This was a fantastic read! I found it very motivating in my quest to eat happier and healthier.

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for giving me a free digital copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

This looks like it might be a nice cookbook; however, the nine-page sampler provided is not enough to judge. The table of contents sounds good and the three recipes shown look good, but I can't really provide a fair opinion based on this.

Thanks to RedDoor Publishing through Netgalley for providing this sample.

The preview I received had several yummy recipes; I wish that I could view the whole book. My favorite (of the ones that I saw) was the marinated salmon.

Generally, the book looks okay. I got access to one chapter only. I wished to have access to the full book to get a deeper review.

Very good and useful cook book.
Some refreshing meals. I like to cook and enjoy it without staying hours in the kitchen.
You see in this book meals for every month, so you can use vegetables from your market.

Cookbooks are not just reference materials. They should be readable and enjoyable as stand alone publications. And include enough new recipes, or new takes on old favorites to tempt experienced cooks into trying something new. This book has all those qualities and some very excellent photos of that set off every competitive cook's senses. Read this enjoyable book that also happens to be a cookbook!

This book was extremely short, it only had about 10 pages. The author discusses her late husband’s dementia and how she cared for him. She then discusses her garden allotment in Sussex, England, where she grows enough food to sustain herself. There are recipes for an asparagus vegetable bake, which uses creme fraiche, eggs, cheese, asparagus and artichokes, which is easy to prepare in the oven. There was also a grilled salmon recipe which is marinated in olive oil, zest and paprika, alongside broad beans, peas and chorizo which looked delicious. Finally there was a simple strawberry, panacotta with milk, cream, gelatine, caster sugar and vanilla that was easy to prepare and delicious!
Enjoy!

I received a short 7 page preview of this book and I think the finished copy will be inspiring. I would definitely recommend it if you love great food and have a passion for gardening. Bryony Hill demonstrates an appreciation for good quality local produce and creating beautiful meals. I love the pop of color on each page and the fresh close to nature presentations of the dishes. I truly believe that "Grow Happy, Cook Happy, Be Happy" is an inspiring cookbook which many readers will enjoy.

I want to thank NetGalley and the Publisher for a free sample copy of this cookbook to read and recommend.

My mouth was salivating as I paged through the truly beautiful photographs in Bryony Hill’s delicious cookery book, Grow Happy, Cook Happy, Be Happy. I am not a cook but the author’s warm, encouraging style and easy-to-follow recipes make me want to be! Especially intrigued by the artichoke and asparagus vegetable bake, to be served warm with a green salad, followed by the luscious Prosecco panacotta for dessert. Yummers!

Thanks to the author, publisher and NetGalley for the review copy.

I really liked this sample. I like the way it was put together and the sample of recipes. I have never cooked salmon on a BBQ. I will definitely be trying it now. I will definitely be looking out for this book. I know several people including myself who would really enjoy it.

Thank you to Netgalley for my copy.

The recipes look delicious and are easy to follow, but based on the concept, I was expecting more of a personal touch. Nonethless, a perfect choice for friends with a green thumb!

This was a sampler of this recipe book.
I was unable to fully judge the book based on the three recipes that were in this sampler.

I received an ARC from NetGalley for an honest review.

Unfortunately there was only like a 9 pages to really review and those pages did not seem to hold much for me. The recipes it included did not look enticing and there was no details on actually growing the food. I'm not sure what the rest of the book holds but the part I received was a huge letdown.

I read this sampler and thought I would be delighted to read the entire book as it seems to be fantastic.
Many thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for this ARC

Although this is based on a sample that i received via Netgalley, there was enough in this book for me to say that it's a book that i would be interested in reading. I grow fruit and veg in my garden and could do with experimenting more by trying different recipes. Wonderful photographs. From the small amount of recipes in this sample book, it was the Strawberries with Panacotta that had my mouth watering.

My thanks to Netgalley and the Publishers for my copy. This is my honest review.
