This story just bring you right in....

Friends who have been together forever, through everyone's ups and downs and always there to be honest and supportive. Doing things that only true friends can get away with. I really enjoyed the part about walking away from the restaurant in public in a "huff" and it made me laugh out loud. That is truly something that my friends and I would do and we absolutely love one another.

This story is about friendship but also about helping out others, being a better "you." Growing, reaching for more in life, not staying where you are because you are comfortable. Wanting to obtain more for yourself because you know you can.

A story that makes you want to do better, to do more for others, to grow and to learn all the time. To put yourself "out there" and now that you can reach for more and be successful at it.

Thank you so much for allowing me to read such a wonderful story!! I look forward to more from this author.

This is my first book by this author but won't be my last. The Place Where We Belong is a compelling novel about a woman who doesn't know if she's ready to start her life again. With a strong voice and a great plot line, Ms. Mayer gives us a book that everyone should read at least once.
