When I started this book I thought oh another biker romance with the biker saving some woman from a bad relationship but it was so much more. I was pleasantly surprised at how different it was. There are so many twists and turns in this book. When you think you figured something out there is an unexpected twist. Really great writing. The whole book makes you root for Tank and when you find out his dark past it makes you just want to hug him and never let go.
Tank (Tyler) moves to a new town and joins the Blue Guardians a biker club that helps protect woman and children from abuse. In his new town he meets a woman names Annie who he immediately feels connected too. But she was hiding something. Tank was determined to help her. Tank along with the Blue Guardians help Annie recover from a horrible situation. This book gives hope to anyone who has ever been in an abusive relationship. Hope that there are good people who are willing to help if you just let them.

What a fun story :)

While I love reading about Bikers, it was a nice change of pace to not read about a 1%-er club! These bikers are still broody and alpha-male(ish) but they are out to change the lives of abuse victims and it's great.

The characters are interesting and compelling as is the story. I look forward to more books in this series.

In the end, Annie is very brave. I just wish she had been all along. Her abuser is someone you should be able to respect and not be afraid of. So I can see why she would choose not to say anything. But those actions led to more abuse. Lucky for her, Tyler and the Blue Guardians, were there for her when she needs them.
