This book was so fun! A variety of creatures (vampires, aliens, mermaids, robots) on every page are sure to interest any reader. I loved the amazing illustrations and fun detailed world of the creatures enjoying hotel life. The simple sentences tell a story that is accessible to almost all readers and the art really enhances it.
There’s a cute little twist at the end, but I am still torn on whether or not I like it. I am interested to see what my students and nephews think!

This was a cute book where it really pays to take time to look at the illustrations in depth. Because I was reading it on my tablet, I think I missed out a little by not seeing the full page spread. The storyline was a cute look into kids’ imaginations with a fun little twist ending. Thank you, NetGalley for the ARC!

I absolutely adored Hotel Fantastic! It reminded me so much of the movie Hotel Transylvania which I think is a huge plus because children will be drawn to it more when they see it's all about monsters in a hotel.

I also really enjoyed the diversity in the book - it had so many different characters and their needs were covered by the hotel.

The illustrations were stunning and I am more than sure that every kid will love them!

This is such a cute story! All kinds of creatures are checking in to the Hotel Fantastic and the readers learn about all of the great things there are to do there. Then the evil monster comes along and takes back the hotel (no spoilers). :D The illustrations are done very well and are so colorful with lots of great details. Children will love this book!

I thought this was a really cute story. The pictures were amazing and so creative. I loved how the story ended!!! Very cute!

Well I certainly didn't see the end coming. I saw lots of really good illustration, and a simple and easy to read text, but one that sounded like a puff piece advertising a wondrous, inclusive hotel, and nothing akin to an actual story. But then I got what it was all in aid of, and I had to laugh. With such a twist ending I wonder if repeat reads will be on the cards, but before then this really should be tried. Four and a half stars.

While this book was a great idea, and definitely had a lot of inclusion allusions, I'm not sure the relatively dry text would really hold the attention of younger children in my personal opinion. That said, the art was also beautiful!
