Tasty-looking doughnut recipes of all types, from the classic to the out-there. I like that it included recipes for other doughnut-like pastries, such as sopapillas, as well as different glazes, icings and fillings. It seems a little daunting, due to so many steps and specifics, but I'm looking forward to trying a few!

This book was so delightful and full of wonderful ideas that make me want to stop what I’m doing and make dozens of doughnuts.

The tips are fabulous and the pictures make you drool!

You can't go wrong with doughnuts! :c)

My family loves doughnuts and we are lucky enough to live near a great, if not inventive doughnut shop. With this wonderful cookbook I now have no excuses for avoiding making my own.

The recipes, each one with a picture, are mouth-watering. But that's not what makes the book great. The first section has basic recipes for both raised and yeast doughnuts. These include both gluten-free and vegan doughs. A variety of international doughnuts rounds out this section.

The second section has the flavors, many fantastic ideas. These can use the dough of your choice from the first section to make great treats from basic old-fashioned rings to Margarita doughnuts.

I'm ready to start making some now!

This book left me drooling! It's chock full of old favorites, fresh ideas, and beautiful photos. Some recipes are easier than others, some require a little bit more work.
