I've always been a huge fan of Kyla, and I'm so happy she went ahead with the Blood Type Series. It was so different and that's always something I look forward to when I'm looking for my next read! This was a great ending for the series. I was hooked from the first page and loved every second!

Note: This review contains NO spoilers

What an epic and action-packed conclusion to this series! With each novel, the story continued to build up to this crazy, drama and action-filled climax which kept my heart racing from beginning to end.

The characters and the world-building created this incredibly adventurous story of a young girl growing up to become more than she thought she could have fathomed. Linde's characters were engaging and likeable... even the bad guys! Haha!!! I sure loved disliking those bad guys. Ha! And, Linde's world-building... Wow! It is giving me chills just thinking and processing all that I read in this daring story of love and courage.

I am still reeling with feelings on all that "went down!" This final installment in the Blood Type series was an emotional and action-filled roller-coaster that just tore my heart apart and put it back together. Fans of HBO's True Blood just might enjoy this read, because I sure did. Of course, it is said in the synopsis that these "addictive Blood Type novels are best enjoyed in order: Blood Type | Blood Match | Blood Cure." And... I would have to agree with that. I would highly recommend reading these novels in order to get the "whole story."

This was an amazing final installment to the trilogy! Kyla writes so perfectly that you end up loving her characters! This does need to be read in order and it does follow a storyline but completely worth it. #beckham

The cliffhanger at the end of the previous book was...well...intense.

It was tough to see how the characters would move forward, or if they would even be able to at all.

I'm not sure what to say. Sometimes I want to review classic novels, as if I say too much about Pride and Prejudice, it's been out for 100 years, and it's not my fault if I inadvertently spoil.

Not so with this one. There are so many places where spoilers might lurk...kind of like vampires (who still aren't paranormal, thank you very much) that I am not even sure what to say.

What I can say is I loved this. I loved the ending, I loved the way the author got the characters to their ending. I loved the writing and while there were a couple of places where the story dragged a bit for me, overall I enjoyed this title and the entire series.

Oh, and in case you missed it, vampires aren't paranormal, so if you aren't a paranormal fan, it's totally fine.

I enjoyed and recommend this title.

Thanks to NetGalley for the ARC. I loved how this series ended, although I would like a tad more insight into when he does what he wants to do for her...hint hint.

Blood Match is the third book in the Blood Type series and definitely CANNOT be read as a standalone. The second book ended on one doozy of a cliffhanger so you're going to want to have read the first two books so you know what the heck is going on.

Without giving too much away, I'll say that although it seems as if the event that ended Book 2 was supposed to be a catalyst for Reyna and her "growth" it all just felt a bit rushed to me. And frankly, that's kind of how I felt about the conclusion of the series overall. Lots of stuff came to a head in what seemed like a relatively short period of time.

Again, as this is a true trilogy, you have to read all three books in order to get the full story arc.

*I voluntarily read and reviewed an advance copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.*

This is the final book in a series of three. This is not a standalone book and should not be read as such. The book continues right where book two leaves off.

Reyna has just witnessed the most horrible thing possible and is left feeling empty. All she has now is the will to fight. She cannot stop to think, she has to move forward. Beckham has to prove he will do anything to get back to Reyna. Their connection is too strong to be broken. Their connection keeps them together and getting to one another.

If you’ve read the first two books, this one will blow your mind. I normally don’t read paranormal but this series is out of this world good. Loved every single minute of it and I’m sad it’s over.

Louisa's 5 Blush Review
Oh that KA Linde has sucked (pun intended) into the wonderful world of vampires.  Becks and Reyna have changed me forever!

This book picked up from the moment KA Linde left us hanging in Blood Match...with her soul mate and love is gone and she needs to regroup and find her calling in life - to revenge all that Harrington has done.

KA Linde has once again taken me on a ride of a lifetime; the ups and downs, the ins and the outs of Reyna's mind and life were something to feast upon.  Watching this all happen as if I was there is one of the things I most love and admire about KA Linde's books, her imagery and writing takes you and the adventure with her characters.

This series is one of my top favorites of the year and of all time! I highlighted while reading, so many things that made me fall in love with the story but all of which may be spoilers.  Read this series, allow yourself to be drawn into the world of vampires and humans, and love and war.

Sandy's 4.5 Blush Review
After that CRAZY finale in Book #2 (Blood Match) I was on pins and needles waiting for Book #3 (Blood Cure). I dropped everything when it hit my Kindle.

Reyna Carpenter's entire world has been shaken to the core. Literally, figuratively and emotionally shaken. She watched Harrington break Beckham’s neck. Beckham is DEAD! How is that possible? He’s my hero! I’d let him bite me. Reyna along with Elle were confident of their ability to take down Visage. However, everything has gone the other way and Visage has decimated Elle. Reyna and the remaining Elle members must run for their lives.

How to regroup? How to move on? How to live in a world where Beckham is no more?

Little by little they locate the few living members of Elle. Reyna has no choice but to assume the role of leadership. There is only one way this war will end. They must formulate a plan to finish Visage and take down Harrington or lose their lives in the attempt. In the meantime, Washington continues to frantically work on a blood cure. Unfortunately, Harrington had already located the safe houses and has murdered most of the people inside. Most is an important word here. There are some nasty little surprises waiting for our intrepid little gang. Not to mention, there is now a new mayor who is in league with Harrington and human feeding camps are now a reality. Though Visage has painted a different picture to lure people in as they put into play their scheme to reign supreme over all humanity.

Unfortunately, so many things that I want to say would be spoilers. Blood Cure should be experienced firsthand because we are so invested by now. Though I admit that the beginning of Blood Cure lagged a little for me – it then turned up the heat and brought us to a conclusion that I enjoyed. It was exciting. It was angsty. It was satisfying. Taking on the paranormal/vampire genre is not easy and yet K.A. Linde has done it well.

HOLY WOW!!! WOW!!!! I’m reeling from one of the most EPIC series endings EVER!!! What a rush! What a read!!! My racing heart! I nearly had a heart attack while reading!!! K.A. Linde has SLAYED this series so hard and turned me into a bloodthirsty vampire book-loving freak. Never did I—a non-paranormal reader—fathom reading another vampire series after Twilightand loving it so much. All the YES!!!

”I’ve waited a lifetime for you.”

K.A. Linde’s Blood Type ‘vampire crack’ books—so brilliantly and beautifully written with bold characters and a pulse-pounding plot—will render you beguiled, breathless and bleeding for more. The merging of humans and vampires in a unique world that K.A. Linde flawlessly brings to life is unequivocally addicting. The strong vampire fighting for justice and the woman who rises to be his brave equal is unstoppable.

Chess was a game of strategy. You were meant to outmaneuver your opponent. Force them to make sacrifices and then go on for the kill.

My new vampire hero and holder of my heart is Beckham Anderson now. Beckham, this beautiful and broody, vampire gets better and better! I can’t love this blood-sucking and big-hearted alpha of a vampire hero enough! I’m still stunned that non-paranormal lover me is lusting after a vampire and SO OWNED by K.A. Linde’s Blood Type world. Becks is the perfect hero in every way.

”You fear me?”

“Never.”

As much as I loved and lusted after Becks, his human is pretty incredible too, Reyna. Reyna rises with each book, and it was absolutely mesmerizing to witness her transformation from meek mouse to powerful lioness. Reyna roars with even more strength that is admirable. A warrior queen and sheer commanding force who’s unstoppable. Together, Reyna and Becks are fated soul mates with a connection felt so deep that it’s as if they were created for each other.

”In war, there are no rules.”

If words were bombs, then this story was war. An epic war of vampires, humans, heart, and soul—so tenacious, tender, and thrilling—that annihilates all the emotions. Daring. Dangerous. Delectable. A roller coaster with ups and downs, twists and turns, and toe-curling moments. A brilliant book and series with a BOLD BEATING HEART. A written gem—garnet of course. Pure genius. PURE PULSE-POUNDING PERFECTION.

”I’d die a thousand deaths for her.”

These Blood Type books were my UNDOING—one of the most epic paranormal series ever! Blood Cure and the entire Blood Type series hooked its claws or fangs into me so hard that I never wanted to be released. I never wanted to let this sensational story and series go. So sensual. So smart. So swoony. So spine-tingling. So superior. So bloody EPIC and so EVERYTHING. The perfect match. MY PERFECT MATCH. I’m bleeding for more.

”We are connected by more than our blood. We are united through our souls.”

A TOP 2018 & LIFETIME SERIES!!!

💋💋💋💋💋💋 beautiful and brilliant bloody kisses

A good end to a very interesting and imaginative series. It did seem to drag at times, but I was on my seat towards the end! Overall I loved the plotline and the characters.

“They would weather this as they had done everything else… Together.”

I cannot believe this is the end to a wonderfully written story! K.A. Linde has completely outdone herself with her new paranormal romance trilogy and it didn’t disappoint at all. As mentioned before Blood Cure is the final installment in the Blood Type Trilogy. It follows the journey of Reyna Carpenter (a human) and Beckham Anderson (a vampire) as they go through all sort of obstacles to be together.

Without spoiling too much, lets go back to the beginning. In Blood Type we were introduced to a modern world where vampires co-exist with humans and Visage (a vamp corporation) is ready to create blood matches based on blood types that would benefit the vampire and the human. After discovering that Reyna has been matched with non other than the VP of Visage things start to get complicated. Then in Blood Match we discover that Reyna’s blood is a lot more precious than everything thinks and she gets targeted by the leader of Visage and hunted for it. That is until she finds out about Elle, a rebellion group that wants to end Visage once and for all. But their plan may not have ended the way they planned and she finds herself at risk in the end.

After the shocking cliffhanger in the second book, Blood Cure starts right where we left off and we are back to the last scene. Reyna sees what happens with Beckham and it devastates her. She doesn’t know what do without him and that’s when she starts to realize that their cause is bigger than her and she has to fight back no matter what. We get to see Reyna grow stronger and she starts to trust in herself enough to become a good leader. There are all sort of twists and turns that you will not see coming and that’s what made the story a true success. The romance was hotter than ever and totally swoon worthy! I liked the fact that we were introduced to new characters and got to see what happened to the previous characters as well. Beckham’s character developed as well and we get to see the man behind the vampire and get to see how emotional he can be. I really liked seeing him more relaxed around Reyna and with a cute sense of humor. The ending had me at the edge of my seat and it was everything and more. I was not expecting it and for that I would highly recommend reading the entire trilogy. You will not regret it!

The final installment and a great conclusion of this exciting and unique series. This is NOT a standalone.
Wow!
The characters continue to develop as they fight for their justice.
There’s a little bit of everything in this unique, intense and edgy read!
If you’re not a fan of paranormal reads you will be after reading this series!

Every once in a while a trilogy or series will come along that knocks me right off my feet. K.A. Linde’s Blood Type trilogy was one of those reads. I’ve always enjoyed a bit of paranormal romance, but was burned out on them by the late 2000s. After the Twilight hype hit, the book world was saturated with vampire and werewolf stories, and eventually every story just sounded the same to me. So I took a break for a really long time. But after reading the synopsis for Blood Type, I decided to give it a try. Worst case scenario, I just wouldn’t continue with the series if I didn’t like it. Fortunately for me, I loved the first book and couldn’t wait to get my hands on books two and three. I was desperate to learn more about this world, and more about these characters and this thrilling conclusion did not disappoint.

Like Charli said above, Blood Cure takes off right where book two ended, and we’re immediately thrust into the action and intrigue of the world of Visage. The pacing of this book was excellent and never once did I feel let down or bored. Every turn of the page was a new revelation, and I was blown away by the twists and turns that I never saw coming. This, by far, is Linde at her best and you could feel the love she has for this story and the characters in every single word she wrote. It’s a true gift of a writer when they can take the characters that live in their mind and make them see so incredibly real that the reader cannot distinguish the story from reality.

This series is the perfect blend of action, dystopian world building and romance. This is the second trilogy I’ve read this year that was written in this type of manner and both blew me away with their messages and story telling. If you’ve walked away from paranormal romance, or don’t think this book will be your speed, stop all those thoughts and pick up book one Blood Match. If you love romance, you will love this book, and I can guarantee that you will fall in love with these characters. This trilogy has cemented K.A. Linde as one of my favorite authors in the romance world, and I’ll continue to read anything she writes because gems like these should not be missed!

Blood Cure is the third and final novel in K.A. Linde’s Blood Type series.

This series completely captivated me. The story follows twenty-one-year-old Reyna Carpenter. Blood Cure picks up where the second novel ended. Reyna believes that Beckham is dead and is going to honor his memory by leading Elle in hopes of bringing down Visage.

Shockingly Beckham is ALIVE!!! There are plot twists, losses, and shocking discoveries. I was completely captivated by this world and I am sad that it has come to an end. It is a beautiful end to a wonderful trilogy.

This review is going to be SO hard! Blood Match left us off with a huge cliffhanger and too much information on Blood Cure could ruin it for you. I will try to be as broad as I can without letting any spoilers out of the bag.

Reyna suffered a horrible loss in Blood Match. The kind that would break anyone’s spirit. But the rebellion has been scattered and Elle desperately needs a leader. Using her grief and anger, Reyna takes charge of the cause and pulls everyone back to the main goal of the rebellion. I knew she had that capability after Blood Match, and it was good to see her pick up that torch and lead.

As their small group works toward their end goal, Elle hits roadblock after roadblock. The story is full of excitement and danger that keeps you flipping pages wondering who is going to survive. Because not everyone does. Awful things happen, K.A. Linde is not afraid to make her characters suffer. Each battle brings new problems and just when it seems like Elle is not going to survive they pull themselves out.

Special powers and discoveries start to give Elle hope and they continue to press on. Reyna makes a very good leader and is willing to make sacrifices of herself in the name of the rebellion. She has been hit so hard and so personally that her anger and need for revenge keep her pushing forward.

Again, I can’t give too much away, but I was right on a few of my ideas concerning how Blood Cure was going to go down. I was thrilled and it kept Reyna’s uncertainty and weakness alive throughout the book.

Blood Cure kept me in constant state of adrenaline, totally focused on the rebellion and especially Reyna and her discoveries. I was happy with the end of the cliffhanger, as well as the ending of the story. I was angry that Blood Match ended on a cliffhanger, but I felt like Blood Cure really smoothed that all out and I totally forgot about my annoyance. Blood Cure was exciting with no holds barred. You did not know what was going to happen next to the characters. This was a great series that got better with each book. K.A. Linde did a wonderful job with this series!

What a great paranormal series and what an amazing conclusion! I absolutely loved the way everything was wrapped up. So many feels and so original. I loved everything about this story. I am sad to see it end, but I really enjoyed the journey. I can't wait to see what K.A. Linde writes next.

This book starts at a 160 mph and doesn’t let down speed or suspense all through the story. You feel like sitting on the border of your chair biting your nails waiting for what will happen next.

After the dramatic end of Blood Match, the Elle rebellion is in shreds and Beckham had his neck broken by Harrington. Reyna, distraught and devastated, is taken away to hide until they recoup.

With the explosion that destroyed the Elle headquarters, and with Beckham gone, Reyna emerges as the new leader of the rebellion. She wants vengeance and she wants equality for humans. She reunites the few friends left and is in search of others in scattered safe houses around the city. Then, since this is a romance and our dear author is not going to leave us without an HEA, Beckham appears again, like a ghost, surprisingly and very weak.

Reyna and Beckham now lead the rebellion, she for the humans, he for the vampires. Reyna is a new woman now. Gone is the innocent and frail young woman, she is now a warrior, ferocious and intent on finding justice for what was done to her, to Beckham and her family. As Beckham told her: “you are now the heart of Elle”.

The mind connection between Reyna and Beckham, product of their blood match, allows them to connect, open their minds and their hearts, and perceive the other’s presence and situation. They are more in love than ever, more dedicated to the cause to allow them a future together. They have allies and enemies, and they still have to contend with Harrison and his nefarious plans on using humans as food for his vampire army.

The action in this story is non-stop, with several plot-twists and mind turning events. It’s compelling and addictive, to the point that I carried my Kindle everywhere to keep on reading non-stop, even the gym. And the love story is everything you would want in a strong and dynamic couple such as Reyna and Beckham.
