I started this series from the very beginning. I had read previous books by K.A. Linde, usually contemporary romances from her, so a paranormal romance was completely new for me from her. Since that first book, i was hooked. It was interesting. It was different. And it sucked me in from the very first page. I wanted more. Always more. That's exactly what K.A. Linde delivered. More with each new book in this series that she delivered.

I was impatient and couldn't wait for this book. The previous book left me with the biggest hangover that i didn't know how we'd be able to come back from it, but she did. And wow. I simply don't have the words to describe just how well these characters evolved throughout the books, and they did very well. So much so that i simply couldn't get enough of them.

I wanted to know what would happen to Beckham and Rayna, to Harrington and Elle, but mostly, i wanted to know if they'd finally find the much needed Blood Cure.

I loved this series and if this is the last that we hear of these characters, i for one, will be more than a little disappointed because it was a great vampire/human love story with even better suspense that kept me guessing from start to finish!

This story was awesome, very unique and different from any vampire stories I've read in a long while. I couldn't wait to see if everything worked out and everyone got their happily ever after..

3.5 stars for - Blood Cure - the third book in the Blood Type series by K.A. Linde. The books in this series must be read in the order they were written otherwise you will be totally lost. Blood Cure picks up right after the jaw dropping ending in book two and takes you on one crazy and twisted journey to the end.
Reyna is struggling to come to terms with everything that has transpired and finds it hard to find people to trust. She is determined to find justice for her loved ones any way she can and make those who hurt them pay dearly. With danger around every corner and enemies every where they turn, it made for some fast paced, intense reading.
Linde never disappoints when it comes to the angst ridden romances and the steamy, sexy times and this one certainly does conform. This was a pretty good (and even a bit predictable) ending to a series I really enjoyed. Books one and two were phenomenal and some of the most original PNR I’ve ever read, but unfortunately book three just fell flat. To me it seemed the originality and risks that were taken with the first two books were totally absent in the last one with the author instead choosing to wrap everything up in a pretty little bow. I personally would’ve been ecstatic with a “happy for now” scenario then that gives a possibility of continuing the series down the road. I do highly recommend reading the series as it truly is fantastic!

** spoiler alert ** I have to reiterate that I don’t read PNR! This is not my genre. I read this trilogy because K.A. Linde wrote it, and I was completely blown away with its epicness!!

5 forever crowns

Blood Cure couldn’t have been any more perfect for the ending of this series. We get a full evolution of characters, the rebellion we have been hoping for, and a romance for the ages!! I’m all in with Reyna and Beckham!

The evolution of these two characters over the course of the serious is fantastic. Seeing Beckham go from cold, disillusioned vampire to one who is a rebellion leader supporting a female leader is phenomenal! He is the man strong enough to be at the side of a strong woman.

Reyna absolutely killed me!! She will be a top heroine of the year. Her large heart, her devotion to their cause, her ability to self-sacrifice, and her morality are few of the things I love most about her.

While I love these two as people, what consumed was their relationship. The way these two evolved over the series and even the final book is what a relationship should look like. The give and take, the support, the way they are attune to one another is breathtaking. There moments alone are some of my favorites from the series.

This story is more than I ever expected. The allegorical nature of the text makes it so much more than a romance or PNR. This is an examination of government control, propaganda, the perils of power unchecked, and a society that is controlled through poverty and the promise of a better future. It is about fighting for improvement, standing by your convictions, and working for the betterment of all not just one! Gah!!! So freaking amazing!!

This series! It will be a reread. It is a favorite of Linde’s, and these stories and characters will stay with me. They are another shining example of how romance has a voice and something to say!

Another addicting series from K.A. Linde concludes with the Blood Cure. This author never disappoints.

I wish I could say more about the book, but as I didn't read the first I was more than a little lost. The writing appeared excellent, but I definitely need to find book one to read before I can dive into this novel. The lacking is all mine on not realizing this initially.

Blood Cure is the third and final book in the Blood Type Series. This series must be read in order. Reyna and Beckham have been through so much and finally, it is time for them to take down their enemies and lead the rebellion to victory. The stakes are high for them both to survive.

Told in dual POV, Blood Cure is action-packed. The plot is complex and through each book, in the series, my adoration for this couple has only grown stronger. This was my first K.A. Linde read and I will definitely be on the lookout for more from this author.

Overall, I highly recommend Blood Cure and the entire Blood Type Series to paranormal romance fans. Beckham and Reyna are a perfect match and you will enjoy every second of them together.

It is here and it is EVERYTHING. I was so broken at the end of the second book and I knew that this novel was going to hold all of the emotions and it certainly did. It brought them and it was such a wild ride!

Linde delivered the most thrilling conclusion to a series I have read in a long while. It leaves me thrilled to read what ever she coming up with next because books after book the delivered adventure and world travel that I cannot get enough of.

This book, being the conclusion of the series, is ALL SPOILERS. I can’t say anything. At all. Just know that all of the questions you have looming have answers deviled and by the end you are ready to take a trip to this world and check up on it because by the last page you are already missing it.

I sincerely hope you Kyla never stops writing Paranormal and Fantasy because she SHINES in this genre!

Sweet holy blood banks Batman! This was an epic conclusion to this series! Reyna has been through so much and its just fallen apart even more, so we follow her journey back to Beckham and through all the issues thrown her way. She came out so much stronger and with B by her side, it all worked out in the end. But the journey....oh the journey to get there was one hell of an emotional ride. Be prepared to pick your heart up off the floor, dust it off and do it again and again until the end of this book and series.

I was shocked when I finished Blood match. I don't know who wasn't when they read the final chapter. When this book arrived at my Kindle, I stopped the book I was reading and picked this up because I wanted to find out what happened and if Reyna was wrong about what she saw. I wanted to see if and how she was going to win the war. I didn't know what to expect because after the ending of the second book everything seemed possible, even Reyna's death. I am in the happy place to say that I was satisfied with the way the author decided to end the series. It wasn't ideal because the enemy is a tough one who knows what he is doing and has an army, but I do feel like it was the best possible end we could get. I was happy with a certain death though because I never liked that person and I think a lot of the readers will find it satisfying. I found the pace to be just right for the story and I loved the twist the author threw at us when it came to the vampires and their survival. You have to read the book and see what I mean. If you gave up the series after finishing the second book I think you should reconsider and pick Blood cure. It's a good ending for the series. I wish we had a longer epilogue, showing us how Reyna was doing with her life one or two years after everything that happened instead of six months. Still, I was ok with the epilogue as it was.

5 Brilliant Stars!

KA Linde has outdone herself with this epic conclusion to he Blood Tyler series! Blood cure hooked me, fangs and all, from page one....from book one! I absolutely adored this entire series and wouldn’t complain if Linde decided to continue this world, which I never wanted to leave. I love the sexy broody vampire Becks and I loved watching the complete transformation of Reyna. From timid and shy, to brave and strong, Reyna’s transformation was one of my favorite parts in the entire series. If you’re a lover or even a non-lover of paranormal romance, you need the Blood attorney series...you need a Becks...in your life! Grab this entire series for a heart pounding, thrilling, epic PNR series you won’t want to put down! I cannot wait for Linde to bring us another PNR!

What a great end to this trilogy!!! I love how K.A. Linde can take a trope that has been done before and add her own twists. And twists they are-- like didn't see that coming kind of twists, like throw your kindle kind of twists, like I can't believe she went there kind of twists.
Linde's characters are always formidable. The y are strong, have ambition, have conviction. Whether her characters are on the right side or the wrong side of morals, a reader is fully invested in Linde's characters. Beckham and Reyna are no exception. Washington, Rowland, and of course Harrington are no different. I especially loved how Linde shifted my view of Harrington and Beckham.
Blood Cure was a dynamic and intense end to this trilogy. While fans of Twilight I think would really enjoy this story and some of the "parallels," I really think this series and this book will entice non Twilight readers because of the added elements Linde adds, making Blood Cure and the Blood Type series unique and worthwhile. She definitely researches elements of her storyline, making her books intelligent, complex and layered.
This most definitely a must read trilogy. It was great to fall in love with vampires again.
D 4/5

I wanted to go back over this review as felt I didn't do it justice. It's a very different book - not only from the vampire lore but also from how it was handled. It wraps up what I believe is a series. This is both a plus and a minus. It's a plus because all of the points brought up in this book were wound up and tied off. It's a minus because I did not know how it related, especially the relationships between all the characters. So that detracted from the enjoyment of the book, only because I didn't know the scope and characters going in.

The desperation felt by Reyne in the beginning of the book with the loss of her lover was desperate, discouraged, and heart rending...as it should be for someone who lost a piece of themselves. However, as I mentioned earlier, I had no point of reference going in, but I could see where the K.A. was going with this.

I very much enjoyed meeting Graves and found that character very interesting. He was hot, ancient, with secrets on his secrets. Hope there will be books with him in it.

The writing itself was good and I was very interested to see how the story was going to end. I wish I could write more but there are story points which are wonderful, but they would also be spoilers.

I received the uncorrect proof for Net Galley for an honest and unbiased review.

4 Satisfying Conclusion Stars.

Blood Cure is not a standalone. It must be read in series order, starting with Blood Type, followed by Blood Match. I liken this more to a trilogy or a serial, where it would be best to read them all back-to-back, especially with how books one and two end on a cliffhanger.

I'm not entirely sure how to review, for the simple fact most statements will be a spoiler when it comes to the previous books, as well as a major development that occurred in the last cliffhanger. So, I'll just have to wing this with how the novel made me feel.

To be honest, I wasn't as enthralled with Blood Cure, no longer having the page-turning quality that I always find with Linde's writing. I felt satisfied early on in the novel, with the plot coming secondary to soothing my worries.

The revolution is in tatters and it's left up to Reyna to pick up the pieces, showing a burst of maturity that I felt she wasn't capable of displaying. Reyna becomes a worthy heroine to lead the revolution to its conclusion. Her brothers and sister-in-law lay heavily on her mind, her fellow captive looking for her lost friend plays a role, and Becks...

Everything is tied up with a pretty bow, all important questions answered, other threads left up to the reader's interpretation. Overall, I was more than satisfied. My only qualm was how I wished I had waited to read all three installments back-to-back for optimum emotional payoff.

Since I knew this was a conclusion, knew it wouldn't end with a cliffy, I wasn't as invested with the page-turning as I was previously. It was the feeling of a foregone conclusion with no surprises to be had. But there is comfort in that knowledge as well, where you can sit back and enjoy without chewing your nails down to stubs.

I HIGHLY recommend to paranormal readers and Linde fans alike. I look forward to whatever the author publishes next, and will endeavor to go back and read what I've missed in her backlist. If you're new to the author, I suggest the Avoiding series, as that's been a three-time reread for me.

I was desperate for this book after the cliffhanger at the end of Blood Match. But before this third book offers answers and a resolution, it plunges Reyna and the other surviving members of the Resistance into dystopian chaos. This is a wild ride and a wonderfully action-packed conclusion to a brilliant series.

This is a difficult book to review without spoilers but I love the growth in Reyna across this series. She is a pragmatic leader in this book and I enjoyed seeing her wrestle with the morality and consequences of the choices she must make as a leader. I loved the relationships in this book and I loved the friendships and even the more complicated relationships between some characters.

This book had me more emotional than the first two as the Resistance loses member after member and some favourite characters sacrifice themselves for the greater good. Like all good Urban Fantasy, there are some chilling moments in this book when it forces readers to look hard at our own leaders and political structures. I’ve loved this series from the start and this is a wonderful and fitting resolution to the trilogy. It doesn’t standalone and readers won’t want to miss the first two books. Now that all three books have been published, I’m sure most readers will want to binge read the three books back-to-back.

Veronica – ☆☆☆☆
Ms. Linde left us with a massive cliffhanger with book two in this series and I was aching to get my hands on Blood Cure to see how the story ended. So how do I review this without giving anything away? I don't want to spoil anything.

I'll start by saying that the final instalment was great but didn't quite live up to the excitement of the first two books. I often find the third book in a trilogy is that way for me, so I didn't mind.

Blood Cure is romantic, emotional, a little gruesome at times, and has lots of action with a heroine we can root for as she struggles to defeat the bad guys. I actually had a pretty fun time reading this story, even when things were difficult for Reyna. The ending to this series is really satisfying even if there is a tiny moment of cheesiness in the epilogue.

The Blood Type trilogy has been the first vampire series I've read, and it felt like a guilty pleasure. I was excited to get and read every book. If you want a series you can really sink your teeth into, Blood Type is well worth it.

Dawn – ☆☆☆
**MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS***

Blood Cure is the last book in this series and as before, the book pretty much picks up where book two left off.

With everything that has happened to her, Reyna has had to become stronger so she can become the leader the people need. It's been great seeing how her and Beckham’s relationship has evolved through the three books because he has to let go of trying to control everything to let her become who she is destined to be.

As with the other books in the series, there are many twists and turns – some I was expecting and some took me by surprise. I feel this really was a great conclusion to the series and I would definitely recommend it to someone who wants a paranormal romance that is a little different.

I absolutely loved this ending. This author has done a great job introducing herself to the PNR genre

Oh that KA Linde has sucked (pun intended) into the wonderful world of vampires.  Becks and Reyna have changed me forever!

This book picked up from the moment KA Linde left us hanging in Blood Match...with her soul mate and love is gone and she needs to regroup and find her calling in life - to revenge all that Harrington has done.

KA Linde has once again taken me on a ride of a lifetime; the ups and downs, the ins and the outs of Reyna's mind and life were something to feast upon.  Watching this all happen as if I was there is one of the things I most love and admire about KA Linde's books, her imagery and writing takes you and the adventure with her characters.

This series is one of my top favorites of the year and of all time! I highlighted while reading, so many things that made me fall in love with the story but all of which may be spoilers.  Read this series, allow yourself to be drawn into the world of vampires and humans, and love and war.

This series was great! I have always been a fan of KA's writing and I am so glad she finally wrote a series like this. She does an incredible job writing fantasy and I was no surprised how much I liked her PNR. Beckham and Reyna were such good characters. I liked how Beckham was and I feel like he needed Reyna to counteract his persona. It was exactly what I needed to get me back into PNR again.

Paranormal, Sci-Fi, Romance, Blood Wars

Blood Cure is the epic conclusion in the Blood Type Series by K. A. Linde. Please note - these are not standalone novels.

This was my first exposure to K. A. Linde – I am a fan now! Actually – because I found the series when the last book was published, I read all three in a short period of time. Initially I was really caught up in the series – the first two left me feeling emotional and raw, like I had been through a whirlwind of lust, love, and deceit, all with the human race left in the balance. Whew, no pressure!

The premise of the series is that vampires and humans are trying to co-exist peacefully together – equality for all. A worldwide economic collapse leaves humankind in dire straits. Visage, a company owned by vampires, comes to aid by providing jobs and prosperity to humans and blood ~matched by type~ to vampires. Vampires who drink the blood of humans matched by type aka “a blood type cure” will behave and function at higher cognitive levels. All humans had to do was sign up and become registered….ah, yes, here is where the corruption starts. The culmination of this corruption is resolved in this final installment.

Overall the series is a 4.5 stars rating- There is so much vampire fiction to be found today. I really liked the fresh approach of the “blood type cure” concept and how Linde used it to weave her story. So many possibilities. There were a few characters I wasn’t sure about (E.g, Graves) – opportunity to flesh that out more. The first 2 books were my favorites, but I was very eager and excited to read the finale. I’m hoping that perhaps there is a way to extend the concept.

I couldn't wait for this book to land on my kindle, after the cliff hanger of an ending at the end of book 2, I was eager to see of the story played out!! It was just awesome, I loved every minute of this series!!

I loved Reyna and how strong she was, even when she was at her lowest point, she was such a strong character. The emotions coming out of her at different points in this series had my heart breaking for her several times, but she always got back up on her feet and tried to move forward, even though her heart was shattered!! I loved her character growth in this book, where she grew to take charge, stepping up was just the right thing for her to do.

Beckham was just so Alpha, and would do anything for Reyna, at times in this series I didn't always like the things he did, but in the end he was always doing it for the greater good and for Reyna, even though it didn't look that way. I loved his character and his strength, they were the perfect couple together.

This has been a great series, fast paced, keeping you on the edge of your seat, heart pumping in anticipation, along with some very steamy scenes. A great PNR series, highly recommended reading.

Well, there was a slight hiccup in my plans to read this series, folks. I read book 1, but book 2 has eluded me. So I had to cheat a little and read reviews to catch up before diving into book 3, Blood Cure. Though it’s likely quite obvious, let me make this crystal clear. Each book is not a stand-alone, and you really should read them in order to stay in the know. Unless, of course, you are like me and despise OW drama. Instead of remorse, I’m patting myself on the back now for skipping book 2 and, thereby, not having to endure more of Penelope’s character, the OW subcharacter. Unfortunately, she’s got some cameos in Blood Cure, as well.

Without a doubt this book starts off with a big bang and obviously picks right up with the shocking ending of the previous book. Though I was fully engaged for awhile, by 33% the large cast of character names were weighing me down and the battling evil but not making any concrete plans/progress scenario dominated the plot, leaving little time for the main couple’s romance.

To put it bluntly, it all just became too exhausting and boring waiting for something to happen. The idea of this storyline was losing its mojo. Sure, I’m certain it likely has a very explosive ending. I’m hoping others love it, but by 40% I realized it was being overly drawn out. The author didn’t make use of the time she had to keep me engaged enough to want to read to the conclusion.

Title: Blood Cure, Series: Blood Type (Book 3), Author: K.A. Linde, Pages: NL, not a stand-alone, book 3 of must read in order series, graphic murder scenes, vampire theme, steamy scenes.

Book 1 - Blood Type
Book 2 - Blood Match
