"Thank you Netgalley and the publisher for the advance copy of this book, in exchange for an honest review."
Loved this book very much. It had just enough comedy & sweet romance and the storyline was great! I highly recommend!

Exclusive/A Touch of Heaven are two wonderful shorter romances books by Samantha Chase. I thoroughly enjoyed reading both of these stories.

This book with 2 different stories was very enjoyable!
Exclusive...
Reporter Taylor Scott is contacted to interview a famous author and sent to a non-disclosed location. Once there, she realizes an old friend, Mike Greene, is to show her around while the author is out of town. This was a fun read, kind of predictable, but recommended all the same.
A Touch of Heaven
Regan and her mom, Caroline, are remodeling Regan's childhood home to sell, when Caroline is approached by Max and his son, Sawyer, who do a home remodeling Reality TV show. Regan is opposed to the remodel, until she feels sparks with Sawyer. A Touch of Heaven was a great story with a couple HEA's!
I have always been a Samantha Chase fan! She is an amazing author!

Exclusive-That would be more than enough socializing for me.
Why had he "nearly died"?
Chill out, Debbie Downer.
Maybe she can interview townspeople for a week?
Well that's creepy...
She must really need a new car.
Eddie was a turd.
I would have thought Mike was the mysterious author.
Of course he cooks.
So Eddie cheated on her, but didn't want someone nice, who happened to be an ex-con, to have her?
She thinks about sex a lot.
I guess Mr. Wade isn't a hermit, just private.
Sheesh, she could be a little more grateful.
Duh.
The time for honesty would have been before you had sex.
He lied, but he's offended when she gets angry?
Wasn't she supposed to check in with her boss? She's too busy having sex!
The man has a right to privacy. Arranging for an interview was stupid, though.
Who wants to work for Victoria, anyway.
A Touch of Heaven-Geez, relax! It's just a shirt.
I can't imagine working with my parents.
He's going to ruin her childhood home so he can get a date with her?

There is not another author quite like Samantha Chase. She makes her characters real, with real conversation, real insecurities, real money issues, whether wealthy or struggling, real needs and feelings.
Exclusive is a one of her romances that deals with issues people could have, from the insecurity of Mike needing his privacy to Taylor’s desire to get that ‘exclusive’ and elusive interview with Jonathan Wade. Even the second chance aspect between Mike and Taylor is believable. The way their relationship renewal begins is from long ago hidden/unacknowledged feelings. They seemed to leap into their relationship, but it was really a long time in the making. Both Taylor and Mike had to learn to trust the other. They both said hurtful things, lacking the communication a couple needs, also real to life. And, it was difficult along the way, but ended with a perfect HEA – couldn’t have been better! (Yes, you see fairly quickly what is going on, but who cares – it makes for a great evening read).
A Touch of Heaven is, also, about real people. This difference is it contains two love stories. The main one centers on Regan and Sawyer, with the secondary romance between Regan’s mom, Caroline and Sawyer’s dad, Max. Regan and Caroline own a spa together. Sawyer and Max have a reality home improvement show. Carolyn ‘wins’ a the next house renovation. Regan is struggling with just selling the family home, much less changing its appearance. The director of the show finds out that Regan does not want her family home renovated/changed in any way. He plans to capitalize on that for the ratings. Kind-hearted Sawyer refuses to let that happen even when blackmailed by the director. Regan begins to see the inevitability of the renovation taking place even while she is wanting to dislike Sawyer for it, she can’t. Bring the ‘villain’ director back in to cause problems and our sweet couples have a little difficulty with the HEAs.
Both of these novellas are a great read and light-hearted. Both are a bit sensual, definitely romantic.

My review has been posted to Goodreads.
Review has also been tweeted as usual.
Thank you! :c)

Two great romances that are quick reads by a terrific author! Both stories can be easily read in an evening. Enjoy!

Two sweet and sexy novellas. One with a second-chance at being more than friends, and one with instant attraction turning into more. Absolutely loved both!

I absolutely loved both these stories and they were my first Samantha Chase books.
Exclusive - Great storyline and even though I figured out early what was going to happen it was still a great read.
A touch of heaven - Another wonderful story with good characters that kept me turning the pages
