3 1/2 Star Review.....

Stiff Discipline is the first of Ember Cole’s Carnal Mischief series, and certainly steams up the pages. A 21 one-year-old Virgin and an older man, definitely make for some seriously hot scenes. There wasn’t really an in depth storyline, but the book was a good intro for the length and content of the story.

This was the second book I’ve read from Ember Cole and she definitely writes erotic stories!

I enjoyed this story alright- I mean it was super short and the connection was instant after the first time they slept together. I would have liked more story and to see them as a couple a little more.
BUT the sexy scenes were HOT and I’ll read the other books in the series I’m sure

I went into this book thinking that it wouldn't live up to my expectations but I was proven to be very wrong. This story was surprisingly very interesting and well developed. The characters had depth to them and they seemed very realistic. The story seemed to develop a little quickly but it wasn't so quick that it made me doubt the relationship between the two characters. It was nice to have perspective from both characters instead of just one in the relationship. Getting to learn Daniel's backstory made him seem more human and allowed the reader to connect with him a lot more. As soon as I finished it, I wanted to immediately start the next book in this series. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is into erotica/romance or is a fan of the "Fifty Shades" series!

This book was such an easy read, and I love the extras at the end. I hope there is another one soon!!

Kymber is a 21 year old woman wanting to lose her virginity... when looking for the hot maintenance man, she runs into the 40 year old owner - Daniel. Instant chemistry with these two. Poor Daniel thinks he is too old for her and tries to resist. This doesn't last long.
This was a quick, sweet, insta-love story with a little *love action* in it.
I wish the story was longer, but I overall enjoyed it.
This is my first book by this author.

While the "daddy" fantasy isn't necessarily one of mine, this was very sexy, almost bordering on squirm-inducing, especially since the hero looks at his son as sexual competition due to the age difference between himself and his lover, but hey, if that's your thing, definitely pick this one up.

Stiff Discipline was a quick and hot story. It was taboo, sexy and was such a fun palette cleanser. Kymber and Daniel had combustible chemistry. This story was pure insta-love but it was what it was as you went in figuring that. Despite this, I loved their banter and chemistry and was hooked! I can't wait to read Adam and Bekka's story!

This book got steamy in a hurry which is much appreciated because I hate waiting around for the good parts. Let me tell you, there were a lot of good parts!

Kymber is a confident 21-year-old woman who wants to lose her virginity in a quick, no strings attached way. I love how the author didn't make a big deal about the first time needing to be special or mean something - good was the priority here.

The purpose of this book is to steam up your Kindle, and it accomplished that goal well. Impressively though, the author drew me into the story and allowed me to fall in love with the characters and become invested in their lives and happiness. That's difficult to do in a short, hot read such a this.

Overall, Stiff Discipline is a wonderfully engaging, quick read. It was perfect for a summer evening on the deck.

Stiff Discipline is a quick hot read, that hooked me from the start. Ember Cole's writing captivates you, and sucks you in.
I would have loved to know Daniel's story.
All in all, Stiff Discipline is an enjoyable read, and I look forward to reading more from this author.

This was a short read but a good one! Absolutely loved the main characters! Hot and steamy read, very fast paced and easy to read!

Kymber comes back after three years overseas from an assignment to do with teaching other children from other countries. It’s her 21st birthday and she finds herself still a virgin and she wants to fix the “situation”. So her and her best friend go in search for someone for a one night stand and they come across Adam.

Adam’s 20 years older than her and a rough, hard and no-bullsh*t military man. Adam can tell there is something between the two of them but he tries to fight his attraction for young Kymber and she to can feel it. Adam isn’t the guy for her, he’s rough, hard and the total opposite to the innocent young girl. But he can’t seem to stay away, can’t seem to ignore the desire he has to claim her.

I didn't know what to expect with this book, but it did not disappoint! What a great story and Ember knocked my socks off with this sexy and quick read! Daniel the dominant building owner who sets his sights on Kymber, I swear I could hear him growl through my Kindle. This man... Kymber, new roommate to Bekka and determined to lose her virginity on her 21st birthday.
The girls are out on the town for Kymber's birthday and Bekka doesn't want Kymber making any mistakes for her night and comes up with the perfect plan, thinking of the building manager Adam, Daniel's son and perfect candidate for Kymber. Sending Kymber home after she hooks up with someone else, Kymber meets instead Daniel. Let the fireworks begin. The story woven between the two, Daniel retired from the military and his story, his attraction to Kymber and his feeling that it's so wrong because of the age difference and Kymber who is totally taken with Daniel. Age doesn't even factor into their relationship for her. Such a responsive girl she is. Daniel is delightfully demanding, hot as Hades and Kymber wise beyond her years. I loved the spark between these two. Fantastic story line. Now I'm anxious to read Adam and Bekka. Can't wait.

My first time reading this author, I didn't know what to expect, I'm not disappointed!

Kymber is young, it's her 21st birthday and she wants to lose her V-card. He's older, he's a dominant, he knows he shouldn't, but they both want it so bad...

A quick read, hot and steamy for sure, but more storyline would have been nice. Too much sex.

To be perfectly honest, this book was a 10 on the hot factor, but a 2 on the storyline (for me anyways). I wish there was more of a storyline. I felt like there was too much sex ( I know it seems crazy to some, but I need a story!!).

Kymber is celebrating her 21 birthday with her best friend. Kymber has been away for three years on a college assignment trip teaching children in another country. Which has kept her a Virgin...not wanting to continue being such she and her friend try to think of someone that would be a good fit for her to have a one night stand. Which leads them to the son of the owner of their building. When Kymber goes to do the seduction in office she finds Adam. Their is a quick attraction that Adam tries to fight. Adam is 20 years older than her and harden military man..not someone a young innocent lady should be messing with but he can't seem to walk away.
I was totally in love with their story and could not put the book down until the end! I hope to read more by this author soon!!

Wow just wow...holy hotness!! Jeez. I'm not a big fan of books where the hero is much older than the heroine but I'm over the moon I selected this one.
It was so steamy i had to stop reading it at the office...man oh man. Can't stop gushing about it. My only problem is that it ended too soon - ended at 79% but safe to say cant wait for the next installment

I enjoyed the book. Was really good. Finished in one setting. Kept me on my toes. Can't wait to read more! Loved it!!!!
