From the story of Angulimala to other Buddhist stories, this book has detailed explanations on how one can achieve peace and enlightenment ( a continuous process) in life. Reading the book gave me insights on how to lead a better life by making small changes. The book is inclined towards Buddhism and its teachings - mindfulness, meditation to name a few. I really enjoyed reading the book.

If you are looking to take control of your life and stop being a slave to your mind, this is a must read. Laws of Enlightenment based on Buddhist principles and logical thinking. The author using the Laws of Enlightenment gives great guidance for daily life and business. I found myself implementing this books teachings into my life before I even finished reading it.

This book gave great advice on becoming more aware of the beauty of one's surroundings. I am easily stressed and dwell on little things, but this book made me realize how pointless that is. By no means has this book totally changed my thinking, but it has helped me become more focused on the present.
