Such a wonderful read! Samantha is becoming one of my favorite authors to follow! Keep these amazing books coming.

Another homerun from the AMAZING Ms.Chase who gives us two heartwarming stories in one great book!! In the first story Exclusive we meet Taylor & Mike. Taylor is trying to achieve her dream of being a journalist in NYC so while working at a magazine she's offered the opportunity of a lifetime interviewing a reclusive bestselling author. When she gets to Maine she meets the caretaker who turns out to be a guy Mike that she knew in high school so Taylor thinks she's there because he recommended her for the job. You really have to read this story to see how it all works out for Mike and Taylor and the elusive Mr.Wade. Nobody writes these genuine heartfelt relationship stories better than Samantha Chase. Now onto the second story the bonus book if you will A Touch of Heaven. Here we meet Regan and Sawyer who are starting off on the wrong foot in Regan's eyes as she's convinced that Sawyer's father is trying to take advantage of her mother who he approached in the hardware store and told her that she won a home makeover. Max and his son Sawyer film a tv show doing home renovations but since Regan doesn't want to sell the house she grew up in she's skeptical. Can she get Sawyer to see things her way? What happens when the cameras start rolling and peoples feelings are involved? You really need to read this book to see the INCREDIBLE storytelling skills that are put on the pages for us to experience. Ms.Chase is genuinely gifted when it comes to tugging on your heartstrings and this book is another GREAT example of her talent!! I was given an ARC in exchange for my honest opinion.

Exclusive by Samantha Chase is an addictive read. The chemistry inside is explosive. I could not stop reading. The banters between the characters was fun. I kept on erupting with laughter and my smile continued to spread like a wildfire. Heat, action, mystery and a whole lot of emotions sparking everywhere inside this book.

An exclusive encounter lands a female writer back to an old friend. One that held her complete interest. Yet nothing ever came between them. Until they separated from each other. But now, it was like going back into the past and finding they still feel the same way they did.

A reclusive man doesn't his quiet life erupted. Until now...he wants something more in his life. And he is positive a particular woman he knew is the answer. But getting her to come to him will prove challenging. Yet this time, he's not giving up on her.

Hot, intense, and cleverly spun. This novella is a must read.

A Touch of Heaven by Samantha Chase is full of nothing humor and heat. I felt like dying from laughter. This story was just too good. I fell in love immediately. The mother-daughter work and family reminded me of my own family. Chaos, crazy, and emotionally good. Samantha Chase slowly built up the smoldering heat in this book. But once I caught the sparks flying, I was in deep. The couple had this combination of personalities that made me smile the entire time. Sassy, strong, and clever-the good daughter works hard for things. It's just who she is. Then enters in a complicated situation with a man that makes her crazy. This equation was epic.

Overall, A Touch of Heaven is a sweet yet steamy romantic love story. One that left me feeling happy and crazy in love.

These are both light pleasant reads. Exclusive is about a journalist Taylor finds herself interviewing an isolated and withdrawn author. Taylor comes to find out Mike is old classmate of hers. Mike handpicked Taylor for this interview she was the one that got away. This is sweet second chance romance Taylor has to choose between a story and her new love. Touch of Heaven is about father and son who fall for mother and daughter while renovating their home. Sawyer knew right away that Regan was the one for him. It was instant attraction for Sawyer. He just had to convince Reagan. With help of two matchmaking parents he is able to get the girl. Samantha is wonderful romance writer and her stories draw you in from the start. You feel like you are part of story and towns that she writes about.

Exclusive
This was a fun and quirky story and the overall premise was great even if the characters got on my nerves at times. At least they had some redeeming qualities and with the story so well written it all worked out. Taylor is given the story of her career, the only catch is she will have to spend two weeks in Maine alone with a reclusive author in order to get the story. When she arrives in Maine she is met by a blast from the past, Mike, the friend of her ex-boyfriend and someone who had intrigued her that summer in the past. Watching these two get to know each other again but could they survive the interview?

A Touch of Heaven
Fun and sexy and just the right size for an afternoon read. Mom and daughter run a spa and dad and son have a home improvement show and BAM! the two are now intertwined. Mom is selling the family home and wants to spruce it up and while buying paint is approached by a camera crew and told she has won a home improvement. Oh, this does not go over good with her daughter. This was really two romances in one and definitely worth snuggling in on a rainy afternoon to lose myself. I recommend this one!

REVIEW: A TOUCH OF HEAVEN by Samantha Chase is a contemporary, adult, stand alone romance story line focusing on carpenter and renovator Sawyer Bennett, and spa owner Regan Amerson.

Exclusive & A Touch of Heaven
By: Samantha Chase

📚💕⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💕📚

Two sweet love stories!!❤️❤️❤️

Samantha Chase delivers two sweet love stories.

I have become a huge fan of this author. She writes with so much intensity and emotion pulled from each book it’s felt page after page. Some are quick witted story lines that are so perfect and lets you believe you have a front row seat. So being able to read this love story didn’t disappoint. The authors ability to have two separate individuals struggling in their everyday life and try to navigate someone else’s thoughts, needs and desires was intense and gives all the fills.

Authors Blurb: Exclusive
When little-known writer Taylor Scott is granted two weeks to interview a famous reclusive author, it’s the opportunity of a lifetime. So is the chance to rekindle her friendship with Mike Greene, who happens to be the author’s assistant. But as feelings deepen and time winds down, Taylor will have to choose between the story that could launch her career and an unexpected chance at love.

A Touch of Heaven
As Regan Amerson makes the emotional decision to sell their family home, her mother wins a home makeover from a reality TV show. Regan is furious, and jaded host Sawyer Bennett isn’t thrilled either. That is, until he meets Regan—and finds himself enamored by the fiercely independent beauty. She may want nothing to do with him, but Sawyer isn’t one to give up easily…

I truly enjoyed both of these books and both kept me engrossed throughout. I really loved the characters and the way they interacted with each other. Both book are fun, hot, romantic must read books and I would definitely recommend this book to
Anyone. This book has everything I love in a book. Then you add that it's beautifully written and believable. It is easily a five star read. Written in dual POV my personal favorite this story flows so incredibly well that the next thing you know your 80% into the book and loving every second of it. The believable way the characters interact is perfect. Run, Hop, Jump or use your (1 click) finger to do whatever you have to do and get this amazing book. It'll break your heart, you'll want to scream with frustration and it'll let you discover that love just might conquer all. The chemistry is steamy and sweet and oh so romantic.

Thanks Netgally for letting me read and review.📚💕

Exclusive

Taylor has just received the assignment of a lifetime as a journalist for Newslink magazine; an exclusive interview with the reclusive Jonathan Wade!

When she arrives at Mr. Wade’s farm in Maine; she is greeted by someone from her past; Mile Greene. Mike was a friend of Taylor’s high school boyfriend and she hasn’t seen him since she broke up with her boyfriend after she found out he had cheated on her. She is more than surprised to say the least.

Over the course of the two weeks that were set aside for the interview, Mike and Taylor will reminisce about old times, get reacquainted, realize there has always been a spark between them, keep secrets from each other which leads to a parting of ways; and eventually realizIng that it’s never good to hide or keep secrets.

Don’t ever judge a book by its cover, you need to read all the pages to get the whole story.

A Touch of Heaven

This book is really a double love story.

Regan and her mother Caroline are business partners in a day spa called A Touch of Heaven. They share that wonderful mother/daughter bond and love, but they disagree about some things as well.....like the new t-shirts Caroline had made for the spa employees.....design placement is everything.......

Their biggest disagreement is about selling the house that Regan grew up in....it's too big for Caroline by herself since her husband passed away and Regan moved out.....but Regan has issues with someone else living there. They have finally agreed to paint a few rooms, but then things change dramatically when Caroline wins a home makeover from an HGTV style show while she's at the home improvement store.

This brings Max & Sawyer Bennett into the ladies lives.....a father/son home remodeling team that are the main parts of the show. Caroline and Max are instantly smitten with each other and while their love story is secondary, it's still sweet to watch these two fall in love after being alone for such long periods of time.

Sawyer & Regan are instantly attracted as well....but Regan tries to fight it more. She sees Sawyer as the person that is making all the changes that she didn't want to agree to in the first place. Sawyer does eventually get through her defenses and their chemistry is explosive. But like with any good love story, there is drama, misunderstandings and making up. The author does a great job of showcasing all of these elements and making everything very realistic as well. In the end, Regan gets everything she's ever dreamed of.

Another great one by Ms. Chase.

Exclusive:
Taylor heard the voice of her Senior Editor- Victoria - ask her what she knew about Jonathan Wade and then added they had received an exclusive offer to interview him. The Victoria said he requested Taylor and only Taylor to do the honors. Taylor said she didn’t know much other than he was a bestseller mystery writer. His books have been topping the New York times best sellers list for over five years, they loved him, men, women, and even teenagers. The movie adaption of his first book was due in the theater early next year and has already gaining Oscar buzz. He has won several literary awards but has never accepted them in person- and he’s a recluse. Victoria asked Taylor how she knew Jonathan Wade since she was new to journalism and worked for a little known magazine. Taylor told Victoria she had no idea who the man was and why he wanted her for the piece. Then Victoria named Jonathan’s terms. She was to meet him in Maine on his farm. His agent will send her directions once Taylor signs the confidentiatity agreement. The interview is to be done over a two week period. Taylor can take pictures but only her no one else. Taylor said she wasn’t sure about the interview. She knew what went on and what freaks were out there. Victoria said to ease up on the drama. Their legal department was hammering everything out to ensure Taylor’s safety and Mr Wade’s privacy. Victoria added this kind of story this early in Taylor’s career could mean big things for Taylor’s future. Taylor would only have Wade’s assistant Michael green to talk to for the first week. More and More taylor is not happy with this assignment. It appeared Wade had appeared out of nowhere eight years ago. How could someone as popular as Wade be so hard to find? Taylor prided herself on keeping her life practical and uncomplicated as possible. Then taylor got to Wade’s farm and it was Mike Green that Taylor had known form a while ago. It had been ten years since Mike and Taylor last seen each other. Taylor had met Mike the summer after her HS graduation. He was a friend of her boyfriend Eddie . Mike was older but the three of them went everywhere together. It wasn’t until the end of the summer she realized Mike was a buffer between her and Eddie who had been cheating on her the whole time. What had really hurt Taylor is Mike knew about Eddie's cheating and hadn’t said anything about it. She had thought they were friends but she was wrong. Then one day he just stopped coming around. Taylor went downstairs to have lunch with mike and when she took his hand it was like fireworks went off in her body. Taylor had been with Newslink for three years but her dream job was to work for a newspaper or magazine everyone knows and respects. She wants to be on page one instead of page seventeen. She also wants to write the great American novel. Mike kissed Taylor and then again the next day. Something in Taylor’s touch ignited a strong desire in Mike. Taylor response to him was more of a turn on then he ever could have imagined.
A Touch Of Heaven:
Regan hated bling and her mother-Caroline- had done their company’s shirts for the female employees with bling on them. Regan was furious. Regan reminded her mother they were partners and needed to discuss things before decisions were made. Her mother had decided to sell the house Regan grew up in, her father had passed away ten years ago and regan was on her own the house was too much for just her mother too handle. Then Caroline calls and said she had just one a house makeover bu Max Bennett who had a show called Bennetts Project on the Home Improvement Network. Caroline felt have the house done by Max and Sawyer Bennett would draw a lot more attention to it with the tv show being famous. Sawyer said to Max he thought he was going to wait until they picked someone together for the home makeover. But if truth be known Sawyer was ready to be done with the tv show. Sawyer also said from what his father Max told him the daughter Regan is against the house makeover of her childhood home. Sawyer was the host of the tv show and does all the designing and planning of the makeovers. Regan found Sawyer in her parents bedroom mumbling to himself as he took measurements. When Sawyer shook Regan’s hand he felt like he got an electric shock meeting Regan’s eyes he was pleased to see he wasn’t the only one. Sawyer knew he wanted to get to know Regan. It had been a long time since Sawyer had wanted to get to know a woman. Regan was a gift Sawyer wanted to unwrap. It didn’t matter Regan didn’t want to like Sawyer he was once perfect specimen of a man and she could help but appreciate the fact. Sawyer went through the house telling them what he planned with every word he spoke and with every image he showed them for his design. Regan couldn’t help but be impressed. She didn’t want to be but there was no denying the man had a gift and what he planned for the house was nothing short of spectacular. Sawyer thought it was a good thing he didn’t walk away from a challenge when it came to Regan. Sawyer asked Regan after he kissed her several times if she could separate the man doing the makeover on her childhood home and the man who wanted to get to know her and Regan said she needed some time. Every since Regan had met Sawyer and especially since they had kissed Regan had dreamed of touching Sawyer. But not professionally at her spa and as a deep tissue massage as she was about to do .Regan had never felt such an instant connection to a man, such an urgent need.
I loved both stories such well written romances and so sweet. I loved the pace and both plots. Two different novels but equally enjoyable. I loved Mike and Taylor as well as Sawyer and Regan and how they interacted with each other. I liked how close Regan and Caroline were as well as Max and Sawyer I like how Mike made something of himself and found a reason to bring Taylor to him. Even if it would have been nicer if he had been honest from the beginning. I would have like a little angst. I loved the endings of both books. I loved the characters and the ins and outs of both books and I highly recommend them both.

Life has one theme: "Expect the unexpected". Samantha Chase takes that adage and turns it into heartwarming, heartbreaking and inspiring tales of family, love and courage. Whether finding a second chance with first love, facing loss head on or finding a soulmate, there is realism in every hint of fantasy. Exclusive spells the beginning of a second chance for long lost friends. A Touch of Heaven is a reminder that letting go of the past can lead to new memories for the future. No matter the circumstance, despite the odds, our hearts never forget. Characters like Regan, Mike, Sawyer and Taylor speak to what makes us human. The heart.

I enjoy reading Samantha Chase romances because she usually delivers likable characters with realistic family dynamics that I feel like I can relate to. This is a re-release of two titles previously available titles as a duet. A Touch of Heaven is the real gem here. I loved the heat between Regan and Sawyer and the relationship between their parents. Exclusive is not my favorite Samantha Chase story but I adored Taylor. Mike never quite won me over but both of these stories are entertaining reads.

I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and feelings are my own.

Exclusive- Taylor Scott is a journalist for Newslink Magazine, living paycheck to paycheck. Until an opportunity of a lifetime falls in her lap. She receives exclusive rights to interview Jonathan Wade, a best selling mystery writer, who is a recluse and no one even knows what he looks like. Taylor’s assignment is for her to be available for at least two weeks, with the first week interviewing his assistant and the second week interviewing Jonathan.

But when Taylor arrives she comes face to face with a man from her past. A best friend of one of her ex-boyfriends Mike Greene. These two are totally taken by each other. Their sizzling chemistry jumps off the pages as they get reacquainted once again. But when Jonathan Wade decides the interview is off, will Taylor destroy his trust, for an opportunity of a lifetime or will she do what is right for her heart?
Exclusive is a fantastic, second chance love story that will pull at your heartstrings while you root for a HEA. This story is filled with emotion, heat, drama, an excellent love story and sexy times. It really has it all. A must read for sure.

A Touch Of Heaven.- Regan Amerson and her mother Caroline are close, they have a business together and they talk everyday, but when Caroline puts the family home up for sale, it is something that Regan just doesn’t want to support, even though she will get half the money. But when her mother wins a home makeover on “The Bennett Project” on the Home Improvement Network it is the last straw. And Regan is willing to fight dirty by being rude and difficult to get out of the show.

Sawyer Bennett has been working with his dad Max for the last five years on “The Bennett Project” and it had been fun at first but not anymore as more of the decisions had been taken away. But now that they were wanting to sensationalize the show it was the last straw. But when Regan goes to Sawyer to be rude and difficult they both are left breathless. Will Sawyer be able to get Regan on board and please her and her mother at the same time?

You don’t want to miss this one. This was just so freaking entertaining, charming and had some great Lol moments, I can’t tell you how many times I laughed. But it also delivered on the heat factor. It was just so fun and had a fantastic build. I loved it. Get ready for sweet, sexy and a whole lot of laughter with A Touch Of Heaven.

Two romances in one duo. These stories are not in the same book world or with the same characters, but they both tie in together beautifully to show how romance can grow, people can change and life is quirky.

Exclusive
A romance with a bit of intrigue, backstory, laughter and drama...yes please! I feel as though I got the twist to the story fairly quickly, and realized the concern the individual in the prologue showed, but I still enjoyed the story and how it was delivered through these characters. Per usual S.C. created a vivid world that I would love to see. The house, barn and land just seems to be ideal for relaxing.

Both characters come with some baggage, but not so much that they can’t find a way to meet in the middle. I don’t quite understand the recluse component, but I did think it was a fun part to the story. Overall a fun and quick read with characters who created a lovely romantic and intriguing story!

Side note- I cheered for Taylor when she stood up for herself, both times, at the very end of the book! Talk about inner strength and karma😁

A Touch of Heaven
The title of the book and the company name is a fun tie in, but I just keep going back to the glittery shirt 🙈 😹

This is a great read where we get two romances at once. I was worried at the beginning bc I did not immediately connect with the mom or the mom/daughter relationship....but then I fell in love with the story and their growth and healing as the renovation and relationships progressed. The two romances show how love and trust can occur at any time and definitely when we least expect it. I also have to say I wanted to slap a certain villainous character, but applaud SC for how much I did not like him! A fun and quick read with some lovely moments, steamy escapades and beautiful family dynamics.

I enjoyed both of these stories and would recommend both. SC constantly creates stories that captures my attention and emotions. These stories had me laughing, tearing up, getting irritated and cheering. Beautifully told and fun to read❤️

Thanks NetGalley, Sourcebooks Casablanca, and Samantha Chase for the chance to read these stories and share my opinions!

This is a re-issue of two books that had been released separately previously and the two books are completely unrelated. They totally stand alone.

Exclusive:
This book has no harsh cursing or on-page sex. If those things bother you, there's nothing to worry about here.

This story is a really sweet second chance love story with a bit of a twist. I liked how Taylor and Mike reconnected and got to know each other again. I didn't love that Mike had secrets from Taylor, but I understood his plan and I really liked how it worked out in the end.

A Touch Of Heaven:
I enjoyed the story line in this book - the plot was really great, but I struggled mightily with Regan from the first page on. I'm honestly not sure why Sawyer pursued her so hard because she was so difficult. But Sawyer stayed the course and in the end I did enjoy their happily ever after and the epilogue was so sweet.

Did not finish at 25% tried but couldn’t get into it. I really wanted to like it since I love Samantha Chase’s other series.

You really can't go wrong with a Samantha Chase book so this one with two of her stories is a sure winner. I read both of these stories several years ago and just re read each of them enjoying them as much the second time as I did the first. This book is a great one to grab and relax with for the perfect escape. I highly recommend it.

Exclusive - Fantastic read with some amazing characters and an intriguing storyline. Author does a great job of keeping the mystery going until the perfect time.

A Touch of Heaven - Fun sweet love story -two actually- about people who knew they were missing something in their life but not sure what. Light, sexy, and fun!

Mike and Taylor reconnect in a way she never dreamed possible. But Mike has not been completely truthful. I don't know how she didn't figure it out before being told. He said and accused her of some terrible things and never apologized. He left quite a bit to change, and saying "I love you" doesn't erase all the horrible things.

A Touch of Heaven
Regan is against any change or anything her mother suggests. This includes the renovation for their family house, one Regan does not live in, want, or own. She often behaves like a teenager, believes her mother is stupid, and overreacts. Devon is done with being told what to do on his site, and it's only been getting worse. He doesn't want to renovate this Houser until he meets Regan. I don't know how he can put up with her flying off the handle at everything and believing someone she described as smarmy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

You know a book is great when your belly gets the flutters… well I didn’t get one, I had many. This story took a little while to capture me, but when it did, I sat in one afternoon to finish it. It’s as sweet as it is hot, and gritty as it is emotional.

Journalists Taylor Scott has the opportunity of a lifetime to interview reclusive author Jonathan Wade. The man is an enigma but no one knows he he is… so when she is hand picked to go to his farm and write a full review outing him to the world, Taylor can’t decide whether to be excited or sick.

On arrival in Maine she drives out to his farm, where she is met with school friend Mike Greene. She will spend a week with him before meeting Mr Wade for the first time. What Taylor didn’t expect was the chemistry that comes with the memories her and Mike shared. As their days and dinners move into sexy territory, Taylor lets her guard down with the man who really knows Jonathan best.

As the day of reckoning appears so does a problem she can’t overcome, and possibly ruin her whole career. With the ultimate decision taken from her she becomes, unemployed but worse left heartbroken. Heading home to New York leaves a terrible pit in her stomach…. One she has no control over. Everything now rests in fates hands – it hasn’t been kind to her so far so her heart continues to yearn for what she desperately wants.

💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗

A Touch Of Heaven
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟

So very sweet. So very hot! So very don’t want it to end!

This was kind of fun and quirky, like your Backyard Blitz tv shows, Sawyer Bennett, hosts and designs (kinda like Jamie Durie in all is Holy hotness), and he’s about to walk into a new one, except he has a mother who entered and won the competition and a daughter who is less then thrilled.

Regan Amerson cannot believe her mother has thrown the whole house sale thing in the air winning a home renovation. All she wanted was some paint and a sale – now Regan has designers, builders and camera crew. But it is host Sawyer who takes her breath and irritates her all at once. She does not to be hot and bothered by him, but sadly it wasn’t just one sided and Sawyer has ever intention of claiming this woman for himself.

What starts as a tv show turns to real life for both Regan and her mother Caroline, and it is Sawyer and his father Max, who steal their hearts. Like all stories and TV it won’t be without drama, lies and threats. Happy ever after are always good, but add drama, steaming chemistry, and high maintenance characters, and you’ve got one hell of a story.

This is a collection of rather ordinary and predictable romances. In the first one, “Exclusive,” a female journalist, Taylor, is given the opportunity of a lifetime to interview a famously reclusive best-selling author whom no one has actually seen. When she arrives there, surprise, surprise, the author’s assistant, Mike, is a guy she once knew, the friend of her high school boyfriend. Mike proceeds to entertain her in the lovely Maine farmhouse where the author lives but is mysteriously unavailable for the exclusive interview he requested with Taylor. If you don’t see where this is going, then you clearly have never read a romance novel before.

In the second novel, Touch of Heaven, Regan is angry that her mother has accepted an offer from a popular home makeover show to make over her childhood home so they can sell it. And it doesn’t help that one of the of the show’s stars, Sawyer, is hunky and nice. Sparks fly between them. The thing that put me off this book was that Regan was so obnoxious. Her reasons for not wanting her house improved for free are hard to buy. She’d rather not have the remake, and sell their house for less just to preserve the memories of growing up there. Come on! Her mother is planning to live off the proceeds of the sale; doesn’t she care about helping her mother who is supposed to also be her best friend? I found her whiney and irritating and way too good for Sawyer.

I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book that I received from Netgalley; however, the opinions are my own and I did not receive any compensation for my review.
