This is my first read in the Fluke My Life series. Yes, I am starting at book 3 and I had zero problems. Each book is a standalone in the series. Characters crossover but it is very easy to follow.
Libby, is absolutely adorable. I instantly liked her. Her crush on Antonio, has been going on for years. Libby, has made a name for herself in a profession that she is not passionate about any longer. She is longing for a change and to do something that makes her truly happy, enter Antonio's family’s restaurant. Although he is a firefighter, he is running the place since his father has recently suffered a heart attack. Antonio, has a chip on his solders when it comes to the Pizzeria. His father sacrificed everything, even family to make the business a success. Where Libby loves the place, to Antonio, he can not get out of there fast enough.
Libby, starts helping out in the pizzeria much to Antonio's disliking, but Libby, simply does not care. This is her calling and she will not let anyone, even the man she has loved in secret for years stop her.

They story is very well written and the flow is nice and easy. It has the hilarity we would expect form Aurora, with just enough drama to make you keep turning the pages.
This is a feel good story that I believe brings this series to a conclusion. I highly recommend this if you are looking to get your HEA fix.

I like ARR and like this series (although I didn't realize I'd read #1 and #2 before until I started on #3). I wasn't a fan of this story and it was all because of the H. Usually its a h that I find annoying but in this case it was all the H. To be blunt, he was just an ASS for about 85% of the story. Antonio is a hot fireman (usually that's enough) who had $ issues because of his previous girlfriend and took them out on Libby because she liked to dress nice, talk about expensive purses with her sisters.... you know be a young woman. He wanted her but she wanted material things (he bases all of this on overhearing a conversation and watching her appearance through the years - she works in a high end salon!). Because she's a material girl he treats her like cr@p for years and Libby continues to crush on him and everybody knows its. She helps his family out at their pizzeria when his dad has a heart attack because she's "that materialistic". He finally sees the light when she goes on a blind date and realizes she's "cute" and has to have her.

She plans to buy his parents pizzeria that he wants nothing to do with because he resents it. Every time she tries to bring it up he shuts her down and says "I don't want to talk about it, I hate it". So when he finds out she plans to buy it he gets mad because she didn't tell him and tells her he's over her and it. Are you freaking kidding?!?!? He was a jerk and I really wish she had kicked him to the curb and moved on. She deserved better.

Spoiler Alert:
Tossed into Love is the third book in the Fluke my Life series surrounded by the Reed Sisters. This one is following sister Libby and her long time crush Antonio which she insists he hates her but has no idea why. He is such a Jerk to Libby, and I had it out for him and thought why the heck would anyone act this way toward another and have no real reason. Her feelings start to come out more as she is having to start working closely together after his family’s pizza restaurant is forced to sell and she takes over. Antonio’s reasoning of disliking Libby is that she is basically high maintenance and only likes designer wear and his past horrible experience with his ex girlfriend being more mercenary than he realized and comparing them both as one in the same. As the story progresses, they both learn more about each other and learn to live with one another…. as the caption of the story says, “opposites can be compatible.” I have to say honestly I am in the middle of this one. I liked it enough to keep reading and to find out what happens between Antonio and Libby however the overuse of the word “cute” was a little distracting and annoying. I do recommend reading this one, it can be read as standalone romance title.

3 Stars. - Read it!

I was given an ARC by the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

This was sweet, sexy and soooo much better than book 1, Running Into Love (the only other book I’ve read from this series.) Glad I didn’t knock this one before trying it.

Libby has had a crush on Antonio for years (2+ I think) but Antonio – for reasons unknown to the h – has always ignored her and goes out of his way to antagonize her. When his father, who is like a second father to Libby, falls ill and his pizzeria is in jeopardy, Libby doesn’t hesitate to pitch in and help out, even if it means putting up with a grumpy Antonio.

Antonio has always been attracted to Libby but of course he’s been burned before by a materialistic woman looking for higher social standing. He takes a snippet of conversation he overheard as iron proof that Libby is cut from the same cloth and from that day forward has pushed her away. Being around Libby day in and day at the restaurant, finally shows Antonio that his initial assumptions about Libby were way off the mark.

There is still an over use of the word babe and baby and Libby’s mom is still crazy - and not in a good way!- but not as over the top as in book #1. The chemistry between Antonio and Libby is also a lot hotter and more intense then the couple in book 1, imo. I loved the special attention Antonio put into their dates and the sexual tension that built between them before they went all the way. It was hard to hate Antonio after seeing him literally be the white knight to her princess.

The drama did feel drawn out and was a bit clichéd so you already knew where it was leading and made the big reveal a bit antI-climatic. Luckily the fallout and making up follows pretty fast. Being that I’m a sucker for HEA and epilogues and babies, I’m just gonna say that the ending to this was freakin adorable and I loved it so I'm adding a .5 star for that alone :)

Tossed into Love is the third book in the Fluke My Life Series based around the Reed sisters.
This book focuses on Libby and her long time crush Antonio. When Antonio’s father (owner of a pizzeria) who Libby is very close to has a heart attack, Libby steps in to offer her help in the Pizzeria alongside Antonio. She a very skilled pizza maker and hard worker doesn’t know what’s in store for her when she finds her “Prince”.

Libby Reed has been crushing on Antonio Moretti for years. She refuses to continue. He’s made it very clear that he doesn’t like her, but she can’t help lusting over him. However, it’s hard to keep a lid on her feelings when she’s having to work in close proximity with him in his family’s restaurant. Especially when he starts acting strangely…nice. Antonio doesn’t like women like Libby. No matter how much he fantasises about her, he knows they just want one thing; money. However, as they work together closely in the restaurant he realises he’s made a massive misjudgement and the woman who he thought was nothing that he ever wanted, is exactly the woman he’s always needed.

Sometimes all you need to make yourself feel better is a dose of Aurora Rose Reynolds. Put down the painkillers and pick up one of her romances. Tossed into Love was exactly what I needed after having a Very Bad Day (yes it deserves capitalisation) it was a feel-good read that soothed my bad mood and was a much needed pick me up.

What is it that soothed me so much about this book? As someone who has read a lot of Aurora Rose Reynolds I knew exactly what to expect; an alpha hero who never quite crosses the line into alpha A-hole and a feisty heroine. And, that is exactly what I got. The romance between them, although predictable it didn’t make it any less enjoyable.

This was a fun read and I look forward to seeing if Reynolds brings out more as part of this series now all the Reed sisters are shacked up. I certainly hope so, there’a few stray characters that deserve a HEA! If you are after a quick read that’s choc full of sweet and sexy than look no further!

This is the third book in the series called Fluke My Life by Aurora Rose Reynolds. I have not read the first two books in this series and can honestly say, I did not feel like I missed anything. This is a good standalone romance about Libby, the youngest of three sisters, all from Brooklyn and living in the city. She is a makeup stylist at a posh salon in Manhattan, but her heart is with the pizzeria near her apt. I believe her sister may have worked there. It starts out with hearing that Tony, the owner of the pizzeria has had a heart attack. Libby goes to the shop and offers to work there part time as she had worked at one before and always liked the work. Tony’s son, Antonio, can’t believe she willingly wants to work there. He is a firefighter, does not like the pizzeria, and always seems to have negative feelings towards Libby, or at least that is what she thinks. This is the beginning of a good romance book and could easily be made into a romance movie. Enjoyable, as Ms. Reynolds makes her characters very believable. Good secondary characters, this is a fun book to read.

This book is by one of my favourite authors. I’ve loved every book she has written so far & Tossed into Love was no exception. Libby is the youngest of the Reed sisters and has had a major crush on Antonio, fire fighter & only son of Tony and Martina Moretti, owners of the local pizzeria, pretty much since she first set eyes on him. Trouble is Antonio has been burned before when his ex-girlfriend turned out to be more mercenary than he realised. He did however feel the same instant attraction that Libby did but after overhearing a conversation she was having with her sisters about designer handbags & looking at how she was dressed just as he was about to approach her, he decided that she was no better than his ex. Obviously in his eyes a woman is incapable of buying nice things for herself so she must be stringing some poor man along for everything she can get out of him. Because of this, he’s a bit of a pig to Libby whenever their paths cross. Things are brought to a head when his father has a heart attack and, against his will, Antonio has to take over the family business. They’re still short staffed even with him there so Libby offers to help out to stop his parents from worrying. He starts off by being rude and obnoxious to her at every turn, almost as if he wants to drive her away, but at the same time can’t help but be protective of Libby by walking her home after her shift ends. Gradually, as he gets to know Libby, he comes to appreciate her for the caring person she is beneath her glamorous veneer.

I liked that Libby didn’t just rollover & forgive Antonio when he changed his opinion of her. She made him work for it although, early on in the book, she does give her reasons for not liking rom-coms and then has her life play out as though she was the heroine in one. It wouldn’t be an Aurora Rose Reynolds book if there wasn’t a happy ending and this book delivers that along with her customary fantastic epilogue which I’d quite happily buy this book for alone.

3.25 stars. This book was only okay for me. Tossed into Love is the third book in the Fluke my Life series. It is Libby and Antonio's book. Libby is the third sister in the family, with the other two of her sisters finding love in previous books in the series. She is a makeup artist and fashion lover. She has been friends with Antonio's family for years and has had a crush on him, but he has never shown interest. When his father has a stroke and is unable to run the family pizza parlor, Libby volunteers to help out and keep the business afloat. She works with Antonio and they fall for each other.

This was a quick and easy read. I just felt like it was a very familiar story, like parts of the first two books had been rehashed to create a romance for Libby. I even double checked to make sure I hadn't already read this book. But no. It wasn't a bad book. I was entertained; it just wasn't anything special. I didn't feel a lot of the emotion that I expected to feel or fully connect with the characters. Still, I did enjoy the quick, enjoyable story for what it was.

While this wasn't my favorite of the series, I still thinks it's worth a read, as are the others in the series. I look forward to more from Ms. Reynolds in the future.

I got lost in this childhood enemies-to-lovers romance!
This book hit the spot as I enjoyed indulging in my guilty pleasure: a childhood friends-to-enemies-to-lovers story.

Libby Reed has had a crush on Antonio Moretti for-ev-er. But ever since they’ve met he has been nothing short of a jerk to her (to put it mildly). Nevertheless, Libby stays close as she gains a soft spot for Antonio’s parents, who also are the owners of a beloved pizzeria she practically grew up in. When a sudden illness strikes Antonio’s dad, Libby volunteers to help out despite having to work alongside the jack-ass, Antonio.

What Libby doesn’t know is why Antonio has been so mean to her over the years. We find a bit more when the story makes a few switches to his POV. I get where he’s coming from, but I was still a bit resentful of how quick he was to judge, and how his own actions really were the root of why their relationship never progressed before. Thus when Antonio started to see the light and realized his assumptions were completely wrong about Libby he turns a new leaf —aka let the wooing sweetness begin! There was definitely attraction and chemistry between these two. And I will admit, I was wined and dined and falling hard for Antonio’s wooing sweetness.

This was such a fun read to get lost in. I felt like I was in the middle of a rom-com TV show with all the quirky yet endearing secondary characters that surrounded Libby. The angsty build up as Libby’s feelings transformed from hate, to mild dislike, to crush, to super-crush, to lust, and finally to full-blown Love, was quite a spectacle to read! Her internal dialogue asides added a fun and super sarcastic side to her personality and it made a very good contrast to the ever-brooding Antonio. And when the sh!t finally hit the fan... buckle up. Alpha-Antonio comes out to play. 😉

“That’s none of your business.” I toss the sponge in my hand at him, and it lands against his chest with a wet thud before falling to the floor. His eyes go to where it landed, then slowly lift to meet mine. They darken. Backing up, I look around for a way to escape.
Crap. “There’s nowhere to run,” he says.”

I’ve only read (listened) one other book by this author earlier this year. The author definitely has a knack for telling an addicting story that has the happy feels.

4 STARS!

Libby has had a crush on Antonio for years but he’s shown her nothing but how much of a jerk he can be. She loves his parents as well as the pizzeria they run and when his father’s health takes a turn, she steps in to help where she can. Unfortunately, it puts her in direct line of Antonio’s scowly, grouchy ways and his even jerkier behavior.

Antonio resents the restaurant that consumed his and his parents’ lives, slowly draining his father’s health. However, as he is forced to pick up the slack until it can be sold, he finds himself realizing that the girl he thought was self-indulgent and high maintenance is anything but. Working side by side with her he learns that Libby is sweet and gentle, price conscious and loyal. Everything he had assumed she was not. Now, his biggest task is not keeping the pizzeria running as he works a full time job, but convincing Libby to forgive him for his previous behaviors and earning her smiles for himself.

This was such a great sit-back-and-relax romance. With an awesome alpha hero and a truly sweet and generous heroine, I couldn’t have been happier with this book. It checks all my boxes for a comfort read and I loved every moment of it. Even when Antonio acted like a jerk.

The final conflict between these two might aggravate some readers but I enjoyed it because I enjoyed watching this couple come together. I loved how Antonio’s eyes were opened to the true Libby once he gave her a chance as well as Libby’s struggle to trust that what was taking place between them was real.

This was a fast paced, easy to read, low angst story with a bit of an enemies to lovers feel to it. The secondary characters were perfect and I loved Ms. Ina even more than I had in the previous books. She was such a firecracker. The heat level came on slowly and didn’t strike until well after the 50% mark but once Antonio and Libby yielded to their desires the pages erupted with flames. And to top all the goodness that is this story, it has one heck of an epilogue that expands years into the future. That my friends is how to end a comfort read!

I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book provided by NetGalley and Montlake Romance. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Tossed Into Love was a sweet, sexy and face paced read that I enjoyed over the weekend. I think Libby and Antonio’s story may very well be my favorite out of all of the series. When I was finished with Tossed Into Love, not only was I craving pizza, I was also smiling and swooning some as well.

Libby and Antonio have chemistry that is off the charts but Antonio and Libby don’t get along, he can be a massive jerk to Libby who couldn’t really have a crush on him, could she? Well she does and it hurts her every time he is a jerk to her. Libby is sweet, funny and passionate about the things she loves. Antonio thinks that all Libby cares about is fashion and makeup and expensive things, he doesn’t take the time to look below the surface to see the real Libby. While Libby is helping Antonio’s parents out in their pizzeria, his views about Libby begin to change. I really loved these two together and how Antonio was an alpha male once his eyes opened about Libby.

Aurora Rose Reynolds is an author I never hesitate to read, she has the ability to make me fall in love with her characters very quickly. Her books are full of romance, sexiness and some of the best I have ever read. Put Tossed Into Love at the top of your TBR lists, I think you will love Libby and Antonio as much as I did.

The Fluke My Life series, revolves around three sisters finding love. In Tossed Into Love we get Libby and Antonio's story. For anyone familiar with the previous books, both these characters will be familiar to you, and the storyline does run concurrent to the previous title to some extend. I would recommend reading the other books prior to reading this title as is does contain spoilers.

The heroine Libby is incredibly endearing and likeable, she's hardworking, smart, mature, sweet, compassionate and very loyal to her friends and family.

I usually adore Aurora Rose Reynolds over the top alpha males, but Antonio came across more as an ass. He ight be sexy, but it doesn't make up for the fact that he has a tendency to be judgemental, sarcastic and rude.

Overall Tossed Into Love is a fast paced sweet, steamy and fun read. The Reed family is quirky, fun and veer a little on the crazy side. They love to butt into each other's business, but with the best of intentions.

I enjoyed the banter that is fun, flirtatious and argumentative. The bickering just adds to the sexual tension and chemistry between this pair.

I loved that we saw more of the other Reed sisters, and adored the epilogue.

Tossed Into Love by ARR is another great read from this series. It’s now time for the youngest sister Libby to get her story.

This story is a love/hate romance that centres around Libby and Antonio. In this Libby has a crush on Antonio whose parents own the local Pizzeria that Libby frequents. Antonio however seems to have a strong dislike towards Libby and at first we aren’t exactly sure why other then he seems to have a serious chip on his shoulder. At times I literally wanted to jump into this book and smack him a bit.

Even still I was excited to see what would happen with these two. I loved Libby, she was down to earth, hard working and honestly she’s a woman I could definitely see myself being friends with.

These two definitely have their moments. Heated arguments, some definitely sexual tension and eventually this lead to something pretty special and it’s hard to deny. It definitely shows that sometimes what you see on the surface isn’t really what you think.

This was a good read and I loved the storyline, the chemistry and even the tension between the two I loved. All the ups and downs that may come with a relationship is what you get with this one. Definitely recommend if you are looking for some light reading with just enough drama and emotion.

Was I sad to see this series end yes I was but Aurora Rose Reynolds ended this series with for me the best book in the series, I read this book in one sitting I needed to know why Antonio was the man I loved to hate I needed to know what made him tick and I got everything I could ever hope for and more in Tossed Into Love.
Libby Reed has lusted after Antonio for as long as she could remember but now it’s time to move on but fate has a way of throwing this couple together and just when you think they have it worked out this author throws us another twist and we are right back where we started with Libby nursing her broken heart. Can the man who has built a wall around his heart finally open up to love and realise it can be a wonderful experience if you are with the right woman......
This book is about a couple who may be opposite but that doesn’t make them any less combustible when it comes to enemies becoming hot lovers. This is a love story that will leave you feeling all kind of warm and fuzzy inside it has a hot firefighter and a loveable heroine it has family loyalty and a whole lot of other characters you can’t help falling for. I loved it and I’m looking forward to more from this author who always manages to give me everything I want in a great love story.

The Fluke My Life series by Aurora Rose Reynold is just adorable. Each story has been the perfect mix of sweet, cute, funny and sexy. Following the Reed sisters on their path to love has been an absolute treat and Libby’s road to a happy ending is my favorite.

Libby Reed is a girly girl. She loves fashion, makeup and strives to look her best every day no matter what she has gong on. But by no means is it indicative of her being high maintenance. She’s as down to earth and grounded as a Tom boy. She’s not afraid of getting her hands dirty from hard work and she’s always volunteering to help her friends. She’s sweet and well rounded and has lined over Antonio Moretti for years. Unfortunately, all that time he’s been a complete jerk to her.

Antonio is a firefighter and being a firefighter is what he LOVES doing. He has never had aspirations of taking over the family business and hold nothing but resentment for the place and the bad memories he holds close. But for Libby, the pizzeria is her happy place and the only time she feels content.

While Libby steps in to help the Moretti family, the close proximity leads Libby to face her deep crush and has Antonio seeing Libby in a new light. He finally opens himself up to see the real girl behind the glamorous appearance. What they find is an incredible friendship and deep rooted love. They have so much in common it’s clear to anyone who knows them both how perfect they are for each other.

This truly was an adorable book. Not too emotional, but enough to melt my heart. Plenty of moments that made me giggle and even the perfect degree of heat to steam up the pages. This author’s niche of alpha male romances continues with her male lead. The protectiveness in Antonio was swoon-worthy, in my opinion. I love her ability to deliver a strong male and even stronger female character. A wonderful read!

A short, easy enemies-to-lovers romance that is sweet and sexy, this is the third book in the Fluke My Love series, bringing us the story of Libby Reed – the youngest of three sisters that have featured so far in this series.

Libby is smart and hard-working, but her personal life is a bit of a mess. She has watched her two older sisters find love, and she wants that for herself. But sadly, she is completely hung upon on rude and arrogant firefighter, Antonio, who seems to hate her. But when the two of them pitch in to help run Antonio’s parents’ pizzeria, they end up working side by side and suddenly everything begins to change.

Yeah, I was wrong about her. Now I need to prove to her that I’m not the jerk I’ve shown myself to be more than once. I have my work cut out for me.

Initially, Antonio is a real jerk. His reason for disliking Libby all this time is weak, and he really has been a ass to her. But I could feel the chemistry between them, and I loved the shift that happened when Antonio set his sights on winning his girl.

“This is going to work,” he states, looking into my eyes. “I know with the way I treated you in the past I don’t deserve anything from you, but I need you to know that I’m all in. This is what I want. You are what I want.

It’s sweet and heartfelt, and Antonio is like a new man as he dives headfirst into a relationship with Libby, and watching it all happen for them was just gorgeous (and steamy, of course!).

There is some conflict – which was both annoying and completely avoidable, and I had to roll my eyes as I could see it all building up to the inevitable. But thankfully it’s short-lived with good resolution and multiple epilogues to show us Libby and Antonio’s HEA.

Libby and Antonio’s family are a fun addition to the story, all rooting for something to happen between them, and we get to see a bit more of the couples from the previous books which was great. And is it too much to ask for a book for Walter? Because damn, what a sweetheart!

This is a really quick read, which means the story is pretty fast moving, but it’s enjoyable with good chemistry and it’s a really easy read.

“Whether you run into it, stumble into it, or get tossed into it, love has a way of finding you.”

3 stars.

Never in my life has a book affected like this one. Amazing, passionate, smokin hot scenes, friendship and love. This is a book for eveyone. Read this book. Page after page I was hooked. Will definitely be reading more by this author.

Libby Reed has finally given up on Antonio Moretti. Although Libby has crushed on Antonio for years, he just doesn’t seem to reciprocate. When Libby steps in to help out his family’s restaurant during a time of need, Antonio’s hurtful spite ramps up to epic proportions. However, working together has made Antonio realize that there might be more to Libby than just long legs and a pretty face.

This is the third book in the Fluke of my Life series. I’ve read all three and I always love Aurora Rose Reynolds’ books. They are always the types of books you anxiously wait for and when released, you pick them up immediately and sit to read in one long glorious session regardless of what is going on around you. That being said, this was eek, I can’t say it but I have to, gah….…..not ……..my….….favorite.

Ugh, I have to say bad things now and I don’t want to. The previous two books had so much build up to Libby and Antonio’s pending relationship that I felt let down. Especially since most of the couple’s issues could have been fixed if they simply sat down and communicated with each other. The whole not-talking thing just amounted to extra unintended drama and made me feel like I was reading something very juvenile.

Yay, now that that’s over, it time for the good things to say. Aurora Rose Reynolds can’t write bad books. I always impatiently wait for the next release. I still sat and read Tossed into Love in a single sitting. If princess pizza ever becomes a thing, I’ll be there.
