Just wow! Sizzling heat! Take one fiery Italian spitfire and add her with a sexy Australian doctor and they burn up the pages. You will need something cool to drink when you sit down to read so you don’t burn yourself. Definitely worth reading more than once.

This was a quick read. That although a little thin on story was still packed full of heat, chemistry and plenty of combustible moments. Not to mention two likable main characters and a little humour. And it was enjoyable to read. So if you're looking for a quick read that's packed full of heat, then I would definitely check Doctor Sexy out.

This was a short, hot and erotic story about an Australian doctor (Jack) who comes to America to get away from a tragic event that he's trying to get over,. He meets Isabella, who is the pastry chef at her family's restaurant, at her best friends party, her best friend is a nurse and works with Jack. The two hit it off immediately, and the reader is taken down a very quick story where there is heat, passion, tragedy and acceptance. I'm not a short story kinda gal, but this book had everything you could want in a story, the characters were developed, had a pretty good storyline, great chemistry between the couple, but the ending was rather abrupt, which I didn't like. Jack's "kink" was a bit frustrating, but overall not a bad book. Good book if you're in the need of a quick fix.

I voluntarily reviewed an ARC copy of this book.

Dr. Jack Scott draws the attention every where he goes, he screams sex appeal, and every woman he comes into contact with wants a chance with him, and lucky for Isabella she seems to have earned that chance...rather she wants it or not! But every time they are together Jack sends her mixed signals, one minute he acts like he's all in and then next he is running for the door... she wishes he would just make up his mind!

This erotic little page turner packs a powerful toe-curling punch, the moment these two wandered onto the page I could feel the sparks brewing, and could be certain there was a big explosion in the works. With each page that followed, the more intense things got, and the more I began to wonder if these two were ever going to find some common ground... it was a good angst filled tussle! If you like short and extra spicy reads then I highly recommend you give this one a shot... it's sure to have just what your looking for, and more!

I requested an advanced copy of this title, and I am voluntarily leaving my honest opinion.

Jack just says beautiful words to his woman, “normally, I’d suggest you stop pouting. But with your lips swollen like they are, you look too da*n sexy. Keep on glowering, Bella. It’s playing hell with my balls.” Bella cuts below the knees girl don't take Jack's crap, "I cut him off, not wanting to hear whatever he said next. “Excuse me, please. I have other customers.” It wasn’t a lie. A line had formed at the door." This book was alright, I wish there was a little more depth to the characters, because the book was all about the naughtiness which I loved but I wanted a little more sustance to the story.

Thank you NetGalley and Entangled Publishing for letting me read Doctor Sexy by Katy Connor for an honest review!

My first time reading this author, I don't regret it! What first caught my eye was the cover.
That book is short! But you could say right to the point. Easy to read. You don't put it down! It's hot, steamy, dreamy, everything you can imagine! For adults!
And then you want to meet Dr Jack!

Holy hell, this book was off the charts, take the batteries out of your smoke detector hot! Exactly what I look for in an erotic romance title.

When I heard Entangled had an imprint called "One Handed Reads" I had to get my hands on one of the books. I was not disappointed. In fact, I'm sure it's my new favorite imprint.

It was a quick read, only about 2 hours from start to finish. So this is going to be a short review for a short book. It was fun, witty, and it gave me some new ideas to explore. My only complaint is that it wasn't long enough. Don't get me wrong, it was the perfect length to do what it needed to do. The ending was satisfying (in more ways than one) but I wanted more.

Their witty banter and hot as heck flirting kept me engaged from the beginning. There were secrets and angst. But let's be honest this isn't a book you pick up if you're looking for excellent character development and a complex plot. Those things exist so I can say "I'm reading about a baker and an Australian doctor with a secret." Which is far more appropriate than "have you ever had sex on your kitchen counter? The people in my book did and I'm thinking I might give it a go tonight."

Anyway, great book! The author was obviously comfortable with the subject matter. I loved that they had a real discussion about condoms and never got caught up in the moment and forget to be safe - something books in this genera often neglect.

I thought this book was ok. It was mildly entertaining and steamy. I didn’t hate it, but didn’t love it. For me, it was somewhere in the middle.

Smell that? That's the steam coming off your kindle reading this one! I loved the hot Jack and the fiery tempered Italian Isabella who caught his eye. I love her baking talent and how she channels her frustration into making new desserts.
Short and right to the point and certainly will keep your attention. What I really wanted? A little more story between these two. However, since Jack loves to draw things out ever so slowly just be prepared.

advanced reader copy from NetGalley and Entangled for an honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
