This book should be on everyone's shelf. It was interesting to learn more about some of the uses for natural herbs, how to administer them, and side effects. Very informative. I will be telling people I know about this book and encourage them to purchase. Thanks to NetGalley, the author and the publisher for the ARC of this book in return for my honest review.
