I loved the characters and the storyline development of this book. It was absolutely one of my favorites so far and I can't wait to delve in to the next one that this author writes. The storyline was simple, enjoyable, and entertaining.

This is my first book by Dylann Crush and I really enjoyed it. I will say the great description of the story is what had me wanting to read this book. I absolutely loved Jinx and Cash.

Cash a single father and deputy of a little town called Holiday. Cash would just about do anything for his little girl, Kenzie! However, Kenzie was instantly smitten with the new visitor in town Jinx. Cash's cop instincts kicked in that Jinx has a story but wasn't quite sure what it was.

Jinx has never out grew the nickname her mother had given her, She rolls into town with teal hair, piercrcing and tattoo. She really doesn't fit into a town like Holiday, Texas. Trouble has always found Jinx.

As luck would have it her bike breaks down in Holiday, Texas. Enter in Cash and his hometown hottie self. Jinx does not do cops. However she is drawn to Cash and his big ole heart.

This story is wrote in a dual POV with great supporting characters. Kenzie will still your heart as well. Also, Cash's support from his siblings is also a great part of the story.

I received an advanced copy for an honest review.

It was nice to return to Holiday, Texas and meet up with characters we've met before in the first book of the series, All-American Cowboy. The Walker family is close-knit but welcomes others into their mix whether at a holiday dinner or other gathering or just because they need a place to be so they're not alone. Their love for one another shines through but also the fun they have and the antics they play. The five brothers pranking each other has gotten old but it doesn't seem that they've outgrown doing it to one another.

Jinx and Cash meet when she's hitchhiking after her motorcycle dies in Holiday, Texas, his hometown. She's running away from trouble and trying to get to New Orleans to start her life over once again. Once they jeep meeting and his daughter, Kenzie, becomes enamored of all things Jinx and her cute little dog, Hendrix, it seems like it's meant to be that she stays put or does it? Jinx hasn't had an easy time since her dad died and her mother put her boyfriends before her daughter's well-being. She manages on her own but doesn't always make the best choices. She's not sure how to handle all the kindness thrown at her by Cash, his daughter and his family but she begins to warm to it or does she? When her past threatens her present life and maybe even her future, Jinx does what she does best, run.

There are many threads to the story that get woven together nicely. The characters have a depth to them and I enjoyed getting to know them better. I loved the curse-word jar and how Kenzie keeps everyone on their toes about it. The animals are a nice addition, not only Hendrix, but the horses and even Pork Chop, the pig who's the mascot for Chase's very pregnant sister's Honky Tonk bar where Jinx works. I like the addition of the school programs as well as the town festivals and events. There's some closure and a nice happily ever after that gets cemented thanks to the epilogue. I look forward to returning to Holiday, Texas again and again.

I plan to continue reading Ms. Crush's books. Her writing is reminiscent to me of books by Susan Mallery and Jill Shalvis among others.

This was a really good read! I knew when I read the first book in this series, that the Walker brothers were going to be awesome, and this book didn't disappoint! The writing flowed well, and I loved Cash and Jinx together. Cash was a good guy, even though when the drama goes down he assumes the worst. Jinx should have been upfront with Cash long before then. It was really sweet to see Jinx, Cash and Kenzie become a family. I loved all the secondary characters, and the town of Holiday. I can't wait to find out what's going on with the other Walker brothers!
I voluntarliy reviewed an advanced readers copy of this book.

Dylann Crush delivers on a charming, flirty fun read. I am addicted to the Walker family charm.

Cash a single father, deputy of the little town called Holiday. Cash would just about do anything for his little tadpole, but she pushes to hard when it came to the new town visitor that had teal hair, piercings and tattoos. Cash knew Jinx had a story, but what he found shocked even him.

Jinx has never out grew the nickname her mother had given her, where ever she turned there was trouble, but she planned to changed that now all she had to do is rid herself off mistake 100. After hitting the road Jinx found that her bad luck followed her, now she is in the little town of Holiday. Yikes, if there was one place Jinx didn't fit in is here.

I have to laugh when Cash and Jinx paths crossed, because you just knew where this was going. Cash a stand up guy with a heart of gold; he would even help a stranger with a huge chip on her shoulder. Jinx did not do COPS, that was her moms M.O. So then why in the heck was she drawn to tall, dark and sexy? She had plans and on that list of plans did not include staying in the town named Holiday past getting her bike fixed.

The supporting characters were a delight. Kenzie stole my heart. Meeting the Walkers and the townies were so much fun, the sibling support for Cash wonderful to see . They gave a light heart feel to the story. Dewhit has me laughing, can't blame the guy for trying...right?

Over all Cowboy Christmas Jubilee the second book in the Holiday, Texas series by Author Dylann Crush is a holiday treat that I can honestly say I will be re-reading again. I can't wait to see what is up next for this series.

Didn’t care too much for this one. I’m pretty indifferent to much of what happened and felt it was way too long, with way too much back and forth for my taste. I adored the family camaraderie and small town vibes though.

This book could have easily been a novella within the series. I am curious about the others though, because i adored some of the secondary characters.

I dunno, I was just bored. I like the Christmas vibes but the characters didn't interest me at all.

A want to be hard core, teal colored haired biker chick has broken down outside of Holiday Texas. Jinx Jacobs was on her way to New Orleans from Los Angeles wanting to start over and get far away from the guy she worked for and dated a little in L.A. Now stuck in a hick town that has gone bonkers for Christmas she is leery of everyone who starts asking more than a few questions. Especially when deputy Cash Walker stops to offer her a ride. It is there in his truck that she also meets his seven year old daughter who probably asks more questions than anyone really, but how can you not answer. Kenzie Cash’s daughter really gives Jinx a run for her money. When Jinx gets a job at Cash’s sister bar from the first book she also starts having more responsibilities and of course Cash is ever concerned because he knows nothing about her and she looks different than everyone else. The biggest problem for both of them is that they have feelings for each other but both are so guarded neither one wants to make a move. Just when you think she might stay her bike is fixed and she leaves for New Orleans. You will have to read this story to find out the rest to see what happens. I will say that I liked the characters just like the first book and when Hendrix, her Chihuahua and the pig from the first book get lose during the tree lighting ceremony in the town square that is a very funny scene. A very good book and very much worth the read.

Jinx Jacobs's is down on her luck. Leaving her ex-boyfriend after he doesn't pay her for working in the bar, she takes off for New Orleans on her father's motorcycle in search of a new job. When her bike breaks down in Holiday, Texas, she needs to find someone to fix it and a job to make ends meet. A tent, dog, and some unexpected items in her backpack, Jinx just wants to lay low, get her bike fixed and move onto New Orleans. But this is Holiday, Texas, where they adopt you into the family whether you like it or not.

Cash Walker isn't looking for love. His deputy sheriff job keeps him busy and if it doesn't is daughter gets the rest of his time. When he finds Jinx on the side of the road, he gets a bad feeling even as he feels attraction to her. Alarms are going of inside of him that something isn't right even when nothing is wrong. At every turn he judges her until his family starts adopting her...even against her will.

Jinx is a character you want to hug from all the bad things that have happened to her...hence her name. She's quite a bit younger than Cash, but that never seems to be an issue. Problems seem to hound her life and she doesn't want to get close to anyone because she is leaving. Unfortunately, Cash fixes her problems one at a time, making it hard for either one of them resist each other. Trust starts to grow and a forward thinking kid keeps pulling them together. Oh and a dog that the daughter has fallen in love.

The supporting characters are so likable and you want to sit and visit with them. Cash's siblings come through to support him and each other throughout the entire story. Jinx only has the memories of her dad before he died and her mother isn't something anyone wants to have for a mother. The town mechanic left me laughing and the waitress Jinx works with made me laugh and wonder what her family is like.

Overall, this was a book I want to re-read and now go back to get the first book in the series. It's got everything from love to betrayal to bad guys and the good guys. The emotions roll off the page and into your heart as you learn to love all of these people and the town with a cool name.

I had a good time with All-American Cowboy the first book in this series so I was eager to press forward with the next member of the Walker family to get some lovin’ Holiday, Texas- style
Review

Cowboy Christmas Jubilee is the second book in the series and does work best following book one, but it can easily be read out of order, too.

Hard as nails and down on her luck, Jinx Jacob’s Indian motorcycle breaks down in Holiday, TX. She’s never been able to catch a break. Case in point, she’d rushed out of LA because she got herself involved in a guy dealing drugs. Somehow she ended up with the gift cards he uses to launder the drug money. But, bad luck has a way of changing in the small, quirky town of Holiday especially during the holiday season. Jinx has never belonged to anywhere or any family so when the town and especially the Walker family embraces her, she practically gets the hives, but secretly wishes it could all be true for her.
Cash Walker knows the hard-talking and walled-up woman has something to hide. He wants nothing to do with someone else who plans to blow out of town as soon as she can, but his little girl and the rest of his family want what is best for him and also want to help thaw Jinx’s lonely, distrustful heart. Days of being around her have him willing to take a chance on another woman in his life and hopefully her secrets won’t end things for good.

Like with All-American Cowboy, I found the focus on family, neighbors, and holiday events was a great backdrop to this tender, fun, and slightly spicy slow-burn romance. Jinx is like a wild animal at first and she really takes a while to not shy away or snap at Cash. She can’t quite believe people are this good because she’s had a hard life. Cash’s little girl steals the show a few times as does his crazy and loving family in general. Cash is wary of opening up and I liked how he also worries about how Jinx’s plans to leave affect more than him. He was a great hero and mostly because he kept trying even when Jinx pushed him away hard and fought accepting help when she clearly needed it.

This was definitely a holiday romance with a capital ‘H’. From Halloween through Thanksgiving and into the Christmas festivities. There was a running bit about a pecan pie that never was and a snake in a Christmas tree that cracked me up.

All in all, it was sheer fun balanced with the serious issue of a woman healing and learning to trust in love. Low angst, but plenty of conflict, sweet and spicy romance, and colorful, engaging characters made this a second book in the series that I can highly recommend.

My thanks to Sourcebooks Casablanca for the opportunity to read this book in exchange for an honest review.

This is an easy holiday read – not too angsty, not too crazy – just two people who seem like opposites from the outside, falling in love.

Jinx is a bartender who flees her drug-dealing ex, and takes money from him that he owes her. She escapes without him knowing, jumps on her motorcycle and plans to start over in New Orleans. She makes it to Holiday, Texas when her motorcycle breaks down. Guess who finds her on the side of the road? If you said our hero, you are a winner.

Cash is a sheriff’s deputy in Holiday, with a young daughter named Kenzie. His wife abandoned them both years ago, and he is a single dad trying to do his best. He has a large, noisy family who are always there to help. When he sees Jinx on the side of the road, he offers to help her. She has blue hair, one side of her head shaved and many piercings. From first glance, he isn’t sure about her, but he can’t leave her stranded on the side of the road. Jinx takes up as a bartender at his sister’s bar, and ends up becoming very friendly with Cash and his daughter.

Jinx still keeps all her secrets close to her chest. She never shares much about her personal life and can get very defensive if it feels like she is being attacked. Cash’s loud family makes her uncomfortable and she isn’t used to kids, but tries her best with Kenzie. The author takes her time with building up their relationship. Kenize, Cash’s daughter is in the book A LOT. I think she sounded and acted like a second-grader but I got tired of her being in almost every scene. The kid needed to go to sleep away camp or something so that Cash and Jinx could have a moment to them selves! How dare Cash be such an involved father?!

I would have liked a little more courtship between Jinx and Cash. A little less Kenzie and an ending that wasn’t so dramatic. But Jinx and Cash are very likable. I enjoyed Jinx’s more standoffish behavior – it worked well for me. I enjoyed Cash’s worry about his kid and his extended family. It was a happy, feel good read.

This book will definitely get you into the mood of Christmas and kept you there too. It’s the first book I’ve had the pleasure of reading by this author but it won’t be the last I can tell you. It really grabbed me and didn’t let go at all. Made me feel all emotions especially the joy of Christmas which is not too far around the corner lol. Great storyline and the characters are what made this book as they where wonderfully written and where very likeable and felt like friends than just characters and their romance just flowed off the pages. A perfect read on a blustery day. Absolutely recommend

I voluntarily offered to review this book with no obligations and my opinions are honest!
It was a great book!
Jinx was only going to stay long enough to earn money to fix her bike.
She did not count on how charming this little town was going to be.
Cash is a little suspicious of the newcomer.
However, he can't deny the attraction.
Now he just have to woo her and convince her to give them a chance.
It has all the ingredients that you need for a great book!
I can't wait for the next book in this series.

This book gave me a roller coaster of emotions. At first I thought it was going to be a difficult read but by the end I had decided that it would be best to keep a tissue near by. What an amazing author. I can't wait to read more by her.
I was given this book by Netgalley and the publisher. This is my voluntary review.

I just loved this book. This is the first book from Ms. Crush that I have read. I will definitely have to start at the beginning of this series. The Walker family is just wonderful. They truly are a family that you would want to have by your side in a crisis.

This story is about Cash Walker and Jinx Jacob (and Kenzie, Cash's little girl.) They HEA is a totally wonderful experience to read. There are so many places in this book where I laughed so hard that I would have to explain it to the hubby as he thought I was laughing about him. Especially the part with the snake! No more details here. Sorry.

This book is written in a dual POV. That helps me as a reader to understand the character's actions. Reading about Jinx's history really made me so happy to have a loving family. Her reactions to some situations didn't seem right until her history is explained. Jinx is a wonderful character. She SO DESERVES a HEA and Ms. Crush really delivered with Cash. Yes, Cash is the ultimate hero and so drool-worthy.

This story had me captivated right from the beginning. I so wanted to move to Holiday, Texas. I highly recommend this story to anyone. But be prepared for tears from laughing and the way Ms. Crush delivered the ending.

Cowboys and Christmas . . . there is something so wholesome about this combination and this book checked off all the favorite characteristics of a feel good romance. It reeled me in with a great blurb and cute cover but sealed the deal by delivering a tender love story and lots of Christmas cheer.

I loved that this couple was so deliciously mix-matched. The stern cowboy and the spunky tattooed biker riding bartender! Add in Cash's little girl, Kenzie, Jinx' adorable Chihuahua, Hendrix, a big meddling loving family and a small town full of Christmas charm and friendly faces and this was pretty much a slam dunk for me!

Would I recommend? Yes, this was a really cute Christmas romance that brings out all the feels.

Cowboy christmas Jubille was full of christmas magic. I loved every single moment of this beautifully written story and literally devoured it in 2 days. The story is like a rollercoaster of feelings, has got lots of ups and downs but on the other hand is colourfully and humorously spiced up. I laughed about all these little things that were skilfully presented. And like already said full of Christmas spirit.

Maybe it's just me but I would say the perfect start to the nearing holiday season.

Jinx had lost her father and kept her heart guarded, believing where she comes, she brings bad vibes with her. Her previous relationships were just for one an only purpose, bodies to get warmed at night and men simply using her for their own pleasure. She survived on her own for a very long time, so she couldn't believe that people in Holidays genuinely wanted to help her. Until now everything has had its price. But the Walker family especially Cash got under her skin without awaiting anything in return.

Cash Walker, single dad with 7 years old, has built the walls around his heart so high, noone except his family could crack them. Until he met her, the woman with such a strange name and so not his type. The amost foreign feeling squeezing his heart so tight and the heat in his brain produced just by looking at her, the attraction undeniable... could they step over their shadows and try the impossible?

Sweetly thrilling feel good small town holiday romance filled with lots of heart.... loving this cast of quirky yet easy to love charters and adorable sleepy little town. Looking forward to my next visit.

Jinx Jacobs is a smart, sexy and tough as nails independent woman who breaks down in Holiday for the holidays and is so not looking for forever.... Cash Walker is smart, sexy, strong and a charming single dad and sheriff's deputy. Loved the highly entertaining witty banter and engaging action. Could not put this story down.

I truly enjoyed book 2 in this Holiday, Texas series! It felt like coming home to the Walkers and townspeople. On the surface, Jinx was truly the odd one out, but her personality fit so well that she soon became a part of them all. There was no mystery on the drama that would play out when her past caught up with her, and I rolled my eyes when she still stayed quiet about it. Her silence when the danger hit bugged me a little. That being said – Cash, his daughter and Jinx made such a lovely family unit. Their warm romance snuggled me up like a comfy quilt.
