This is the kind of book I would buy as part of a wedding gift for a young couple. A perfect honeymoon read or a sweet reminder for those of us married for a while of what young, beautiful love looks like.

I had a lot of problems with this book, but first, a couple of disclaimers:

1. When I got this from NetGalley, I had barely recognised Cole and Sav but I vaguely knew who they were. I was interested in their story and thought I may as well check this out. However, I did not know they were so religious and probably wouldn't have bothered reading this if I had known.
2. I am an atheist, I was raised by atheist parents, who were also raised by atheist parents. I completely respect people who are religious and I completely respect their views as long as they don't harm anyone.

So, my first problem was how dull this was. I mean, I didn't know anything about their love story other than that they were married but even I was bored. I can't imagine how boring this would have been for long-time fans of their videos who already knew the story. The writing wasn't great. I understand that they aren't writers, but they are intelligent people and this did not come across in the way either of them wrote. My final problem was the way Cole continually referred to certain things. He inferred that Savannah was dirty because she wasn't a virgin when they met, he point-blank stated that God's idea of marriage is just between a man and a woman, and he was so overdramatic when Savannah revealed that she had slept with not only her high school bf, and Ev's dad but also another dude. He came across as very judgemental which I hated. I personally didn't think they're love story was cute, I thought it was rushed and weird, but, as I said, I don't watch their videos so I don't know what they're like in those.

This was a really cute, fun, easy to read autobiography! I have watched several of Cole and Sav's YouTube vlogs and it was really neat to be able to hear their full story of how they met and ended up married.

I appreciate how both Cole and Sav clearly and passionately share their stories of how they became Christians, and boldly share their testimony of the blessings and rewards of sexual purity in particular. It takes courage to stand up for the values Cole and Sav have and they have done a wonderful job of sharing what they believe, without fear of what other people will think of them. I also appreciated Sav's brave heart in sharing the ways she has learned from her mistakes in the past, beautifully displaying the wonderful gift of God's mercy, grace and unconditional love for all people, from all walks of life, and with any background.

I enjoyed that this book reads like a fictional love story, but is actually a true life love story! It was hard to put down and get back to my "real life" sometimes! I also liked how they tell their story together, switching perspectives throughout the book so that you get to see both sides of the story.

I think it would have been a good idea to include resources and links at the end for finding out more information about how to become a Christian or further investigation into Christianity.

I could not get through this. As entertained as I am by their youtube channel (in small doses), reading about their lives is too boring. I quickly became uninterested.

I know Cole and Savannah through their YouTube channel, and I had also heard a bit about their story, so I wanted to read their book. Overall, it was okay/bordering on interesting. I think for someone who doesn't know/have never heard of Cole and Savannah it wouldn't be interesting? In fact... it'd probably be really boring. The reason for that? This book is basically a journal of part of Cole and Savannah's lives, so the writing style is simple and the dialogue isn't very intriguing, which is why I took off 3 1/4 stars.

There’s not many YouTubers that I consistently follow due to time management, but this sweet couple is one of them! They put out family-oriented videos a couple of times a week, and in this book, they give more details about how the met and their stories.

I first heard of Cole LaBrant when watching he and his mom on The Amazing Race a couple of years ago when they had a season of just YouTuber and social media influencers racing. I didn’t look him up or follow him after that, just occasionally coming across a video of his. I hadn’t heard of Savannah or her daughter at all. Then, my favorite YouTubers, Jess and Gabriel Conte, mentioned how excited they were for Cole and Savannah, who had just announced that they were pregnant. I immediately clicked over to watch their announcement video and cried at how sweet it was. I was hooked after that! When they mentioned earlier this year in one of their videos that they were coming out with a book, I looked it up to see if I could get an advance copy.

I read it almost in one sitting! Cole and Sav’s way of storytelling made it seem as if they were just chatting with you over coffee about how they met. It was an easy read, but a cute and inspiring one. They really talked about how important their faith in God was to them, which I appreciated, and I thought the details of how they met were just miraculous! You can see God’s hand all over their story. My only complaint would be that Cole would write about something, and then it would switch to Savannah’s perspective and basically repeat the same story, and vice versa throughout the book, which made it seem like it could have been half as long. On the other hand, I also enjoyed seeing both of their perspectives and what they thought of each other, so I didn’t mind the repeat so much–it obviously didn’t deter me from reading it, and I didn’t find myself skipping through parts of the book either.

Anyway, I thought this was a really precious and inspiring story about God bringing two people together and redeeming their pasts and finding love. I would definitely recommend it for anyone that wants to know more of the behind-the-scenes about this sweet couple!

I also just want to say congratulations to Cole and Savannah for writing a book together in the midst of doing YouTube and creating a family! I know they must have a lot on their plates, but I’m thankful that they shared their testimonies with us, because they truly are encouraging.

This book is a glimpse into the relationship of cole and savannah labrant that is not shown in their youtube videos. It gives a sneak peek into their everyday lives and the road of challenges and triumphs that lead them to eachother. Savannah’s part was gentle and sweet but i thought coles part was repetitive! A short book that might be tailored to a younger audience! Overall worth the read

Cole and Sav by Cole and Savannah LaBrant is an inspirational love story wrote by the lovers themselves. When I first saw the book, I didn’t really know who they were, I just remembered seeing a few videos on Facebook. Once I started reading the book, I couldn’t put it down. Cole and Savanna met while Cole was vacationing in California, where Savannah lived. Cole lived in Alabama. They immediately hit it off and started seeing each other. I loved their commitment to each other, and th3e fact that they were Christians. Not only were they not afraid to tell/show that they are Christians, but they were both committed to remaining pure during their time together before they got married. I believe every young couple, every couple, should read this book. Cole and Savannah LaBrant are a great example of a godly couple. When they first met, Savannah already had a daughter, Everleigh. Cole treated Everleigh with love and respect throughout the whole time him and Savannah were dating, and now that Cole and Savannah are married, Everleigh calls him dad, and Cole treats her like his very own. This was an amazing story of coming up from the ashes and finding beauty, of finding love, and of finding God again. You will not regret the time you spend reading this book.

A story of life and struggle and the joys that life can bring to anyone if one is willing to take that chance. Cole and Sav: Our Surprising Love Story is a story of two people who have struggled with their past and still do in some perspectives come together immense the quick rise to fame and the miles between them. A relationship of finding and putting their relationship in Gods hands and letting him move their relationship in the right direction. A moving story and a testament to what God can do when we give the handles and let God led them

Wow! Let me just say, this book exceeded my expectations. This book is different from other autobiographies, in that it is truly personal. It goes into deep parts of the authors’ soul explains truly hard experiences and what came from them. Cole and Savannah wrote theri true experiences with true details and bared it all without hesitation. This book explained both of their upbringings, stories from each of the perspectives of how they met and saw each other, and how they fell in love. Savannah also explains her backstory and how it impacted their relationship. All in all, this book is about the way that God took two lives and brought them together. Two people who love God and love each other wrote an amazing book that explains an amazing story.

This was such an inspiring book about love and forgiveness. I can't wait for this to come out. I will definitely buy this book.
