secrets.
I really liked Drew. He stands up to his mother and while the secrets are pretty huge, he manages to man up and grown and be there for Silver. This story was probably one of my top two in the series. I really enjoyed this heart warming story about friendship and family.

I love this book! The characters are so relatable. The raw emotions their stories stirred inside me was shocking! I can't wait to find out if there are more connections or continuations in other of Mallery's books, as there often are.

Fool's Gold has been one of my favorite series but I haven't quite gotten into the Happily Inc. series. Not Quite Over You may be the book that won me over. I love Drew and feel bad for him because his mom is quite the piece of work. Somehow he still ends up being normal, caring and kind despite his mom's behavior. Silver was also a fun character and while I get she has insecurities I really wish she would stop pushing Drew away at the drop of a hat.
The story was sweet and trademarked Susan Mallery style. It did make me want to go back and read the earlier books in the series but the story I'm really waiting for now is Jaspar. We get a glimpse of his story during this book but we're left hanging! I can't wait for his book.
